My first loan application ap with Best loan was seemless, When applying for a small 2nd loan inwhich in my opinion should have been approved. It was a dragged experience . It was requested I provide tx docs for two yrs , inwhich I did, this happened 5 times and I sent them 5 times, when talking to representive I stressed what he was asking for was not appliacable to me, he did not say I wasnt approved , he would look into it. two more emails asking for same docs. I called again this time i was told my ap was denied. Wk and a half wasted for a small loan ap which should of been approved. If they looked at my report better they would of seen I never have misssed payments to any creditor. Not a good experience

So, after paying my first loan off and since they were so good to me in the past, I just applied again. Again, quick and painless. Streamlined ease, almost feels too freeing to be true. However, I had one loan that I finished paying off already, which gave me the confidence to take out another with a more hopeful view. On a separate note--purely emotional and merely from the heart--a great concept of a name for the loan brand. If there was a way to reduce the overall fees by paying off the debt early, I would even add a 6th Star if that was possible.

I submitted my information late in the day on Wednesday after 1700. I received a call almost immediately a few seconds later I received several offers in email. I spoke with the representative while I accepted the offer. It was immediately approved and The money was deposited in my account before noon the next day. At 9 AM I had some concerns. I may have entered my wrong account number when I was filling out the information. I was able to call and speak with someone immediately and they immediately was able to confirm that they had the correct information. My loan rate was lower than I expected and they offered me more than I needed. Of course, I only took what I needed not that I had to Share that part.

I am a new Customer of BestEgg. I received an email online and rarely read them. I did read the email from BestEgg and applied for a persoanl loan. The application was easy to understand and complete. Uploading the documents was easy to do. I was immediately informed that my loan application was pending. After a couple of days I called BestEgg directly and spoke with Jarel. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He talked me through my final step and confirmed that I had completed it correctly and he had received and reviewed my final document. He then explained what I should expect going forward and it happened exactly as he explained it. I am extremely pleased that I took the time to read the email and apply for this loan. I think there are many companies communicating via email and many of them are not being completely honest. It was nice to see that BestEgg is not one of those companies. Their offer was legitimate and fair. It has been a complete pleasure thus far.

It has been a God send for me. I can pay the loan back. But coming up with so much money for oral surgery at once was impossible for me living pay check to pay check. I also have to pay extra for dental insurance that covers a little of the cost. I cant say enough good things about this company! I know I’m only 23, but I have always spent my adult life taking my credit score seriously. Im the type of person that tries to never touch their credit cards unless absolutely necessary, but I hit a rough season this past July/August that left me in a tough financial position. Using my credit cards became a means of survival. Becoming frustrated with myself after accumulating thousands of dollars worth of credit card balances, BestEgg provided me with a fresh start. With my credit score having dropped down to the 690’s i decided to go ahead and apply for a $7k personal loan. It was a risk that I’m glad I took. I was approved almost instantly and the fund were in my account the very next day. I was able to pay off all my credit card balances and still have money left over. Now all of those bills are in one place for just a small monthly payment. I cannot even tell you how much of a weight this was off of my shoulders. It’s also very comforting to know that I can pay off the loan early without any penalties. Would highly recommend BestEgg!!

