Best Egg

This is my 2nd loan with Best Egg and it was even easier because they already had my personal data in their system. When I went to verify my employment and banking tnformation, they had a software that allowed me to log into my account through their website allowing them to verify my bank account, and employment through my direct deposits. The whole thing took about 15 minutes and I did it all through my phone! Love Best Egg and even though I looked at other lenders first, I won't go anywhere else but Best Egg! Can't find any better Eggs anywhere! They are top notch and state of the art! Thanks Best Egg!! Brian Wright

I was on the fence about deciding to apply for an online loan. i really was only half considering reducing some of my obligations because i have a sufficient stream of income. However, after calculating some of my interest rate charges, i made the decision to begin the loan process. i actually started with a different loan service, but got too bogged down with their process, and stopped half way through the application. i had previously received online information from Best Egg, and thought I would give them a try. Their quick streamlined process was rather surprising after my first attempt with one of their competitors. I would suggest to anyone looking for a source of online funds for whatever reason that they definitely use Best Egg. It is a short process with a quick response, and fast delivery of funds into your bank account.

This process was easy, fast and money was transferred to my account within 2 days of applying. I was able to pay off high interest credit credit cards and loan. I would recommend Best Egg to anyone who is experiencing debt. I was able to pay off everything leaving me with one monthly bill. Options 3 or 5 years to repay the loan. 3 years at a lower interest rate or 5 years at a slight higher rate. I choose the higher rate. The only thing I would recommend is to apply for a little extra than what is needed due to fees that come out of the initial amount you apply for. Otherwise, great experience I am happy now.

I was given such wonderful service by all the representative that were involved in my application process. Each representative was personable and informative and above all EXTREMELY PATIENT( I was having a lot of personal issues). I can not thank them enough. Please check the call information for their names( I can not remember them). I hope that they will be recognized for their service in some way. I was a HR Training Officer in my previous professional life( over 15 years) and Customer Service is dear to my heart and means a great deal. Today customer service is lacking in many( most) areas of public service. Thank You.

Wow! This is the easiest loan experience I have ever encountered. I have been praying for a responsible way to get out of credit card debt and Best Egg's offer landed right in my mailbox as the answer. I get many offers and have not felt comfortable about the others. I appreciate that Best Egg allows you to see your rate without impacting your credit. I decided to go with Best Egg because I am using this loan to pay off 3 credit cards and I received an APR that is 8% lower than my lowest credit card APR and 14% lower than the card with the highest APR that I am paying off with this loan. This is a godsend in my opinion.

Got a letter in the mail from Best Egg and didn't think much about it. But I kept receiving them and from other "lenders". Best Egg was NOT my first call. The first "lender" said they couldn't help me. The 2nd lender offered me 19.99% but with fees that was like 32%. BEST EGG (my 3rd lender choice) was 9.99%! (results may vary) but in MY situation it was a no brainer! I read reviews (online and BBB) before I actually accepted the offer. 2 days later I had the $ deposited in my account! The ONLY thing I don't like is IF you DO NOT choose "Auto Pay" they charge you an additional $7 per month. I will see if they will move my due date out 14 days as it is due 30 days after it's deposited and my house payment is due that same time of the month. That's the only negative thing. EASY to apply, FAST service! Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone wanting a personal loan!

Got a pamphlet in the mail. Thought about my lines of credit and how exhausted I was trying to keep up with all 5 of them. Gave the online portion a try since it didn't hit my credit. Got a call a few days later and just chit chatted with the very very nice woman on the other end of the line. She listened to me rant and she even ranted about her life and stories. She answered every last question I had from the credibility of best egg to searchable references for best egg to the terms of my loan to the fine details at every single step along the way. Even waiting 10 minutes as I confirmed with my fiance if this is what we wanted to do. We were still skeptical until the very end when the money truly hit the account in less than 7 days from closing on the loan. It came in just in the nick of time as well. We are excited about the fixed rates and interest and are extremely confident we are saving a significant amount of money in the long run by consolidating our debt into the best egg loan.

