When called Best Egg for help, they were knowable, solved my problem, and close the deal. She told me I would get an email and the deposit would be in my account in 1 to 3 days. And it was.

Simple, quick transaction. Customer service was great - they asked for income verification and stayed on the line while I sent it over and approved it immediately. Interest rate was basically what I expected for an unsecured loan and the term made it very affordable. Money was in my account within 24 hours. Everything they said they would do they did.

The thing that separates Best Egg from their competitors is their level of professionalism. I always get these prompts from Credit Karma for other companies offering me a better interest rate on a loan I wanted to pay off due to high interest. Best egg was the first company they offered me a lower interest rate and actually approved my loan right away. It was extremely easy to send your documents and customer service was great. WOW!!! We were playing with loan numbers and trying to make a decision when we got a call right on time from Rosezella. She walked us through the process and explained everything step by step. She also caught that we were about to make a mistake with the banking information and corrected us. She was very patient and helpful. The online process was quick and easy to follow and understand. I was familiar with the name as I took another loan from them before. My credit score was not super good and other companies I was applying showed me a very high interest rate and monthly payment. Best Egg gave me the lowest rate, they oreapproved me without hard credit pull, the money was deposited in less than 48 hours. I will consider them again if I need a loan. It is good that they don’t have any prepayment penalty’s. I will pay the full amount in next few months.

I had been getting calls all the time from this company, which was driving me nuts. I did inquire about a loan, but wasn't sure if I wanted to do it. So when I got a call last night I politely told the woman on the phone I wasn't interested and for them to take me off there call list. Well, I wish I could remember her name, She was awesome, very sweet no pressure, not a sales pitch, but if it was, she was good at it...lol I ended up getting my loan.

For me there several reasons.First the online application was easy and user friendly. They called me right away to see if I need help with the application not to ask me a 1000 questions they already have the Answer for. Not that I can answer them I find them very annoying.To me is a sign of being treated as an adult and respect. The approval was super quick and their direct deposit was even quicker. One thing I didn’t like was When I started the process on credit karma and was not clear when it redirected me to the bestegg company. That was confusing to me. Seriously, Best Egg is hands down the best for an unsecured personal loan. I currently have a loan with Best Egg which was also a great rate and very easy to complete. This 2nd loan will erase my outstanding credit card debt. A fair rate and approval back while completing the process. Save yourself some time and start and end here. I checked out other companies with the no impact on credit score, only to receive ridiculous interest rate offers. Not sure how this could have been any better. You guys knocked it out of the park again! Thank you very much!

The process was very simple and quick. I have never taken out a personal loan before so this was a great first time exerience. I received the money in my account on the second day after my approval. I was approved on a Wednesday and received the money Friday morning. I don't dislike anything, just wish I could go online to change my auto payments verses having to call.

If you are on the fence about applying, just give it a shot, you have two options, you are approved or denied, that's how I look at it, and I very happy that I did.

I was invited to come back to Best Egg for another loan. Easy process and once they verify your income as long as you meet the criteria on your credit score, utilization % below 30% and DTI below 35% you can obtain your funds online within 3-4 days. The interest rate you receive is based on your credit score initially. There is no prepayment penalty and much better interest that you get with credit cards. I recommend Best Egg for your next personal loan. Much easier than going to your bank.

Just took out my 3rd loan in 3 years. Great way to consolidate debt, my credit score keeps going up since I’ve been using Best Egg. The process is so easy, the interest rates and fees are always very competitive. With best egg, you receive the money quick. Some steps l didn’t have to do because l have had good credit with them in the past. They have been sending me emails and didn’t mind it. But when they send me an email and a good interest of 5.99 % for 50k Terms 3 years to pay. I grabbed it. They approved my Loan in a minute my credit score was 734 from Experian. They paid some of my cc and personal loans and deposited the rest into my bank account. I read alot of reviews of other loans and all said outstanding but we're denied. The reviews here were more positive and after was approved rather quickly and was told will receive funds in 1-3 days. I was able to adjust my loan a little up or down from what I requested and chose a lower amount for a lower interest rate. I really enjoy that I was made to feel a part of my loan and not just throwing a number at an algorithm and wishing for the best.

The entire process was so simply and easy. I was approved within a few hours and with a good rate, reasonable monthly payment amount, and good term options. I was completely satisfied with the entire process. Best Egg is the perfect solution versus trying to refinance your home which the process is longer, much more complicated in terms of providing documentation and them having to pay closing costs on top of interest on loan amount.

Our second loan with Best Egg. I lost my self-employment and was only able to secure a horrific loan at 30%+ APR to keep things afloat. Trying to show our income is a nightmare due to my wife's company policy, and my own independent contracting. They worked with us the first time to get the loan approved, and the second one went through in less than 5 minutes. We're folks that get PRE APPROVED for everything, then denied at the last step all the time. This was very unexpected help.

Excellent and quick!! This experience was seamless no hassle and waiting days for an answer! Same day response, not like traditional banks or credit unions where they have you jumping through hoops and don't approve you in the end, this place shops for you and finds a way to get you the funds!!
