I have 3 payments left on my loan. During the course of my loan anytime I reached out about anything I always received a quick and and informative reply customer service was excellent

I caused my own problems and Best Egg helped me financially. Their service is totally professional, and private. You have automatic deductions so you can not be late. The staff are very knowledgeable and courteous.

I was shocked at how fast the money was in my account. It was about 12 hours. It was too easy to apply online. I didn't have any issues. And I've already made a few payments online to stay ahead, once again an easy process.

Simple easy fast with no hassle. Funds were in my account in less than 24 hours

I honestly was surprised that everything they said they would do ... they did! I already knew ahead of time that they can't approve everyone, because there are certain necessary requirements... however, compared to other "similar type" loan vendors, I would rate them in the top 5 percent! And yes! Best Egg and one other that I know would be the only two that I would refer to my friends!

This was the fastest easiest loan I ever have gotten, with the best customer service. I was approved from upstart, but they sent the money to an invalid account. After that I dealt with 2 weeks of a nightmare, attempting to get everything straightened out. Then I applied at Best Egg and it was like night and day comparatively. I would def recommend Best Egg over Upstart. Their process, customer, rates and everything was on point. Upstart was a nightmare.

We needed some extra cash to get us through in the month before our wedding as we had expenses come in from our children's school activities and that we had to pay to our lawyer, and we were stressing out. I went to my bank, a national company that's been around forever, and who I've banked with since I've been 18 years old. I applied over the phone and was told I'd hear back in 4 days. On the 5th day, after not hearing back, I called them and they told me I'd been denied a loan and that they'd mail me a letter. Gee, thanks for the no call and thanks for showing zero loyalty for decades of business. Granted, we've put our wedding on credit cards, so my score was in the 620s, but I make nearly $200k per year and I pay every single bill I have one time (we live in a very high cost of living area, I let my soon-to-be wife work part-time so she can be home for the kids, and I'm paying down a mountain of student loan debt, if you're wondering why my income goes). So, I wasn't completely surprised, but I was disappointed by my bank's service. I use a credit monitoring service and through it, I was pre-approved for a loan from Best Egg, who I'd never heard of. I did my research on them, saw the good reviews, and decided to give it a show. WOW. This was so easy and so pleasant. Simple application took minutes, and though I couldn't connect my payroll for verification electronically, most people probably will and get a very quick decision. Since I had that issue, I used the Live Chat feature and a wonderful woman named Denise took over for me; she guided me on how to upload my documents, stayed on the chat with me while I did so, reviewed them in real-time, and got me an approval! I had the money in my account in 48 hours. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with Best Egg's experience and Denise's help. The amount of stress that they took off of our shoulders cannot be overstated; we'll now be able to enjoy our wedding and even do some of the little things we had to cut, knowing we'll be able to pay them back right after the wedding. And, I was able to pay down a high interest credit card, saving me interest and helping my credit score. Yes, the interest rate was higher than I'd like and there was an origination fee, but I was willing to take those on and would do it again in a heartbeat in this scenario. Cannot thank Denise & Best Egg enough!

Best Egg actually contacted me because I had applied for a loan previously and was turned down. I was able to pay down some of my debt, Best Egg took notice and sent me an email to re-appy. I wanted desperately to pay off my remaining debt, with the high interest charges I was facing, that was going to be impossable. I re-applied with Best Egg, my finacial picture was not ideal. I believe they looked at my situation and though I was just under the quifications needed, they approved my loan. Folks this is a personal loan, not some negotiated deal to bargin with your credit card companies to write off some debt (which has tax liabilities) and you paay the rest. I think the people at Best Egg went over and above for me. Thier staff is knowledgeable and professional, and never once failed to respond to a question. I recommed this on line lending firm for anyone seeking a loan.

Incredibly easy to apply, and a clear outline once approved. I had another loan that was TRIPLE the Best Egg interest rate that I was offered, so I accepted this loan and paid that off and a few other things. I saved so much money in the end. Their website is very easy to use and I love that you have options! You have the option for auto pay or not (without it changing your monthly cost!) You have the option to change your due date if needed and you have options to skip a payment if needed! If I ever need another loan I won’t hesitate to use Best Egg! I had never taken out a personal loan before, so I had been shopping around so to speak. Best Egg offered a variety of different loan options at one of the better interest rates I could find considering my credit(moderate). The application process was extremely easy, upon approval I only needed to provide some standard information, and just like that the loan amount was available to me within 2-3 days. The payment options are perfect for me and I won't be penalized for making early payments which is a huge plus. Compared to other loan companies, Best Egg ended up being a homerun. I would recommend them to anyone considering a personal loan. Mine allowed me to pay my credit cards off, raise my credit score, and get some of the dental work I need done. Big weight off of my shoulders.