I went to Best Egg a few years ago to consolidate old debt and to help my daughter. They were up front with rates (which were cheaper then what I was paying), they were upfront with monthly payment and they had auto pay. I had no collateral and was approved. Now again, here I am. Tried to help out my son and get him a fresh start, they haven't changed, quick to make their decision, up front rates with the monthly payment that will be withdrawn to be paid off. This is twice now Best Egg has saved me and both times - I've had no collateral, just tried to help my kids which didn't work out. I have read all the positive reviews and to be honest was skeptical but thought I would give it a try. I received a pre-approval notice in the mail and thought I would check them out. I was looking for a small amount $2500 to pay credit cards down to $0. I liked that I was able to check my potential rate and term online with only a soft credit pull before doing a full application to see if the terms worked for me. I got a full truth in lending disclosure up front so I knew the terms. Three points on the terms. I would have liked a lower rate (mine was middle teens), and less than a three year term, but I know I can pay off early, so I can deal with that. And as far as the rate, that isn't too bad for an unsecured personal loan. Plus my credit card interest is in the 20%-25% percent range so it was still a savings. Origination fee was $99 and that comes off of the amount you request and I don't think they tell you what it will be until after the approval, so that is a bit of a risk. I decided the terms were acceptable and moved forward. 5 A few more very simple typical questions such as income, housing payment, employer, etc. Be honest about income because my guess is from databases they probably know what your income is anyway approximately, and they will ask for verification if something is off. Once I did that and clicked submit I got a response back after a few seconds with an approval and provided bank routing and account information for deposit. One other thing - interest is charged daily and payments go toward interest first, so if you want to pay towards principal, the best time to do it is the day of or next day after your regular payment so you are only paying 0 or 1 day interest as part of the payment. This was a Wednesday night around 10pm and the money was in my account on Friday morning to my surprise. Amazing! I have already logged in to the servicing portal for the company they use and it is pretty basic, but has all the necessary info and ability to make online payments easy enough. Not everyone will have this experience and some will be declined, I was surprised. I don't think I would have tried it without the pre-approval offer though based on my history. But the short story is that I think these 4 and 5 star reviews are pretty legit based on my experience.

VERY pleasant and EASY experience with Best Egg: 1) I got my "Pre-Approval" letter a few days ago, applied online yesterday, and was pleasantly surprised to be tentatively approved for three possible loans of $6500, $5000, or $4000) !!! All three were available for either three years or five years, and I liked the fact that Best Egg said checking would NOT impact my credit score. [But NOTE that if one DOES accept a loan offer, they WILL do a "hard pull" to determine "final approval" of our loan. This "hard pull"on your credit- as opposed to the "soft pull done above" - will probably temporarily lower your score.] 2) I also like their "TRANSPARENCY": after I was "pre-approved" I was able to view all three loans with interest rates, monthly payments, total interest, etc. They said there would be an "Origination Fee" that would be deducted "up front" from my available loan amount, with the exact amount depending on both the amount and term and interest rate of my loan. Their Loan Agreement, etc. was also available, and written in VERY understandable terms. Thus no "hidden surprises" and no "fine print" :-) 3) After "thinking things over" last night and early this am, I chose the $5000 - 3 Year loan offer at only 15.99% APR - a VERY "attractive" rate for a guy who has been out of bankruptcy for only just a little over two years !!! 4) I called New Egg this morning, since I had a few minor questions, and spoke with a very pleasant representative who patiently answered all my questions and said I WAS approved ! After which she "walked me through" the loan acceptance procedure, which, BTW, was quick and easy to do. She said I will have the $$$ deposited into my bank account within a ONLY a day or two :-) How NICE is that !!! NOTE that since MY "origination fee" was $249.50, I will be getting $4750.50 [$5000 - $249.50] deposited directly into my bank account - all of which Best Egg tells us "up front" :-) 5) One more thing: after bankruptcy I was doing a good job of building up my credit, getting credit cards, and paying them off monthly ... until the "tax man came a-calling" [since income taxes owed are usually not discharged in bankruptcy]. I was starting to get really "jammed up" by having to use some of my credit cards to pay off both the state and federal taxes I owed. Now thanks to Best Egg, I can pay off the high-interest credit cards and keep my credit score from "tanking": THANK YOU VERY MUCH, Best Egg - you've made me one HAPPY and now "WORRY-FREE" CAMPER !!! :-)