We needed some extra cash to get us through in the month before our wedding as we had expenses come in from our children's school activities and that we had to pay to our lawyer, and we were stressing out. I went to my bank, a national company that's been around forever, and who I've banked with since I've been 18 years old. I applied over the phone and was told I'd hear back in 4 days. On the 5th day, after not hearing back, I called them and they told me I'd been denied a loan and that they'd mail me a letter. Gee, thanks for the no call and thanks for showing zero loyalty for decades of business. Granted, we've put our wedding on credit cards, so my score was in the 620s, but I make nearly $200k per year and I pay every single bill I have one time (we live in a very high cost of living area, I let my soon-to-be wife work part-time so she can be home for the kids, and I'm paying down a mountain of student loan debt, if you're wondering why my income goes). So, I wasn't completely surprised, but I was disappointed by my bank's service. I use a credit monitoring service and through it, I was pre-approved for a loan from Best Egg, who I'd never heard of. I did my research on them, saw the good reviews, and decided to give it a show. WOW. This was so easy and so pleasant. Simple application took minutes, and though I couldn't connect my payroll for verification electronically, most people probably will and get a very quick decision. Since I had that issue, I used the Live Chat feature and a wonderful woman named Denise took over for me; she guided me on how to upload my documents, stayed on the chat with me while I did so, reviewed them in real-time, and got me an approval! I had the money in my account in 48 hours. I cannot tell you how thrilled I was with Best Egg's experience and Denise's help. The amount of stress that they took off of our shoulders cannot be overstated; we'll now be able to enjoy our wedding and even do some of the little things we had to cut, knowing we'll be able to pay them back right after the wedding. And, I was able to pay down a high interest credit card, saving me interest and helping my credit score. Yes, the interest rate was higher than I'd like and there was an origination fee, but I was willing to take those on and would do it again in a heartbeat in this scenario. Cannot thank Denise & Best Egg enough!

Best Egg actually contacted me because I had applied for a loan previously and was turned down. I was able to pay down some of my debt, Best Egg took notice and sent me an email to re-appy. I wanted desperately to pay off my remaining debt, with the high interest charges I was facing, that was going to be impossable. I re-applied with Best Egg, my finacial picture was not ideal. I believe they looked at my situation and though I was just under the quifications needed, they approved my loan. Folks this is a personal loan, not some negotiated deal to bargin with your credit card companies to write off some debt (which has tax liabilities) and you paay the rest. I think the people at Best Egg went over and above for me. Thier staff is knowledgeable and professional, and never once failed to respond to a question. I recommed this on line lending firm for anyone seeking a loan.

I had another loan that was TRIPLE the Best Egg interest rate that I was offered, so I accepted this loan and paid that off and a few other things. I saved so much money in the end. Their website is very easy to use and I love that you have options! You have the option for auto pay or not (without it changing your monthly cost!) You have the option to change your due date if needed and you have options to skip a payment if needed! If I ever need another loan I won’t hesitate to use Best Egg! I had never taken out a personal loan before, so I had been shopping around so to speak. Best Egg offered a variety of different loan options at one of the better interest rates I could find considering my credit(moderate). The application process was extremely easy, upon approval I only needed to provide some standard information, and just like that the loan amount was available to me within 2-3 days. The payment options are perfect for me and I won't be penalized for making early payments which is a huge plus. Compared to other loan companies, Best Egg ended up being a homerun. I would recommend them to anyone considering a personal loan. Mine allowed me to pay my credit cards off, raise my credit score, and get some of the dental work I need done. Big weight off of my shoulders.

I did research on a few sites and have had to take out loans before due to unforeseen events. Recently, I had two very difficult ones back to back, and even my bank of 20 years would not help. At first, I thought that best egg was giving me a horrible APR, but after shopping around and probably destroying my credit after all the polls, I ended up realizing that they were twice as good as anyone else. I really only need this to help me in the next six months and then will be back on track due to other funds coming in and I expect to pay this off early, but I was really worried about how we get through the next couple months without defaulting. This ended up being the best option and I really really can’t think them enough. The service was smooth and the process was easy. Thanks again guys and gals.

So far I've had a 5 star experience, which I really didn't expect. There are fees but I got a loan for consolidating my debt. This means I am going to have to pay some fees. However, in the future, having gotten a delinquency on my credit report removed and all my debts within the gold standard range, my score will sky rocket and future interest rates will be lower and less fees. I will in the long run, make the fees and higher interest I pay for this loan, back several times over. Thank you best egg for taking this risk on me, while at the same time changing my families future. I will not let you down. I have a new found confidence and am over the moon excited about all the benefits to come with this small investment. If you're reading this and are concerned over the fees, look at the bigger picture. Establishing credit or repairing it is pricey. But way more expensive over time if you don't bite the bullet and just fix it. A "excellent" credit score is not free but it is a must. Pay the fees, use the loan wisely and get excited about your future too.

