Giving bad address for pay off of are loan. To have it returned to us three and a half weeks later. When I checked into address it was for auto loan pay off, she had us put loan number in lock box address which was wrong. This girl obviously was new and needed training. Now we're waiting for overage to be returned to us and reported to credit bureaus as paid in full.

My first loan application ap with Best loan was seemless, When applying for a small 2nd loan inwhich in my opinion should have been approved. It was a dragged experience . It was requested I provide tx docs for two yrs , inwhich I did, this happened 5 times and I sent them 5 times, when talking to representive I stressed what he was asking for was not appliacable to me, he did not say I wasnt approved , he would look into it. two more emails asking for same docs. I called again this time i was told my ap was denied. Wk and a half wasted for a small loan ap which should of been approved. If they looked at my report better they would of seen I never have misssed payments to any creditor. Not a good experience

Very simple application process and super fast funding. I don't have sterling credit so I was not really counting on being approved, just hopeful. I was approved with in minutes on a Friday night and funded Monday late morning. I did not see anything about the cost of the loan so it caught me off guard but I should have figured on it. My advise: Take only what you can afford to pay back, this is not free money but it is amazing that Best Egg does this to help people in need. I highly recommend Best Egg and I will be using them again when this $10K is paid off.

I applied for my Best Egg loan through my Credit Karma account. Was SUPER EASY!! Best Egg was able to use everything from my account. My income, tax info, credit score etc. I did not have to provide any extra documents. I applied, they called me within 10 minutes to answer any questions. I then received an email about how I wanted my payments and all the details. Had money deposited into my account within 3 days of application! Very Very easy and painless!

I was skeptical at first applying for this loan. I have tried for loans before but always get disappointed even after the companies said I would be approved if I tried for the loan. I also read a lot of the reviews and most of them were bad reviews so that made me more scared. Plus, everything was too easy to do from start to end. I was easily able to apply for a loan through Best Egg. Submitting my documents was simple and straightforward, and when there was a slight issue on my end, they contacted me promptly. I missed the call and had to call back, and there was almost no wait time to reach them. The customer service of the person that I spoke to was great and we got the issue fixed. Once my loan was approved (which only took 2 days), the money was distributed quickly. Interest rate is a little steep, but I think it's fair enough with all factors considered.

I am a new Customer of BestEgg. I received an email online and rarely read them. I did read the email from BestEgg and applied for a persoanl loan. The application was easy to understand and complete. Uploading the documents was easy to do. I was immediately informed that my loan application was pending. After a couple of days I called BestEgg directly and spoke with Jarel. He was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He talked me through my final step and confirmed that I had completed it correctly and he had received and reviewed my final document. He then explained what I should expect going forward and it happened exactly as he explained it. I am extremely pleased that I took the time to read the email and apply for this loan. I think there are many companies communicating via email and many of them are not being completely honest. It was nice to see that BestEgg is not one of those companies. Their offer was legitimate and fair. It has been a complete pleasure thus far.

This process of getting a loan with Best Egg has been one of the best financial tasks I have ever done. It was easy to apply and the amount and time of payment was awesome. I am blown away. It has been a God send for me. I can pay the loan back. But coming up with so much money for oral surgery at once was impossible for me living pay check to pay check. I also have to pay extra for dental insurance that covers a little of the cost. I cant say enough good things about this company! I hope someone who is in the same situation from me will read this review and know that there is help out there for them. Thank You.