So far I've had a 5 star experience, which I really didn't expect. There are fees but I got a loan for consolidating my debt. This means I am going to have to pay some fees. However, in the future, having gotten a delinquency on my credit report removed and all my debts within the gold standard range, my score will sky rocket and future interest rates will be lower and less fees. I will in the long run, make the fees and higher interest I pay for this loan, back several times over. Thank you best egg for taking this risk on me, while at the same time changing my families future. I will not let you down. I have a new found confidence and am over the moon excited about all the benefits to come with this small investment. If you're reading this and are concerned over the fees, look at the bigger picture. Establishing credit or repairing it is pricey. But way more expensive over time if you don't bite the bullet and just fix it. A "excellent" credit score is not free but it is a must. Pay the fees, use the loan wisely and get excited about your future too.

This is my third personal loan with Best Egg. They have great rates and their application/approval process is super quick and easy, as well as how fast they deposit your approved loan amount into your bank account Also with my previous loans it was super easy on their website to track your current loan balance and make payments, if you don't opt for the auto pay. Can't say enough good things about this company, I would strongly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a loan to pay off higher apr credit cards, or for any other loan purpose. After receiving an invitation from Best Egg, I applied for funds online. Applying online was easy but you will need various forms of information to complete the process. My initial application was denied because Best Egg did not recognize my credit union for direct payment authorization. I did re-apply and accepted an alternative offer that was provided. During this process I called Best Egg by phone, connection with a representative was easy. The representatives answered my questions and were very helpful with the process. I would recommend Best Egg to anyone considering a loan, the best opportunities will be those with a good credit score and solid income. DRM

Initially this was a one star due to a clerical error that showed my income 10 times more then what I make. I would have thought considering I was only taking a $8,000 loan that somebody would have realized there must be a typo. But they have me process all my paperwork wait all weekend and then we're not proof of income compared to what was listed. I was angry. They told me to correct the income on the application and run it again and it would not harm me on my credit. So I did so and they immediately approved me for $2,300 less than what I was asking for but still enough to where I can breathe. Thank you very much for the approval. And not thank you very much for the initial heart sync when I wasn't approved. Great customer service though I will say that

I was expecting more disappointment. What happened instead was joy and happiness. I have been trying to consolidate my debt for ages. I was turned away mostly. Best Egg gave me a chance, a new beginning, and took a lot of my anxiety away from financial burdens. I highly recommend Best Egg. Quick, extremely helpful, and quality customer care. After u put in my application I had questions so I entered a chat. I had been notified I'd have to wait a few days for my information to be verified. But the agent in chat answered my questions and proceeded to verify my information on the spot and approve my application. I never asked about verification, so I was quite surprised and pleased. Within a day of my application I received the funds in my account. Again. I highly recommend Best Egg.

I spoke to a young lady the first time with the best customer service skills I have ever experienced somehow we got disconnected when I called back I spoke to a gentleman who re-explained everything to me the nice young lady had already went into full detail with me and then sent me to the accounting department where I spoke to another gentleman who again explained everything that dealt with my loan and this was the smoothest application I've ever done! The application process was probably the easiest & fastest I've experienced with any type of loan. It took literally 5 minutes to apply, which I did as I stood naked getting ready to enter the shower. I had my money within 2 business days and was able to retain the lawyer. Communication was a breeze, and I was able to set up my online account quickly and schedule automatic payments using my checking account. The one time I needed to call customer service, there was no waiting and I was helped swiftly. The service was good. I had looked up several loan options and even attempted one, but didn't like the terms or process, and ended up abandoning the one I started elsewhere with a big F you because their service was shitty & sketchy. I found & liked what I saw regarding the Best Egg process, and I needed money fast to cover the balance of a lawyer, and Best Egg came through for me nicely.

I needed to consolidate some deferred interest credit card purchases that were coming up on their due date, after crunching numbers I determined I would clear the debt and reduce my monthly payments on all lines of credit by over $1000 if I went with the personal loan. The money hit the bank well within the timeline laid out, my payments on the loan are scheduled to auto draft and I’m currently at $0 credit card debt. I’m also hoping that I’ll see a spike in my credit score in the next 2-3 months. If you’re considering this loan to pay down debt make the payments as soon as the money hits your account and don’t start spending again on those accounts. Now that the original debt is consolidated into a single, scheduled payment I’ll be able to go back to paying off my primary card for monthly expenses and still be paying less than I was before. The fees and interest for Best Egg were a little higher than other lenders for my credit score, however the prescreening questions were much more targeted and took into consideration my entire household income but didn’t require my husband to co-sign with me. If you’ve got balances with deferred interest coming due I would recommend this type of loan.
