This company is very professional, and fast depositing funds, I feel the fees are a little pricey, but when compared to the credit cards interest rates, I consolidated it is small, plus I will be able to pay off my debts in 5 years, instead of revolving or increasing interest rates at a fixed loan rate.

There were some complicated issues with our application that confused things on the approval end which was frustrating. However, the customer service, especially Penny, on the frontlines did not give up and worked diligently to help smooth it out and make things right.
