While it would be nice to have more control over loan amounts (from the user side choosing amounts is limited), the customer reps are extremely good at checking for you. I hated having to keep asking them to cancel applications until the right amount/apr could be found, but they were very patient and helpful. The loan process itself was very smooth and quick. I’d definitely recommend BestEgg for their service agents and options.

I solicited Best Egg for home improvement in the past. Application process, as well as funds received, was quick and simple. So, after paying my first loan off and since they were so good to me in the past, I just applied again. Again, quick and painless. I don't even get this quick of approval or interest rate from my bank I've been with for years, so...why go anywhere else. Best Egg is indeed a very good egg when it comes to business. Streamlined ease, almost feels too freeing to be true. However, I had one loan that I finished paying off already, which gave me the confidence to take out another with a more hopeful view. On a separate note--purely emotional and merely from the heart--a great concept of a name for the loan brand. If there was a way to reduce the overall fees by paying off the debt early, I would even add a 6th Star if that was possible.

Requested funds were available almost next day. Absolutely no drama or problems. I was surprised that receiving the funds was that easy. Of course you have to set yourself up for success for repaying the loan. You didn't give me drama . You won't receive any drama. Again I would recommend your help to anyone who is trying to get themselves together but not people who have drama

This has by far been the best experience that I've ever had with a lender. The customer experience exceeded my expectations from online to actually speaking with a representative. This was a great experience. The interest rate was only slightly higher than the typical car loan rate. The requirements were all easily provided. Once the documents were send in, overnight at their expense, it took 2 days to fund the loan. It's not a tomorrow thing, but it is a next week thing. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful!

I like the ease of doing business with BestEgg. I also like the very clear terms of an agreement. I like that they allow and address prepayment in their terms. What I dislike is expecting a bit much for a debt consolidation loan: I wish their prepayment terms did not include the full finance charge as planned at the scheduled end of the loan term. I'd, of course, be fine with the inclusion of loan initiation fee and finance charges to-date.

Very simple application process and super fast funding. I don't have sterling credit so I was not really counting on being approved, just hopeful. I was approved with in minutes on a Friday night and funded Monday late morning. I did not see anything about the cost of the loan so it caught me off guard but I should have figured on it. My advise: Take only what you can afford to pay back, this is not free money but it is amazing that Best Egg does this to help people in need. I highly recommend Best Egg and I will be using them again when this $10K is paid off.

I applied for my Best Egg loan through my Credit Karma account. Was SUPER EASY!! Best Egg was able to use everything from my account. My income, tax info, credit score etc. I did not have to provide any extra documents. I applied, they called me within 10 minutes to answer any questions. I then received an email about how I wanted my payments and all the details. Had money deposited into my account within 3 days of application! Very Very easy and painless!

I was skeptical at first applying for this loan. I have tried for loans before but always get disappointed even after the companies said I would be approved if I tried for the loan. I also read a lot of the reviews and most of them were bad reviews so that made me more scared. Plus, everything was too easy to do from start to end. And anything that is easy is usually not very trusting. But this time, I applied for the loan, got the approval and received the money in my account as expected. Thank you Best Egg. I was easily able to apply for a loan through Best Egg. Submitting my documents was simple and straightforward, and when there was a slight issue on my end, they contacted me promptly. I missed the call and had to call back, and there was almost no wait time to reach them. The customer service of the person that I spoke to was great and we got the issue fixed. Once my loan was approved (which only took 2 days), the money was distributed quickly. Interest rate is a little steep, but I think it's fair enough with all factors considered.

Best Egg is the real deal. I'm 53 and I've been around the block...I was skeptical that it was so easy, but the money showed up in the bank and the process was easy, the rate was the best available. The online interface and handling of my loan was 100% accurate and efficient. Luckily, I did look them up before making my selection (amongst a pool of loans for business purpose through 3rd party platform) - they have not disappointed.

I honestly was surprised that everything they said they would do ... they did! I already knew ahead of time that they can't approve everyone, because there are certain necessary requirements... however, compared to other "similar type" loan vendors, I would rate them in the top 5 percent! This was the fastest easiest loan I ever have gotten, with the best customer service. I was approved from upstart, but they sent the money to an invalid account. After that I dealt with 2 weeks of a nightmare, attempting to get everything straightened out. Then I applied at Best Egg and it was like night and day comparatively. I would def recommend Best Egg over Upstart. Their process, customer, rates and everything was on point. Upstart was a nightmare.

Worked through Credit Karma, and the process was quick and easy. Even when there were manual tasks to be performed, Best Egg folks were quickly in contact, very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and assisted all the way through the process. Funding process was easy, and quick! Ultimately, I would rather not need this type of loan, but having a solution like Best Egg, and their performance so far, makes it much less stressful!

I applied not thinking I would get approved but I did almost immediately and while the interest rate is high, it’s not higher than the current credit cards I’m trying to pay off I was approved in minutes receive the funds the very next day in my checking account and have consolidated all my bills into one very low payment Which I plan to pay off early . I like the automatic payments. The app is easy to use. I’m able to make additional payments online. The process could not have been any easier.

What I like the most is that the application process was easy and funds arrived quickly into my account! What I didn't like was when I received another invitation for a loan after 1 year of excellent repayment history, I was required to submit tax return documents for approval of loan. I never had to submit this the first time and I did not have them to submit with subsequent invitations so I couldn't get my loan request approved. I advised the Representative to please stop sending me invitations if they are going to require tax return documents that were not required from me the first time I applied and was approved. Thank you!

Honestly, the customer service was phenomenal, made my entire experience easy. The team members were kind and helpful with all my questions. I was nervous about applying. Didn't want a hard inquiry just to be denied. But Best Egg pre-qualified me - so I took a chance. And the monthly payments are doable, the interest rate was to be expected. Instantly qualified for 7,000 with a lower FICO credit score of 648 and Vantage of 726, 100% on time payments, only one derogatory mark on my credit! Thanks for allowing me to add to my mix of credit types!
