The whole process was fast and easy. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the amount was one number and they took a fee that reduced the amount that I was applying for. I just may have missed that in the small print. Otherwise very satisfied this far!

The application process was fast and easy. The turnaround time to get an approval/denial and deposit funds was fast. Customer service contacted me right away when paperwork required to send in was not legible and provided another way to transmit and verified that it went thru over the phone.

Great experience after a bad one with a company called Avant. Avant made me waste a whole weekend stringing me along then not approving me at the last minute after telling me that I was already approved. Best egg approved me immediately, and I had the funds by the next day. I highly recommend Best Egg. Great company.

I am so pleased with Best site. I was worried my credit score would be too low to get a loan. Most site you need to have a collateral agreement to apply. Not Best Egg. I was approved within minutes and received the money in my back in two days.

Best Egg is the real deal. I'm 53 and I've been around the block...I was skeptical that it was so easy, but the money showed up in the bank and the process was easy, the rate was the best available. The online interface and handling of my loan was 100% accurate and efficient. Luckily, I did look them up before making my selection (amongst a pool of loans for business purpose through 3rd party platform) - they have not disappointed.

I honestly was surprised that everything they said they would do ... they did! I already knew ahead of time that they can't approve everyone, because there are certain necessary requirements... however, compared to other "similar type" loan vendors, I would rate them in the top 5 percent! And yes! Best Egg and one other that I know would be the only two that I would refer to my friends!

This was the fastest easiest loan I ever have gotten, with the best customer service. I was approved from upstart, but they sent the money to an invalid account. After that I dealt with 2 weeks of a nightmare, attempting to get everything straightened out. Then I applied at Best Egg and it was like night and day comparatively. I would def recommend Best Egg over Upstart. Their process, customer, rates and everything was on point. Upstart was a nightmare.

Worked through Credit Karma, and the process was quick and easy. Even when there were manual tasks to be performed, Best Egg folks were quickly in contact, very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and assisted all the way through the process. Funding process was easy, and quick! Ultimately, I would rather not need this type of loan, but having a solution like Best Egg, and their performance so far, makes it much less stressful!

I applied not thinking I would get approved but I did almost immediately and while the interest rate is high, it’s not higher than the current credit cards I’m trying to pay off I was approved in minutes receive the funds the very next day in my checking account and have consolidated all my bills into one very low payment Which I plan to pay off early . I like the automatic payments. The app is easy to use. I’m able to make additional payments online. The process could not have been any easier.

What I like the most is that the application process was easy and funds arrived quickly into my account! What I didn't like was when I received another invitation for a loan after 1 year of excellent repayment history, I was required to submit tax return documents for approval of loan. I never had to submit this the first time and I did not have them to submit with subsequent invitations so I couldn't get my loan request approved. I advised the Representative to please stop sending me invitations if they are going to require tax return documents that were not required from me the first time I applied and was approved. Thank you!

Honestly, the customer service was phenomenal, made my entire experience easy. The team members were kind and helpful with all my questions. I was nervous about applying. Didn't want a hard inquiry just to be denied. But Best Egg pre-qualified me - so I took a chance. And the monthly payments are doable, the interest rate was to be expected. Instantly qualified for 7,000 with a lower FICO credit score of 648 and Vantage of 726, 100% on time payments, only one derogatory mark on my credit! Thanks for allowing me to add to my mix of credit types!

This so far is the best loan service available to anyone who finds themselves as an individual who is mostly responsible with their finances but occasionally has a run of bad luck and needs some help, good to turn to. This is my second time asking them for affordable help and I have used the services of another company in the past for a smaller amount of help but they couldn't beat Best Egg when I needed help again.

I scoured loan site after loan site and everything had a crazy high interest rate, not enough money or a combination of both. I don't want to go deep into a hole of debt to better my situation. Best Egg gave me a chance and offered the money I needed to pay down a couple credit cards, pay a deposit for the movers and utilities at out new home!
