I love Best Egg. I incurred some credit card debt due to emergencies with my pet. Credit card interest rates are crazy. Best egg gave a great interest rate and I will be able to pay off the loan in 3 years. If I made the same payments to the credit card it would have taken me 2 more additional years to pay off the debt. Online experience was super easy.

I got my first loan and found how smooth the process went. I applied for my 2nd loan when I wanted to consolidate debt, the funds were deposited as stated. I paid off my first loan and high interest credit cards. Knowing your credit score, have automatic payments set up and have required docs ready and it is easy to apply. In the future Best Egg is the only place I would look for a personal loan.

Fast and efficient on the processing. The 5 stars are for that part of it. Once I experience some time with this loan I will review again for servicing side of the loan. I was skeptical and still a little apprehensive but time will tell. If servicing is as good as processing the 5 stars will remain in my opinion. The application was easy to complete and very user friendly.

I gave a 5 review because it would be dishonest to do less.From the very beginning of my application to the receiving of the loan took 3 days. Everything that was promised was delivered. I can't say enough of just how easy each step was,easy to understand language and instruction. I was hoping for a lower interest rate but my overall experience was great.

The website was easy to navigate. The questions were straight forward and the application was very easy to submit. Received an answer almost immediately. I tried other lending websites. Took a lot of time to complete and when the application was almost finished, it kicked me out of the system. Had to log in several times before I decided to change lenders.

I checked with BBB,,, to see IF this mail I got was for real, and it was legit!! I called one day and spoke to a young man, who assured me, this would NOT affect my CREDIT SCORE!! I answered a few questions he checked it out and told me the amount I could receive !!! That was on Last Friday, I had the amount given in my bank that MONDAY!!! I hope I won't need them again, BUT if so, THEY WILL WORK TO HELP!!!

Best Egg enabled us me to pay of ALL of my credit card debt and 80% of my Wife's credit card debt as well! My loan amount and interest rate were better than expected and actually got better during the loan process! We now have paid credit cards and a clear path to full payment making payments that are less than what we were paying just making minimum payments! So good to be off the minimum payment hamster wheel! Outstanding customer service throughout the process and we even got fully funded on a Saturday!

The loan process was very simple and quick. I immediately found out that I qualified for the loan amount that I needed to consolidate my high interest credit cards. Although my APR was still high as they based it on my credit score, it's still about 10% less than what I'm paying for my credit cards plus I will be able to pay it off in 3 years. I'm glad I got a loan from Best Egg!

My first loan I took out to pay off a credit card was super quick and easy to apply for; the interest rate was better than anywhere else and the money was deposited to my account in a day or so. I was so pleased with the entire process that after several months I took out a second loan to pay off my other credit cards; Best Egg has been a great company to do business with.

So we got the mail flyer and asked for $40,000 to consolidate all our credit cards. I have about a 700 credit score and make 90K a year. Got approved for 25K loan within a few minutes and should see the money in 1-3 business days. Now the fee was $1,250 right off the top leaving me 23.5K and the payments were $800 per month, but helped me clear off 85% of my credit card debt and now I only have one credit card and this loan payment. Much easier to manage. Seems like a fair loan and easy to manage payments. I will recommend this company to others.

The application process was very simple, details of the process was straightforward and the rates were good, dependent upon your credit score. I was amazed that upon loan approval, the funds are available within 2-3 business days. My experience with BestEgg was beyond my expectations. Will definitely use them again... this will be my go to loan funding source. One last thing, customer service was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable of the process. All questions that were posed and areas of concern were addressed.

I was turned down at another online institution so I didn't have much faith in Best Egg but thought Id give them a try anyway. My score was mid 700's but I have a high CC debt. They initially offered me less than half what I wanted so it was quite disappointing . But on a follow-up call the next day I asked if they had a better rate and they did! I filled out a bit more info and Bam!! I was approved!! It was a totally painless procedure. I Highly recommend this company!!

I only had two bills, combined $18500, my plan was to pay them off in three years at my current rate. After reviewing BEST EGG, I quickly realized I could save $4800 a year, and accomplish the same goal, this became a no brainer for me. My overall experience with Best Egg was good. The only issue I had was the underwriter seemed to have lost my loan application. This delayed the loan. When they did this, there was no follow up phone call or email from anybody else in customer service. No contact to me whatsoever. I had to contact Best Egg to follow up on my loan application. My phone call to customer service, after a 48 hour wait, was able to complete the loan process and receive funds another 48 hours later.