I applied for a debt consolidation loan with Best Egg and I am extremely happy with both the finance charge and the amount that I received, which was exactly what I requested. I was funded in two days and immediately paid off all of my credit cards. It was such a simple process and compared to other companies, Best Egg is second to none. Everything went very smoothly and quickly. I applied online and my money was in the bank in 2 days. I opted for the 3-year loan instead of the five-year loan. It is a much better value and I saved much more in finance charges also. Thank you for approving my loan and for being there when I needed you.

Had a financial situation arise and needed to resolve it quickly. They had sent me a lot of ads in the mail but I really didn't need the loan. Then I did, Did the application on line, approved in 4 hours. Got approved around 4pm on Tuesday and loan was funded and money was in my account at 12 am, midnight that Thursday. 28 hours from time of approval and funding. Very impressed, The rates are credit score based. Rate was a little high but had to do it and then things went well for me and I really didn't need the loan after all. Staying with them, paying off a few other things and consolidating to 1 payment and they auto draw which I love. Anyway, If you are financially responsible and just need help, which happens to everyone, this company is quick. Again, funds in my account 28 hours after approval. Not sure what all their qualifications are but I pay my bills, a little over extended on credit which dropped my credit score from like 722 to 620. Never late. Thus I believe my loan rate was higher due to credit score. Price one has to pay when score drops. I like my company credit union as loans are 1.99% but didn't want to go through them for this situation. Short term loan. 36 months but should have it paid in 6 months. Again, I recommend as process was simple, quick funding. By the way, I was leary of logging onto my bank account online via their web site. Entered id and password but they had good information on line regarding their business so I did it and it actually speeded up the process. No concerns now. Simpler than my credit union and that's like automatic.

I really enjoyed my experience with MyBestEgg! I received several offers in the mail for low interest rate loans and always brushed them off as junk mail, but, I really needed to put my finances back in proper order so I thought I would give them a try. I was skeptical that the letter offered deceptively low rates and that my actual rate would be through the roof like another credit card -- but it wasn't! It was just as low as the letter offer stated and everything was quick and easy. The funds were direct deposited to my bank and my monthly payments will also be automatic payments so there's nothing to worry about on my end. My only regret was not taking them up on their offer sooner!!! Thanks MyBestEgg!!

Application process was easy and quick. I used my loan to consolidate my credit cards, which had an APR for 25.99% and I was offered a rate for 10.99% so that was good for me. I thought the loan fee was reasonable and comparable to other loans I have taken. They gave me the option to repay the loan in 3 years or 5 years and they broke down payment amounts for each plan. They told me when the money will be taken out, which will be done automatically. So I don't have to worry about login on to make a payment. I also thought my repayment amount was affordable. Thankful to have found out about Best Egg. Hope it works for someone else!

For some years, I've received advertisements in the mail from Best Egg and others in the industry, trying to entice me into a loan. Not being in the market, I paid little attention to them. Recently, however, after having reviewed my finances and credit rating, I decided a debt consolidation loan might be a good idea. It all came down to whether the rate, monthly payment, and term made sense. As suggested on CreditKarma, and after having read the brief synopses of the various lenders, Best Egg seemed to have the right combination. Their soft credit check and rate/payment quote based on it were hard to turn down. After all, no one who wants to protect their credit rating wants to have a hard credit check, only to risk being refused. I filled out the modest application on a SUNDAY night, not expecting much to happen for a few days. As it turned out, the approval email came about 12 hours later on Monday morning, and the funding in my bank account less than 24 hours following that! No additional paperwork was required, no faxing or emailing of forms, and no obscure information was sought of me. The online application was all there was to it. I'm very happy with the process. The total APR is about a third of the averaged rates of my credit cards, the payment about $100/mo less than I'd been paying, and best yet, I have a solid plan that will have the debt paid off in a mere three years! The one, lower payment is far more convenient, and MAN, it's feeling good to change those automated bank payments to PAYOFFS instead! Thanks, Best Egg. It's been a pleasure.

