I was looking for a personal phone on a “comparison” site and got similar offers from several but Best Egg was above and beyond the best company to deal with as far as ease of use, everything was verified electronically where other sites wanted faxes and emails and numerous pushy phone calls. Also the interest rate was half what other sites offered and the money was deposited within 48 hours of my application!!

Received a pre approval letter in the mail. Was a little apprehensive at first. Looked into the company and decided to fill out an application. Was thinking of consolidating a couple accounts when I received the letter. Took about 10 mins to fill everything out asnd was met with a few different offers. After weighing them for a couple weeks decided to accept one. After another couple minutes of verification, I received a notice that funds will be in my account in 1 to 3 business days. Will be saving roughly $400 a month after consolidating. Thank you again.

I usually do not like getting mail applications for Credit cards etc, but seeing Best Egg come again and again, telling me I qualify for a loan gave me comfort when bills started stacking up. When my home needed a new paint job and repairs I contacted Best Egg. The loan process was easy, the representatives kind and helpful. I had the money within days! And I feel I got a good rate. Thank you Best Egg for being available when I needed you!

This process was virtually painless! Yes, pun intended here! All of the information needed to complete my loan process was easy to provide and even easier because I didn't have to upload one thing. They were able to verify my identity and go through online banking to obtain the information they needed and removed the back and forth to complete this loan. I will now have the piece of mind of not having to keep track of all of my credit card payments, because now I will consolidate them all into 1 little egg! My business with Best Egg has been a pleasure!

I had received several mail offers from Best Egg and ever time I applied I was rejected. I have excellent credit and could never figure out why I was being declined. Recd a third offer in the mail and was able to refinance a personal loan from 8.99% to 4.99% with a small origination fee. Completely satisfied and should be debt free in the next 12 months.

Found the experience to be hassle free and very fast. After I had started the process online and just needed to send in the information required I got a pleasant phone call from a young lady asking if I needed help with anything and to make sure I knew what I needed to fax in and also if I needed the fax number. Once the information was received the loan was approved pretty quickly.

I called several places before I found Best Egg. The person was very helpful. She talks in terms I understand. She also offers options I can choose from. Everything is clear. She sent me the email I needed to complete the loan process. Again, the information is easy to understand. Thank you, Best Egg, for making it easy for me to get the personal loan I need.

While fighting Friday afternoon traffic to get from Memphis to Nashville to hand-deliver adoption paperwork by a 3:30 deadline, we had less than ten minutes. We started the loan process with a Bluetooth car phone call. We arrived, processed the adoption papers, and received loan approval while we waited for the paperwork. A story to share with the girls when that day arrives. The loan is for adoption fees. Hear the good news: Best Egg is fast, easy, and CARES who you are. Sincerely. Shari and Forrest Gross, RNC-NIC

My Experience with Best Egg was simple easy and effective. Lucy, their loan specialist, walked me through the process. I was very relieved that rather than use the online process i called and spoke with her so she could understand how to situate the type of loan needed for me. The process took minutes and hopefully i will be on my way knocking out some unnecessary debt. Best Egg did what other "loan" companies didnt give me a chance. I hope they continue their excellent service and hoping that this wont be the last time i work with them in the future

So far, you have been outstanding in all aspects of obtaining this loan. Your customer service agent was fast, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE about what documents were required and just a pleasure to work with. If the rest of the experience with Best Egg goes as well as the application process, your company should rank among the best in the business, if not the best.

I am so impressed with Best Egg!! It took all of about 5 minutes to fill out some info and get approved. So easy. The best part is that I have been wanting to consolidate some high interest rate credit card debt and Best Egg offered the best rate and low monthly payments. I will recommend Best Egg to all my family, friends and co-workers. Thanks Best Egg!!

I've bought many houses, cars, and have had several loans through various credit unions and banks. I can't think of a time that it was ever; EVER this easy. Best Egg sent me one of those "normally fake" pre-approval mailings today. The last one from another company was fake and I was not approved. I literally jumped on line and had what I needed in less than 2 minutes. Best Egg; you truly are a game changer. Thank you.

After getting a lot of different e-mails from Companies saying they could help me get out of Credit Card debt, I finally clicked on the link that Best Egg sent me and filled out the questions and I was a little surprised at how fast the loan was approved. I have good credit but not great and the Interest rate was a lot better than what I have been paying to the credit card companies and this will allow me to be debt free 10 years sooner

Going through a divorce and need to consolidate credit cards and lower my monthly payments while reducing the overall payoff timeline. Researched several companies and their reviews. I received offer after offer and finally bit the bullet. I Finally did it on a Friday night. Took about 15-20 mins for approval, and the money was in my bank account by the following Wednesday. Immediately paid off the cards, saving myself $200 a month. My credit score has already went up 50pts due to no balance on the cards and having a unsecured loan on my report! I highly recommend BESTEGG!

Had received several "pre-approved" offers from different companies but when I took them up on it all of them but Best Egg reneged on the pre-approvals or offered lower loan amounts and high interest rates. Best Egg was upfront and honest with their approval requirements, their loan amount and terms. They offered me exactly the amount I needed and a rate I could live with in order to get out of mounting high interest credit card debt. They were easy to work with and their customer service is fantastic. Would definitely recommend!

This company is amazing. Out of all the other loan companies ( rated in top 10 ), Best Egg beat the APR and fees by HALF! If I wouldn't have researched this company, I may have been forced to go with someone who made me pay double APR, higher monthly payments by at least $80, and higher fees for the loan. Thanks Best EGG. You really saved me a lot of money and piece of mind!

