I understand it is a business but people look for debt consolidation to set a path for financial freedom to learn from past decisions. What a great way to quit paying all the high interest debt of the credit cards. Application process was quick, easy, with nothing hiding in the weeds as a surprise fee. Could not have gone better - money was in account in less than 48 hours. I was on a search of a loan to consolidate debt I had, and I approached several companies offering loan and Best egg was the best option due to lower rates on a 5 yr terms. I did everything online (Application, bank reference, upload personal data). The personal bank information was reliable and trustworthy. I received the funds in less than 48 hrs. This was the easiest loan I have ever applied for and received. Applied online, uploaded 2 documents requested using my phone. I chose to call to verify they were received ok. Person I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and offered accurate details about my loan application. My money was deposited in 2 days to my bank account in the morning just as I was told it would be. Very good process and very good customer service.

I applied for a loan through Best Egg by recommendation through credit karma. Honestly, I was a little skeptical but now i am confidant and comfortable that i made the right decision. I took out a loan to consolidate debt and have one payment. and be debt free in 3 years or less. I felt like best egg was up front about the fees and terms of my loan. I seriously had the money in my checking account in 1 business day! Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Best Egg.

Best Egg saved me financially on several occasions when unexpected and unforeseen situations arose in my life. My credit was not excellent but it was good. You can't expect an unsecured loan of $10,000 if your credit is bad. But, for the working individual who tries to keep his/her credit good, you will appreciate Best Egg. And once you pay a loan off with them, it just helps your credit and you will get offers from them again. Their Customer Service is excellent and the money hits your account within a couple of days. Very easy - hassle free...interest rate could have been better, but you gave me a better rate than Discover....you might want to tell your telephone reps to be more positive - I would have taken out the loan from you earlier, but was discouraged to do so by the person on the phone - said it would take 7 to 10 days to process the loan - thanks much anyway, it all worked out!!

The experience with Best Egg loan was great. They asked for some documents, such as W-2 tax information, which I provided. My loan was approved the next day. It was very easy to do business with them, and get the loan I needed, with a minimum of paperwork or them taking a long time to review my application. I would definitely recommend Best Egg to anyone who needs an unsecured loan at a good interest rate.

I was very skeptical to try this but slept on it for a few days, had the application all completed and ready to hit send. I did need to payoff most of my bills, but thought I would get denied. but finally decided to take the plunge and let me tell you I am very happy I did. paid off most of my bills well the majority with the amount given and now I can sleep better and not worry any longer. one monthly payment a month same amount versus double or sometimes more a month is well worth it, thank you Best Egg.

By far the easiest process! It's no different than any other lender, and it took me under 24 hours to be notified that the funds would be transferred to my account within three days. Interest rates, too, are no different than any bank lender. A couple of documents were uploaded and verified, but that's standard. I definitely would come back, if I needed to. Literally save me a lot of money over time.

I needed help with paying my Federal and State Taxes due to my oversight. I was hesitent to take any type of loan as I did not want to add to my financial burden. I certainly did not want to use anything that would negatively affect my credit score. Best Egg was the best choice for me. I highly recommend this for anyone that wants help with a financial issue but does not want to do anything that would negatively affect the credit score.

My experience with Best Egg has been disappointing. After paying my account in full, the company reported conflicting and inaccurate information to the credit bureaus. Despite multiple disputes and a CFPB complaint, they continued to verify inconsistent reporting. It has been extremely difficult to get accurate information reflected on my credit report. I would be cautious when dealing with their reporting practices.

Please read. I’m posting so others do not have to experience what happened to me. Their mistake is preventing me from obtaining my mortgage loan. Best Egg Continuously failed to report my PAID IN FULL credit card balance. They received payment for my entire credit card balance on 11/25/25. Despite claiming to report every 30 days they have failed to report the $0.00 balance. I spent over 4 hours in the course of 5 phone calls speaking to Diego, Alfonzo, Jose’, Miguel and another employee who hung up on me for requesting a supervisor. They told me someone will call me back. After never receiving a call back I called again and pleaded to get in touch with a “supervisor” whose name is Chris. Again he could not answer why they failed to report. He told me the “customer response team” would call me. After explaining i had been expecting a call for days he told me that the “response team” would not respond to him either. After filing complaints with compliance agencies I get a call from Jennifer. She made it clear there was animosity and discrimination since I had filed complaints. Jennifer mentioned my complaints 4 different times on our phone call. Admitting they failed to report and refusing to let me speak to a supervisor because she was “the end of the line”. She told me since I filed complaints that they would only communicate further with me in writing and refused to provide documentation for my mortgage broker admitting they failed to report. She hung up on me and when I called back the office refused to speak to me any further because I filed complaints. They made the mistakes yet refused to take accountability and got upset when I had to take action against them. -Dakota M.

Loan approval was fast. However, I receive several emails telling me CONGRATULATIONS, I can get more funds with lower rates. When I call to check this offer, Inwas NOT approved! This is such a terrible marketing tool. It is misleading and dishonest.