I am so grateful, I am crying. I made a commitment to take charge of my finances this year. The first step was to pay off my debts. My credit card debt is the most problematic because I have high interest cards. I had started a repayment plan that would take 3-5 years. Coincidentally, I had been receiving credit card refinancing offers from several companies. I slelected Best Egg by instincts. I checked the reviews and was amazed at the glowing positive experiences of everyone. Everyone is right. The application process is SUPER easy. I completed it in two minutes and had my approval for a lower APR than some of the credit cards. It was a no brainer. This just makes financial sense. I am so grateful and happy, I did this.

I could not be happier with my Best Egg experience thus far. I checked with a number of other similar lenders, and the rate offered to me through Best Egg was by far the best. The application process was easy, and I was impressed by how quickly I heard from customer service after submitting my application (literally moments!). The representative who called me was friendly, thorough, efficient, and accurate in explaining what I could expect from the process from that point forward. My funds arrived within two business days and I was able to access them immediately. My only complaint (and it is a small annoyance more than anything) is that in the online payment system, I don't seem to be able to make an additional payment that is less than the amount of my monthly payment - so if I would like to pay a little extra one month, I am not able to do that online unless my payment is equal to or greater than my regular monthly payment. Overall, I am grateful to Best Egg for this loan and for their excellent customer service. I am quite pleased with my service from this company and highly recommend them.

I received invitation from best egg for a 4.99% apr for as much as $35,000. No, it is not a typo. My apr on my loan is 4.99%. I applied for a 3 year, $15,000 loan on a Friday. My loan was approved within one hour. All I had to do was to upload a copy of a voided check. By Monday afternoon, I received the funds. I am on automatic payments and extremely happy with the way my loan was handled. My credit rating is pretty high for Best Egg to have provided me with the apr they did. The only thing is that SST is the company that handles the loan which I have no problem with. Thank you Best Egg. A very satisfied customer.

Best egg is exactly as they say they are. I got an offer letter in the mail and applied. They required some additional documentation which I was able to send via email. I contacted them by phone to confirm that they received my information and within an hour my loan was approved. I received the funds the next day along with payment information and the first payment was debited from my account the following month. The interest rates are a little high but much lower than my credit card rates. This loan allowed me to consolidate my debt and give me a reasonable goal to pay it off! I had excellent customer service by telephone and the terms of the loan were clearly stated. My loan was for 10,000 and went smooth! Thanks Best egg for making my holiday bright!

Please read. I’m posting so others do not have to experience what happened to me. Their mistake is preventing me from obtaining my mortgage loan. Best Egg Continuously failed to report my PAID IN FULL credit card balance. They received payment for my entire credit card balance on 11/25/25. Despite claiming to report every 30 days they have failed to report the $0.00 balance. I spent over 4 hours in the course of 5 phone calls speaking to Diego, Alfonzo, Jose’, Miguel and another employee who hung up on me for requesting a supervisor. They told me someone will call me back. After never receiving a call back I called again and pleaded to get in touch with a “supervisor” whose name is Chris. Again he could not answer why they failed to report. He told me the “customer response team” would call me. After explaining i had been expecting a call for days he told me that the “response team” would not respond to him either. After filing complaints with compliance agencies I get a call from Jennifer. She made it clear there was animosity and discrimination since I had filed complaints. Jennifer mentioned my complaints 4 different times on our phone call. Admitting they failed to report and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor because she was “the end of the line”. She told me since I filed complaints that they would only communicate further with me in writing and refused to provide documentation for my mortgage broker admitting they failed to report. She hung up on me and when I called back the office refused to speak to me any further because I filed complaints. They made the mistakes yet refused to take accountability and got upset when I had to take action against them. -Dakota M.
