Very simple application process and super fast funding. I don't have sterling credit so I was not really counting on being approved, just hopeful. I was approved with in minutes on a Friday night and funded Monday late morning. I did not see anything about the cost of the loan so it caught me off guard but I should have figured on it. My advise: Take only what you can afford to pay back, this is not free money but it is amazing that Best Egg does this to help people in need. I highly recommend Best Egg and I will be using them again when this $10K is paid off.

I applied for my Best Egg loan through my Credit Karma account. Was SUPER EASY!! Best Egg was able to use everything from my account. My income, tax info, credit score etc. I did not have to provide any extra documents. I applied, they called me within 10 minutes to answer any questions. I then received an email about how I wanted my payments and all the details. Had money deposited into my account within 3 days of application! Very Very easy and painless!

Best Egg was a great resource for me. The customer service rep called as I was filling out my application, stayed on the phone until I completed it and congratulated on my approval. I think it was on a Monday by Wednesday the loan was in my account. I have consolidated my credit cards and I now look forward to purchasing my own home. Thank you Best Egg!

Fantastic results and sooooooo easy. I was worried about having to provide an overwhelming amount of paperwork. That didn't happen. This is the easiest loan to apply for I could have ever hoped for. I was skeptical at first applying for this loan. I have tried for loans before but always get disappointed even after the companies said I would be approved if I tried for the loan. I also read a lot of the reviews and most of them were bad reviews so that made me more scared. Plus, everything was too easy to do from start to end. And anything that is easy is usually not very trusting. But this time, I applied for the loan, got the approval and received the money in my account as expected. Thank you Best Egg. You really did help me by approving me .

I was easily able to apply for a loan through Best Egg. Submitting my documents was simple and straightforward, and when there was a slight issue on my end, they contacted me promptly. I missed the call and had to call back, and there was almost no wait time to reach them. The customer service of the person that I spoke to was great and we got the issue fixed. Once my loan was approved (which only took 2 days), the money was distributed quickly. Interest rate is a little steep, but I think it's fair enough with all factors considered.

I am a new Customer of BestEgg. I received an email online and rarely read them. I did read the email from BestEgg and applied for a persoanl loan. The application was easy to understand and complete. Uploading the documents was easy to do. I was immediately informed that my loan application was pending. After a couple of days I called BestEgg directly and spoke with Jarel. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He talked me through my final step and confirmed that I had completed it correctly and he had received and reviewed my final document. He then explained what I should expect going forward and it happened exactly as he explained it. I am extremely pleased that I took the time to read the email and apply for this loan. I think there are many companies communicating via email and many of them are not being completely honest. It was nice to see that BestEgg is not one of those companies. Their offer was legitimate and fair. It has been a complete pleasure thus far.

For the most part, I love everything about best egg they were there when I needed them with the right amount of help at the right amount of time. However, I have a new checking account. I spoke to somebody directly because I added the new checking account myself one the app and wanted my payment to come out of the new account. Customer service told me no problem they fixed it and it should start doing that. Well, come the following month it came out of the old account, so I was kind of disappointed in that. I had to go back in there myself, and do it again other than that everything else was great .

Before Best Egg with regard to selecting a company who would lend me money, the majority of them would say that they could give me "up to" a certain amount of money for a loan, however, they consistently fell short of what I needed, so I almost gave up trying; especially because I'm a female senior on social security. Any, when Best Egg accepted me and gave me several options, I immediately jumped at it. I haven't been with them for very long, but I love the service and customer care I've received. I would recommend them highly.

We went to bank to request a $20,000 loan for home repairs, and all of this paperwork was required and still didn't know what rate we may have. I requested a loan from Best Egg after reading great reviews. The money was in our bank account in a couple of days. After we received the money from Best Egg, the bank was following up wanting our W-2's and paycheck stubs. When I asked the bank what our loan rate would be, the % was actually 1 +% higher than Best Egg's but no guarantee. So glad we went with BEST EGG.

I am happy witht the way it is set up to just get taken out each month without a worry and if i have to remember to pay it or will i get interest added to it other then the what i already knew it was when i signed. Avant made me waste a whole weekend stringing me along then not approving me at the last minute after telling me that I was already approved. Best Egg is the real deal. I'm 53 and I've been around the block...I was skeptical that it was so easy, but the money showed up in the bank and the process was easy, the rate was the best available. The online interface and handling of my loan was 100% accurate and efficient. Luckily, I did look them up before making my selection (amongst a pool of loans for business purpose through 3rd party platform) - they have not disappointed.