I am usually really skeptical especially online. And myself don't trust user reviews especially with so many scams online. Through nerd wallet when I saw best egg and their quote of best interest rate among online lenders, I went ahead and applied. It took hardly 15 minutes to have the loan approved. Even the delay is me uploading 2 docs online. Am surprised with the process being so easy and really a great help. Simply the best.

This morning, I responded to bestegg's "pre-approved" loan offer I received in the mail two days prior. The entire application process online took 15 mins to complete and the interest rate I received was much lower compare to similar offers I received in the mail as well. Eight hours later, my loan was funded and was deposited into my bank account - bottom line - the entire loan application process was very simple, easy and quick! Awesome! Thank you , "bestegg"!

Was a little nervous about the offer at first. After doing the math several times, it was a no brainer to go through with the loan and consolidate some bills and credit cards to one payment and save money in the long run. Had a lot of help from customer service. They were very nice, not pushy and were genuinely concerned if I had a question or was a little anxious at first about taking this loan.

I decided to try Best Egg because I was looking for someone who would let me pay back the loan once a month instead of every pay cycle. After getting approval and told my money would be in my bank 1 to 3 days I was ecstatic. The service was fast and now I only have 1 bill to pay back instead of 3. My stress level has went down a lot just in a few days! Thanks Again BEST EGG!

The process was easy and fast. I liked the fact that you was able to check your rates and loan terms without effecting your credit score. It took approximately 2 days for the funds to be transformed to my financial institution. I was asked to provide last 2 pay stubs, last year taxes, which I was excited about the fact I was able to take a picture and submit, once they received the documents required, I received an email that with updates. This by far was the easiest loan I have ever applied for. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a loan.

I responded to a preapproved offer I received in the mail. I applied online for the amount I needed for my home improvement projects. I telephoned customer service twice to ask questions about the loan process, interest rates for me, and loan amount comparisons. My loan was approved and I was sent an email to confirm the approval. Customer service was great. People were knowledgeable, patient, and easy to understand. They were not pushy and sound as if they enjoy their job. I did not have to upload a lot of documentation and my loan amount was deposited in my account in a couple of days! How cool is that?

Awesome experience - I was considering consolidating debt into 1 payment with a fixed term and payment amount. The message on the envelope was clear this could possibly be a solution for me. I logged in and reviewed the offer, after looking everything over I decided this was in fact the solution for me. The process was easy, the next morning I had my approval email. I'm looking forward to having more money to save each pay to work toward a future goal of mine!

I was nervously paranoid that this was going to be a hoax, and while filling in my information I swore someone was just stealing my identity. However, the application process was quick and simple to complete. I had my personal loan two days later, and I've already paid off my credit card debt! I highly recommend Best Egg to anyone looking to set a monthly goal with getting out of high interest rate credit card debt faster.

Best Egg's loan offer to consolidate existing higher interest credit with a lower interest rate was appealing. Considering my overall payment went down due to the lower interest rate charged by Best Egg, it will be possible to pay the balance off sooner. The whole process was explained upfront and proceeded quickly. The loan from Best Egg was deposited into my account within three business days just as they promised.

Was not even in the market for a loan. but I got the advertisement in the mail and decided to check it out. I was so glad I did. Dropped 2 points off an existing loan and was able to pay in full a few small store credit cards. with a little cushion to keep in savings. The payment I will be making is so much less than the total payments I was making. On the track of being DEBT FREE..

Excuse me as I pick myself up from falling off a log...yes it was that easy of a process to obtain my loan from Best Egg. The application, document loading and validation portion took 15 mins, and lot of that was me double checking info. I had a quick question that I email to them after the process was done, and they answered it within minutes. The next day I go to the website and get my "Congratulations, Your Load is Approved" message. A total pleasure to do business with.

We had applied for a loan through lending club and were waiting and waiting. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted them and they simply said that there were alot of loans to go through (I think that means it's time to hire more people) and that they would let us know when they get to ours. So I decided to apply to best egg and BAM we saw progress right away. Our application was accepted within a day AND with lower rates! Now we are just waiting on our bank to make funds available.

I received an offer via US mail from Best Egg and within 5 business days I received my loan request. Best Egg has tapped in to a market that has a huge upside for their business. For me, it allowed me to obtain funds immediately to pay off a debt. I do not like the interest rate I received and will make this a short term loan in order to reduce the cost.

The process for applying and receiving approval was on par with other loan servicers, if not faster. It was a relatively no-hassle experience, except that the upload documents tool on the site is a bit confusing with no confirmation for days (if it's outside business hours) that the actual document was received. There was also no update made to the document required status (after over the phone I was asked to provide more documentation) until the "Approved" page appeared. Also, don't try to call after say 5pm PST because, despite the fact that there are no office hours listed on the site re: the 1-800 number, no one will answer. In fact, you'll sit on hold, "waiting for the next representative to be with you in a moment" for over 20 mins before the system eventually just hangs up on you with no message, no warning. This simple fix (saying in your system that your phone hours are e.g. 8AM - 5PM PST) would be a huge customer experience improvement. Overall, pretty happy with the process despite these hiccups. Thank you Best Egg!

As a real estate investor access to quick cash and a competitive interest rate is often what can make or break a deal. I cam across Best Egg in the mail and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the funds were available, two days from the day my application was accepted. The on line application process was also very simple. The terms of the loan are sent right away no fine print to muddle through. I have been a Best Egg Customer since March 2016 and am very happy with their service. My initial loan was granted to cover major home renovation projects that met my budget within $100. I have been making automatic on-time payments since March 2016 through now. Best Egg has granted me to apply for another loan which I just did and was approved for. Thanks Best Egg! Best Egg was the best decision I have ever made. I knew debt consolidation was a smart move for me but so many places make it harder with the crazy rates and terms for a loan.
