The customer service that I received from Amber was fantastic! She was professional and very knowledgeable. She accomplished a revised approval for me and made it very easy to accept the new offer. Your website on the other hand needs some work. Household income needs to be removed from the application and a disclaimer needs added that you don't accept joint applications.

Great service, friendly customer service, I applied at 11:30 today and was approved at about 12:30, and just checked the status of funding and it said my loan was funded at 8:44 pm it will be in my bank probably tomorrow or Wednesday

Everything as far as applying the information needed for loan was easy and fluid. I applied through CreditKarma which has helped my credit ratings immensely. Yes the APR and Int rates are high but making extra payments here and there will help. Bettering my credit for the futre will get better affordable APR and Int.

I needed extra cash quickly. I applied for a minimal loan to cover my expensed. Best Egg was quick, painless and in my checking account within 3 days. If you have decent credit you can find a loan that you can afford. Interest rates are not that bad, and you don't have to go to a "bank", and deal with anyone. Just answer a few questions and you will hear back quickly.

I had 25 minutes to take care of the application. I was done with the application and told I would have funding in 23 minutes. I applied at 8:35 on a Friday and when i woke up and checked my bank account on Saturday morning It had been funded. Crazy fast and efficient.

Surprisingly easy. Kudos to the UX team for clarity and alignment with customer needs, e.g. what is happening in the process, what the cost is, what comes next. The AI chatbot was top-notch, e.g. not frustrating like so many, and answered my question so I felt comfortable continuing the process.

What a God Send Best Egg is! They have a very easy and simple application process. Within three days I was approved for my loan and the money was in my account. I love that they set up automatic withdrawals from my account so I never have to remember to pay. Also with the lower payment I can pay two a month and pay this off sooner.

The only thing I have not necessarily “liked” was getting an email saying my credit had slipped as reported by Experian at the same time Experian emailed me that my credit was at an all time high 😂 but I am still so very happy with this loan and the service at best egg is top notch.

The only problem I feel would have been good to do is be able to see the difference if I paid a current loan off and or request a new loan without paying off the current loan. It was and easy and fast process to get the money I needed to pay off a car loan and several credit cards. This loan will lower my monthly overhead by $350 with the consolidation of debt that I was able to achieve. Once I get my credit score higher I plan to use Best Egg again to get a lower rate and help me become debt free.
