I have 2 accounts with Best egg. They make so easy. Once approved, my money was in the bank by the next day. Everything about my experience with them was very positive. The only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars, was that I got the best rate for my 1st loan, but when I got my second, they gave me a higher interest rate. Don't understand why I couldn't get the sane rate for my 2nd account. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone, and I do plan on using them again, when I need to do more home repairs, which never seems to end.

Customer Service is fabulous. Interest rates are horrible. This company helps those who really need help and at the same time, the system punishes people for needing help by requiring sky high interest rates. Also, when I overpaid, it would have been so very easy for Best Egg to provide my refund via direct deposit since I had been paying them that way for three years. Instead, I had to wait to receive a paper check in the mail.

EASY!! I was able to take out two loans (8 months a part) to handle my business. The process was quick and EASY. My credit scores increased and then somehow I unfortunately lost a lot of points on my credit score (subjective for each person). I went from having GOOD credit to POOR credit but BEST EGG looked out for me and I am very thankful and pleased. I paid on time with my first loan with Best Egg by setting up autopay and I know that helped me get approved for my 2nd loan. I highly recommend, they understand people’s struggles and won’t disappoint. I will be able to get my scores back up and go back to school. Happy customer!!

Giving bad address for pay off of are loan. To have it returned to us three and a half weeks later. When I checked into address it was for auto loan pay off, she had us put loan number in lock box address which was wrong. This girl obviously was new and needed training. Now we're waiting for overage to be returned to us and reported to credit bureaus as paid in full.
