It is so fast and easy to complete the application, the terms and rates are very clear, and both the approval process and fund distribution are extremely fast. I have never had such a positive and easy loan process! Literally is only took less than 10 minutes to apply and get approved. The online loan application is extremely easy and is helpful. I had no troubles using the app and the funds were deposited into my account within 2 days. Very happy with the entire process and will definitely use Best Egg again. I'm not going to lie, I avoided this load for months; Primarily because I was skeptical. That said, I was pleased with the ease of use, speed of service and most importantly the rates. Though my monthly payments only went down $30 I now have a fixed loan with an end date in close sight. This has definitely brought me and my household peace of mind.

When someone is searching for a loan is it always best to just get right to the point and best egg did just that, site is excellent, navigation is simple and user friendly and response time was super. Applying for the load was so easy. The web site is intuitive and effectively leads you through the process. The only hiccup I had was in trying to connect with my bank for direct deposit sync. For whatever reason, I was not able to complete this action online -- the resolution was just to email a copy of a voided check -- which was easily accomplished. My funds were in my account and available the very next day. I am very satisfied with my experience!

When I received an offer in the mail for best egg I first thought it was junk mail, but for some reason I decided to check it out since it wasn't going to affect my credit score. I was approved the same day, had $ in my bank account the next day and the following day completely paid off my credit cards and now have one very low interest rate. The monthly payment is so affordable and there are multiple ways to make my payment. I highly recommend!

The whole overall procedure of finding a loan company and proceeding with the application was amazing. In a matter of minutes I had contacted a representative from Best Egg and she was able to talk me thru the procedure and complete the steps of filling out the paper work. Within two days I had the money in my bank account and was paying off my high interest credit card bills.

It was unbelievably fast. I inquired on a Friday night, got an approval Monday and money in my account Tuesday. I didn't have to deal with a tedious verification process like I've had to before, getting dates for length of time at my places of employment or paystubs for proof of income. I didn't even have to speak to someone, I got a text with my account number and everything!

This experience was so quick and easy. I did most of my application on line but had trouble downloading some information. I called and the person I spoke to kept me on line and walked me through through the rest of the application. It's been a year since my husband and I bought our 1st house. As you can guess there were many purchases and things needed, re: credit cards. Home Depo especially. It would have taken me YEARS to pay off these cards, but consolidating them with Best Egg was THE BEST FINANCIAL MOVE. In 3 yrs I will be done, and at a lower rate than my cards. If you feel overwheled with various credit cards, Best Egg is the way to go!

When I received Best Egg information in the mail, I threw it way. I got it out of the trash. I research the bank. I threw it away. I got it out of the trash again and applied. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire professional process and courtesy. While a small amount is still left on the target credit card, for the first time in 35 years, by the end of next month I will be completely out of credit card debt! Amazing relief. Easy payments to Best Egg with much lower interest. I couldn't be more pleased!

As previously mentioned - I was forces into a loan for a heating unit - need the unit (yes) and you will pay our interest rate. Another bank refuses a loaner interest rate loan. The we have Best Egg - they understand that I do not take loans that I cannot repay and that in the last 20 years my Credit Report shows one late payment (mother's death took precedence). I appreciate the trust.

Have lots of student loans and had some credit card debt from a tough year where we started a business. Had tried other loan consolidation companies that we get letters from all the time and got burnt out before trying BestEgg. Big mistake! They had the best deal. the application process was very easy, received approval for the amount I requested at their best rate, and funds were direct deposited into my bank account in 2-3 business days, and they were willing to adjust the payment date as I get paid on the 10th of the month and they moved it to the 14th just in case any holiday or weekend may screw that up

I received a notice in the mail that I was eligible to apply for a loan to consolidate my charge cards, etc. just at a time that I was constantly worried about all of my due dates. I recently had some emergency dental work done which I took out a Care Credit loan and along with my charge cards it seemed like I had a bill to pay every day. Everyone was very patient, courteous and professional. Dante was the last person I spoke to who processed my loan. He was very helpful in explaining what was my next move. Only issue was it took me 2 weeks & 4 days to make the loan happen. Basically my fault for not being so skilled in e-mailing the docs. Consequently, I faxed the last of the info & it was like magic !!! : )

Best Egg is great. The application was easy for the most part. The only thing that bothered me, was the fact that when I got to where I needed to send a picture of my voided check or log into my bank account to prove my account was real, was not an easy process. It would not go any further after submitting a photo. So I then did the login for my bank account, which is a little scary to give that kind of information to someone, it still would not go any further. So I waited until the next morning and was going to check it. I already received an email by that point saying everything was good and my loan was approved. So even though I could not get past the one page, it still went through. If that was supposed to be the last page for the loan, it should say so on there. Otherwise, everything was great. I received the funds and the next day I received all the information I needed to login to check the account. I waited until I had an account number and could verify what my loan payments were and whatnot before I used the funds. Even though it already told me to begin with. I am a skeptical person and wanted to make sure to the fullest extent that this was not a scam. Hope this helps ease someone’s mind about getting a loan through them.

I wanted to consolidate all of my bills. I got a letter in the mail and thought I would give it a look. Applied one evening and sent in my w2 and two paystubs the following evening. The next morning at 8:30 I received notice that my loan was approved and funded. Interest rates were lower than any credit card and the start up fee was cheaper than another loan I had considered! That night my bank put the money through and I paid off all of my bills. What a great feeling!!

I had a great experience with Best Egg. I followed the steps according to very clear instructions,however I did get a little stumped on the documents page. I hit the chat button and had immediate help from Laticia who was very pleasant and helpful. That was followed up by a phone call from Krystal to see if my concerns were answered .Again,extremely pleasant and easy to talk to,She helped me to know what documents I needed to FAX. by the time I came home from faxing the paperwork,all of 25 minutes, my approval was waiting for me at home!! I was looking for a personal phone on a “comparison” site and got similar offers from several but Best Egg was above and beyond the best company to deal with as far as ease of use, everything was verified electronically where other sites wanted faxes and emails and numerous pushy phone calls. Also the interest rate was half what other sites offered and the money was deposited within 48 hours of my application!!

Received a pre approval letter in the mail. Was a little apprehensive at first. Looked into the company and decided to fill out an application. Was thinking of consolidating a couple accounts when I received the letter. Took about 10 mins to fill everything out asnd was met with a few different offers. After weighing them for a couple weeks decided to accept one. After another couple minutes of verification, I received a notice that funds will be in my account in 1 to 3 business days. Found the experience to be hassle free and very fast. After I had started the process online and just needed to send in the information required I got a pleasant phone call from a young lady asking if I needed help with anything and to make sure I knew what I needed to fax in and also if I needed the fax number. Once the information was received the loan was approved pretty quickly.
