We went to bank to request a $20,000 loan for home repairs, and all of this paperwork was required and still didn't know what rate we may have. I requested a loan from Best Egg after reading great reviews. The money was in our bank account in a couple of days. After we received the money from Best Egg, the bank was following up wanting our W-2's and paycheck stubs. When I asked the bank what our loan rate would be, the % was actually 1 +% higher than Best Egg's but no guarantee. So glad we went with BEST EGG.

They made it so easy for me to apply for it and it was simple enough with no hidden twists to getting your loan. I am happy witht the way it is set up to just get taken out each month without a worry and if i have to remember to pay it or will i get interest added to it other then the what i already knew it was when i signed. After I was approved so quickly i had my loan the next day. It was GREAT!

The application process was easy and clear. The prequal added a level of comfort to the application process. Funds were available within days. Payments were withdrawn within 24 of posted due date. Moving my payment date to a preferred date was easy. Website is clear and offers a dashboard for each of my loans. So far great experience with Best Egg

Fast and easy processing. I'd go 5 stars, but the fees were steep. Doing the math, it was 10% of the loan I was taking out, so I ended up setting for less than I originally wanted. Everything else was great though

The whole process was fast and easy. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the amount was one number and they took a fee that reduced the amount that I was applying for. I just may have missed that in the small print. Otherwise very satisfied this far!

I was skeptical at first applying for this loan. I have tried for loans before but always get disappointed even after the companies said I would be approved if I tried for the loan. I also read a lot of the reviews and most of them were bad reviews so that made me more scared. Plus, everything was too easy to do from start to end. And anything that is easy is usually not very trusting. But this time, I applied for the loan, got the approval and received the money in my account as expected. Thank you Best Egg. I was easily able to apply for a loan through Best Egg. Submitting my documents was simple and straightforward, and when there was a slight issue on my end, they contacted me promptly. I missed the call and had to call back, and there was almost no wait time to reach them. The customer service of the person that I spoke to was great and we got the issue fixed. Once my loan was approved (which only took 2 days), the money was distributed quickly. Interest rate is a little steep, but I think it's fair enough with all factors considered.

Best Egg is the real deal. I'm 53 and I've been around the block...I was skeptical that it was so easy, but the money showed up in the bank and the process was easy, the rate was the best available. The online interface and handling of my loan was 100% accurate and efficient. Luckily, I did look them up before making my selection (amongst a pool of loans for business purpose through 3rd party platform) - they have not disappointed.

Best Egg was easy to work with and had the most competitive rates. They constantly follow up with their customers and there is never undue pressure to take on more than is necessary or comfortable. They do not appear to sell your information as there are not packages of junk mail or email arriving every day.

I know it sounds weird that someone could “love” a lender, but I do. This was the easiest transaction, and terms were very reasonable. It’s unusual to get a loan and not feel somewhat taken advantage of, but I definitely feel I was treated fairly. Thankful Best Egg exists.

I have 2 accounts with Best egg. They make so easy. Once approved, my money was in the bank by the next day. Everything about my experience with them was very positive. The only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars, was that I got the best rate for my 1st loan, but when I got my second, they gave me a higher interest rate. Don't understand why I couldn't get the sane rate for my 2nd account. Other than that, I would recommend them to anyone, and I do plan on using them again, when I need to do more home repairs, which never seems to end.