Wow! Applying for a loan online was a breeze. I was being interrupted by personal phone calls several times so the system logged me out. However, I simply logged back in, was brought back to the exact place I had been and moved forward. Approval was made quickly also! Money to be available in 1 to 3 days depending on my bank. When "big" financial institutions said no, Best Egg said yes. I was able to consolidate my bills into one loan and avoid a big interest payment accrual from one card. The service was exceptional, when I had a question about the online application, I called and the gentleman on the phone helped and insisted to stay on the phone until I got through the entire process. After my bank information was confirmed to deposit the money, it was deposited in 2 business days. Outstanding service! My only wish would've been to have received a lower APR%. There are a lot of "pre-approved" and "pre-qualified" offers that are absolutely scams - but Best Egg is the real deal. It is so fast and easy to complete the application, the terms and rates are very clear, and both the approval process and fund distribution are extremely fast. I was very skeptical at first, but I was completely impressed. This is absolutely a 5-star service!

I'm not going to lie, I avoided this load for months; Primarily because I was skeptical. That said, I was pleased with the ease of use, speed of service and most importantly the rates. Though my monthly payments only went down $30 I now have a fixed loan with an end date in close sight. This has definitely brought me and my household peace of mind.

Applying for the load was so easy. The web site is intuitive and effectively leads you through the process. The only hiccup I had was in trying to connect with my bank for direct deposit sync. For whatever reason, I was not able to complete this action online -- the resolution was just to email a copy of a voided check -- which was easily accomplished. My funds were in my account and available the very next day. I am very satisfied with my experience!

When I received an offer in the mail for best egg I first thought it was junk mail, but for some reason I decided to check it out since it wasn't going to affect my credit score. I was approved the same day, had $ in my bank account the next day and the following day completely paid off my credit cards and now have one very low interest rate. The monthly payment is so affordable and there are multiple ways to make my payment. I highly recommend!

The whole overall procedure of finding a loan company and proceeding with the application was amazing. In a matter of minutes I had contacted a representative from Best Egg and she was able to talk me thru the procedure and complete the steps of filling out the paper work. It was unbelievably fast. I inquired on a Friday night, got an approval Monday and money in my account Tuesday. I didn't have to deal with a tedious verification process like I've had to before, getting dates for length of time at my places of employment or paystubs for proof of income. I didn't even have to speak to someone, I got a text with my account number and everything!

I called and the person I spoke to kept me on line and walked me through through the rest of the application. It's been a year since my husband and I bought our 1st house. As you can guess there were many purchases and things needed, re: credit cards. Home Depo especially. It would have taken me YEARS to pay off these cards, but consolidating them with Best Egg was THE BEST FINANCIAL MOVE. In 3 yrs I will be done, and at a lower rate than my cards. If you feel overwheled with various credit cards, Best Egg is the way to go!

When I received Best Egg information in the mail, I threw it way. I got it out of the trash. I research the bank. I threw it away. I got it out of the trash again and applied. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire professional process and courtesy. While a small amount is still left on the target credit card, for the first time in 35 years, by the end of next month I will be completely out of credit card debt! Amazing relief. Easy payments to Best Egg with much lower interest. I couldn't be more pleased!

As previously mentioned - I was forces into a loan for a heating unit - need the unit (yes) and you will pay our interest rate. Another bank refuses a loaner interest rate loan. The we have Best Egg - they understand that I do not take loans that I cannot repay and that in the last 20 years my Credit Report shows one late payment (mother's death took precedence). I appreciate the trust.

Have lots of student loans and had some credit card debt from a tough year where we started a business. Had tried other loan consolidation companies that we get letters from all the time and got burnt out before trying BestEgg. Big mistake! They had the best deal. Rolled a credit card and our higher interest student loans into a loan with less interest, pays off a year sooner, and a lower monthly payment! No brainer.

the application process was very easy, received approval for the amount I requested at their best rate, and funds were direct deposited into my bank account in 2-3 business days, and they were willing to adjust the payment date as I get paid on the 10th of the month and they moved it to the 14th just in case any holiday or weekend may screw that up

I recently had some emergency dental work done which I took out a Care Credit loan and along with my charge cards it seemed like I had a bill to pay every day. Everyone was very patient, courteous and professional. Dante was the last person I spoke to who processed my loan. He was very helpful in explaining what was my next move. Only issue was it took me 2 weeks & 4 days to make the loan happen. Basically my fault for not being so skilled in e-mailing the docs. Consequently, I faxed the last of the info & it was like magic !!! : )