This is my third personal loan with Best Egg. They have great rates and their application/approval process is super quick and easy, as well as how fast they deposit your approved loan amount into your bank account Also with my previous loans it was super easy on their website to track your current loan balance and make payments, if you don't opt for the auto pay. Obtaining this personal loan was made very seamless with just a minor delay trying to convince the verification department to consider my Veterans Administration Disability Compensation Pension monthly direct deposits shown on my USAA bank transactions as sufficient "Verification" of part of my income which is an Indefinite source of income (for life), because trying to obtain a letter from VA confirming my pension benefit will not be practical in the essence of time or if they get to it it will take forever with all the bureaucracy involved. So I'm glad they were able to deduce to some common sense connecting.. Other than that, every step was made very easy thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of both Julia and Shapeeka and their patience and helpful attitude. Very convenient easy & streamlined application process, loan representative reached out right away to provide additional details & answer any questions & there was no request to upload any documentation. Pretty hefty origination fee but much better interest rates then what was being offered from some of the Credit Karma lenders who also had a large origination fee. The rate was a little higher than the local banks but in this day & age some of us are willing to pay a little more for the no hassle convenient online loan options. Also, this is a simple interest loan, not a precomputed interest loan so you can actually apply funds to your principal balance. Very happy & very impressed with this company.

This is my second loan with Best Egg, and let me tell ya; this is by far the best experience I've had with any personal loan company. Time and time again, Best Egg delivers! The rate is CRAZY competitive. It is an unsecured loan, and yet, the proposed APR is only 1% more than other competitive car loans which is secured with a collateral. This rate, in short, is insanely good. The other similar competitors providing unsecured loans will charge 10~20% APR. And Best Egg will handedly beat them every time with the most reasonable interest rate out there (over the coarse of the loan, the interest savings alone will add up to thousands of dollars!) The approval experience is also the best. When it's approved, you get a text message saying it's approved, and BAM!, you see the money in your account. Don't waste your time with other companies, just go with Best Egg!

I was literally shocked that I was approved in a couple of minutes while the agent walked me through application online. She can tell I was already approved just by looking into my information. Always check which banks are financing your lending company. If you have a good past relationship with the bank… a huge possibility you get approved. Make sure nonlate payments in the past and debt to income ratio… which is weird coz I already owed 20,000 in credit card debts plus an outstanding loan balance with two other companies. I applied to loan to consolidate my credit card debts :0) I used the money to pay off some of my debts that I have a hard time catching up on.

I have been watching personal loans from Credit Karma for 2 months deciding on a home improvement loan. I read every review on each company. Best Egg had the best reviews and most current. So an hour ago,I made the decision to apply. The application was so quick, within seconds I was approved. In fact it seemed to easy, so before accepting it I wanted to call and talk to a live person. I called and was put right though to a agent, I asked my questions and concerns and was happy with the answers, so I decided to go forward. The representative on the phone said he would stay with me on the line, all I had to do was put in my routing number and bank account number for the funds to be sent and hit agreed. The rep was telling that is all you need to do, then he yelled in excitement wow you are already approve and set, the money will be in your account within 1-3 days. Best move I have ever made. I’ve been looking at personal loans for awhile and was shopping around for the best interest rate I could find. When I first checked the interest rates with Best Egg I wasn’t overly thrilled since I was finding better rates elsewhere. However, one day I got a letter in the mail from them like the typical ads you normally get. Well when I opened it up I was given an offer code for a SIGNIFICANTLY lower rate than I’ve ever seen for any personal loan. I thought it was way too good to be true. Best Egg proved me wrong, and not only did they get me the super low interest rate, but they got it to me in about a day. These guys are legit and are saving me a ton of money.

Craziest thing ever! I entered very minimal information and it took me a few minutes. Within less than 24hrs of applying it was deposited into my Wells Fargo account. CRAZY!!! I didn’t even have to deal with a chat bot or a live human person. Pretty cool! I can now pay off all my credit cards and spare myself all that interest for several cards. Oh and my credit score is less than 650! I do have an excellent payment history and a great credit mix. My credit utilization is what kills me. And maybe my 2015 bankruptcy. Either way I look less than perfect on paper. So glad they took a chance on me! :)
