Being this is my first time working with best Egg they have been very easy and helpful. Interest is high but when you need the money they are there to help you in time of need.i would recommend Best Egg as an lender anytime.

Using CreditKarma, I chose a loan from BestEgg from the list of options. The process was reasonably straightforward. Most of the data was passed automatically from CK, apparently. Therefore relatively painless. Dunno how it would be direct from their website. I didn't like how when I paused a few minutes on one of the application screens, a Best Egg rep called me, saying they'd noticed I had stopped, and that she had offers for loans. It was A bit intrusive: If I weren't a pro web developer who knows exactly how that happens, I'd've been creeped out. I had paused for a phone call, so I couldn't talk to the rep, and then I finished the application without another pause/call. The wait was also a bit annoying...this was touted as a "quick approval", but it was the next day when I finally got another call from them, this one simply confirming that it wasn't identity theft, then the loan was approved. To my surprise, though, it sounds like it'll be another day or two before the loan is processed. Also longer than the "you can get your funds the same day you apply" sort of impression I got. The interest rate — for this unsecured, non-credit-consolidation loan — in the original listing on CK was among the best. But now that I'm approved, I'm having trouble finding my loan info when logged in on their website. Presumably I'll be sent some docs, but the website is all about credit management, like a discount CreditKarma, when I already have the real thing. Considering how sketchy, even bad, so many Marketplace Lenders like BestEgg are, this mixed bag experience still qualifies, to me, as exceeding my [low] expectations. Take that as you will.

I don't like the interest and I didn't like that kredit karma said I was qualified for$15,000 and you ask how much I wanted and I'm only getting $8,000. I do like the payment and customer service where friendly and very helpful.

Worked through Credit Karma, and the process was quick and easy. Even when there were manual tasks to be performed, Best Egg folks were quickly in contact, very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and assisted all the way through the process. Funding process was easy, and quick! Ultimately, I would rather not need this type of loan, but having a solution like Best Egg, and their performance so far, makes it much less stressful!

I applied not thinking I would get approved but I did almost immediately and while the interest rate is high, it’s not higher than the current credit cards I’m trying to pay off I was approved in minutes receive the funds the very next day in my checking account and have consolidated all my bills into one very low payment Which I plan to pay off early . I like the automatic payments. The app is easy to use. I’m able to make additional payments online. The process could not have been any easier.

What I like the most is that the application process was easy and funds arrived quickly into my account! What I didn't like was when I received another invitation for a loan after 1 year of excellent repayment history, I was required to submit tax return documents for approval of loan. I never had to submit this the first time and I did not have them to submit with subsequent invitations so I couldn't get my loan request approved. I advised the Representative to please stop sending me invitations if they are going to require tax return documents that were not required from me the first time I applied and was approved. Thank you!

Honestly, the customer service was phenomenal, made my entire experience easy. The team members were kind and helpful with all my questions. Having the flexibility to choose my rate and loan amount was great! I knew exactly what I could afford monthly, so navigating through that was so simple, no loan calculator needed. I was nervous about applying. Didn't want a hard inquiry just to be denied. But Best Egg pre-qualified me - so I took a chance. And the monthly payments are doable, the interest rate was to be expected. Instantly qualified for 7,000 with a lower FICO credit score of 648 and Vantage of 726, 100% on time payments, only one derogatory mark on my credit! Thanks for allowing me to add to my mix of credit types!

Best Egg is amazing! I received the loan that I asked for. I appreciate that everything was online so I did not have to spend hours doing a process that is stressful. I appreciate that everything was online so I had time to think it through (overnight) without pressure. This so far is the best loan service available to anyone who finds themselves as an individual who is mostly responsible with their finances but occasionally has a run of bad luck and needs some help, good to turn to. This is my second time asking them for affordable help and I have used the services of another company in the past for a smaller amount of help but they couldn't beat Best Egg when I needed help again.

The entire process from the application to the actual funding was smooth and surprisingly fast. The entire transaction literally was completed a matter of days. Everything that was presented up front was delivered at the end with no surprises. I was presented the opportunity to select which repayment terms that suited me best and it was just a great overall experience.

I scoured loan site after loan site and everything had a crazy high interest rate, not enough money or a combination of both. I don't want to go deep into a hole of debt to better my situation. Best Egg gave me a chance and offered the money I needed to pay down a couple credit cards, pay a deposit for the movers and utilities at out new home! I was sent a invitation in the mail to apply for a loan. I called and I talked to several knowledgeable representatives who were so very nice and put me at ease. I was not at any time pressured to make the loan or the amount. I had to call back and change payment date which was done by another representative who was just as nice and knowledgeable. The process was very easy. However, the customer service agent that called me asked if I had questions, but was very annoyed and curt when I didn’t understand a few things. I explicitly asked him one question about the APR, and his response did not make sense to me. So I asked if that was something that was wrapped into the payment or that I needed to pay at the end of the year. He said you need need to pay at the end of the year. Later, he said that it was wrapped into the payment. Therefore, I was trying to understand because it didn’t make sense, and he was annoyed by my repeated questions.
