The application process was easy; I spoke with someone from customer service and they were very helpful. Response came quick and so did funding and the best part is, I'm saving money on interest. Everyone was very patient, courteous and professional. Dante was the last person I spoke to who processed my loan. He was very helpful in explaining what was my next move. Only issue was it took me 2 weeks & 4 days to make the loan happen. Basically my fault for not being so skilled in e-mailing the docs. Consequently, I faxed the last of the info & it was like magic !!! : )

Best Egg is great. The application was easy for the most part. The only thing that bothered me, was the fact that when I got to where I needed to send a picture of my voided check or log into my bank account to prove my account was real, was not an easy process. It would not go any further after submitting a photo. So I then did the login for my bank account, which is a little scary to give that kind of information to someone, it still would not go any further. So I waited until the next morning and was going to check it. I already received an email by that point saying everything was good and my loan was approved. So even though I could not get past the one page, it still went through. If that was supposed to be the last page for the loan, it should say so on there. Otherwise, everything was great. I received the funds and the next day I received all the information I needed to login to check the account. I waited until I had an account number and could verify what my loan payments were and whatnot before I used the funds. Even though it already told me to begin with. I am a skeptical person and wanted to make sure to the fullest extent that this was not a scam. Hope this helps ease someone’s mind about getting a loan through them.

I wanted to consolidate all of my bills. I got a letter in the mail and thought I would give it a look. Applied one evening and sent in my w2 and two paystubs the following evening. The next morning at 8:30 I received notice that my loan was approved and funded. Interest rates were lower than any credit card and the start up fee was cheaper than another loan I had considered! That night my bank put the money through and I paid off all of my bills. What a great feeling!!

I had a great experience with Best Egg. I followed the steps according to very clear instructions,however I did get a little stumped on the documents page. I hit the chat button and had immediate help from Laticia who was very pleasant and helpful. That was followed up by a phone call from Krystal to see if my concerns were answered .Again,extremely pleasant and easy to talk to,She helped me to know what documents I needed to FAX. by the time I came home from faxing the paperwork,all of 25 minutes, my approval was waiting for me at home!! I would do it again in a heartbeat!!!

This is my 3rd Loan through BestEgg. Previous times I just chose BestEgg from the mailer. This time I had 3 mailers from 3 lenders and I started the application on all 3. Bestegg was by far the easiest and the interest rate was much better than the others. I have only good things to say about Bestegg and I say this from at least 2 years' experience with Bestegg loans...One of which has since been paid off with zero worries or difficulty.

The biggest problem with my applying for the BestEgg loan is how I long I delayed and hesitated! The process was simple, super clear and all online, all the details I needed to understand Best Egg was better than LendingTree or other offers to consolidate my credit debt. I was looking for a personal phone on a “comparison” site and got similar offers from several but Best Egg was above and beyond the best company to deal with as far as ease of use, everything was verified electronically where other sites wanted faxes and emails and numerous pushy phone calls. Also the interest rate was half what other sites offered and the money was deposited within 48 hours of my application!!

Received a pre approval letter in the mail. Was a little apprehensive at first. Looked into the company and decided to fill out an application. Was thinking of consolidating a couple accounts when I received the letter. Took about 10 mins to fill everything out asnd was met with a few different offers. After weighing them for a couple weeks decided to accept one. After another couple minutes of verification, I received a notice that funds will be in my account in 1 to 3 business days. After I had started the process online and just needed to send in the information required I got a pleasant phone call from a young lady asking if I needed help with anything and to make sure I knew what I needed to fax in and also if I needed the fax number. My Experience with Best Egg was simple easy and effective. Lucy, their loan specialist, walked me through the process. I was very relieved that rather than use the online process i called and spoke with her so she could understand how to situate the type of loan needed for me. Best Egg was upfront and honest with their approval requirements, their loan amount and terms. This company is amazing. Out of all the other loan companies ( rated in top 10 ), Best Egg beat the APR and fees by HALF! If I wouldn't have researched this company, I may have been forced to go with someone who made me pay double APR, higher monthly payments by at least $80, and higher fees for the loan. The entire application process online took 15 mins to complete and the interest rate I received was much lower compare to similar offers I received in the mail as well. The process was easy and fast. I liked the fact that you was able to check your rates and loan terms without effecting your credit score. It took approximately 2 days for the funds to be transformed to my financial institution. I was asked to provide last 2 pay stubs, last year taxes, which I was excited about the fact I was able to take a picture and submit, once they received the documents required, I received an email that with updates. This by far was the easiest loan I have ever applied for. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a loan.

I responded to a preapproved offer I received in the mail. I applied online for the amount I needed for my home improvement projects. I telephoned customer service twice to ask questions about the loan process, interest rates for me, and loan amount comparisons. My loan was approved and I was sent an email to confirm the approval. Customer service was great. People were knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. They were not pushy and sound as if they enjoy their job. I did not have to upload a lot of documentation and my loan amount was deposited in my account in a couple of days! How cool is that?
