Great customer service. Easy loan payoff procedures. The credit card is another matter, though. They were willing to give me $100,000 in loans but gave me only a $1,000 credit limit.

Always a seamless process and money is usually deposited within two days. I’ve done two refinances with them without issue. Easy to make extra principal payments. App is very easy to navigate. Interest is a little high but just make sure to pay more monthly and you’ll be good!

Very easy process, great rates! I’ve used them a few times once the loan is approved they transfer the funds to your account and then I set up automatic payments so I don’t have to worry about anything else! Tell them how much you need fill out some forms about your personal information select your own loan terms if you want to pay more monthly for 36 months you pay less interest or you can do 48 or 60 months with less monthly payments

This is the second loan that I have had with Best Egg. In each instance, the service was spectacular. Very quick, easy, efficient and professional. The agent with whom I interacted today, Giovanni, was friendly, professional and acted with great efficiency. He helped me understand clearly the process, which was quick and simple. A very smooth process which took perhaps 20 minutes. I've always dealt with Best Egg and have recommend it to friends and family in need of financial support.

Excellent Service & Smooth Process! Best Egg made the loan process incredibly easy from start to finish. This is the second time I borrow from Best Egg. The application was straightforward, the approval was fast, and the funds were deposited quickly. I appreciated the clear communication, competitive interest rate, and lack of hidden fees. Their customer service team was friendly, helpful, and always available to answer my questions. If you’re looking for a reliable, transparent, and stress-free lending experience, I highly recommend Best Egg. They truly live up to their name!

While it would be nice to have more control over loan amounts (from the user side choosing amounts is limited), the customer reps are extremely good at checking for you. I hated having to keep asking them to cancel applications until the right amount/apr could be found, but they were very patient and helpful. The loan process itself was very smooth and quick. I’d definitely recommend BestEgg for their service agents and options.
