Firstly, I lust say that I am happy I got the actual loan the disappointment is I was unaware that my credit would have been hit as this is not what I searched for and there were no indications of such, I also didn't realize that the Loan origination fees would have been so very high or else I would not have taken it because it somewhat defeats the purpose of taking the loan I can't understand why the origination fees has to be so much, it's just ridiculous.

Had a positive experience with my personal loan,but a negative experience withThe Upgrade Card personal credit line.They had me approved before they included a extra condition to join a credit union of which I objected,so I had my app withdrawned.Then I was invited to re-apply and then turned down.I have positive credit experience with a still active upgrade card account but they will not allow me to access the account

PROS: Upgrade doesn't waste your time. You have decent credit...APPROVED, $$$ in your acct next day, simple as that. I most definitely consider UPGRADE a lending partner. CONS: High credit SCORE doesnt matter, FEES, APR shown tend to change upon accepting offer. Confusing to say the least, other than that, UPGRADE is a decent lending partner.

I'm trying to get rid of high interest credit cards, but you interest rates are just as high... only. 0.05% lower. 25.94% interest rates are highway robbery for people trying to climb their way out of debt!

The positive about this card is that it is a Great second chance card! I honestly didn’t think I’d get approved The process was simple and relatively quick! Don’t go crazy though because then it ends up being your worst enemy! My advice would be keep it for emergencies only. Pay it off after every usage. It’s a great option to have in your wallet! Why am I telling you this? Everything I’m telling you I’ve done the opposite! If you don’t pay as you go, the interest rate will kill you! I gave it a 2 because the customer service agents really are not knowledgeable in their product. I would still have my card if it weren’t for all of the misinformed information and agents not doing their job correctly. I did an arrangement After I made the first payment of the arrangement I was already in Default The representative didn’t enter it in correctly. I had made a proposition And instead of the agent letting me know of the counter offer which I could’ve done he kept quiet until it was too late. It has the potential for higher stars, the employees have to get it together
