Bank funding was fast, but loan repayment is taking a very long time. Customer Services is severely lacking. Phone lines don't work, and email is answered by a bot, taking 3-5 days. I'm at the point where I'm feeling nervous, and that's not cool!

So over the years I have used upgrade for personal loans, and their process - from application to disbursement of funds used to be very efficient and fast l. But this time around - took them almost 60 days . Application was in review state for over 40 days. Any time you call the reply by the answering person was " your app is in for final approval".

I like the programs offered by the company. I don't like how difficult it is to speak with someone in customer service. I've called and been put on hold two times for more than an hour and never reached anyone. The online options are not extensive enough for a customer to be able to answer or solve their own questions or problems.

So far i am not very impressed. I finished every thing online as asked and then received a call. I spoke with the rep and gave everything that was asked. The rep stated you should hear back today or tomorrow and then get your funds. I havent heard back at all. I also sent them an email and it was never responded to. I will call next week to see what the hold up is. Everyone else shows they either got their money immediately or were left on read for weeks.
