I applied based on CreditKarma's recommendation as a loan with outstanding approval odds. When I entered my income and added the amount requested, it showed a payment amount and interest rate that looked decent. However, after reading through my tax return, they didn't care about my actual income, they used the loss numbers in one of my LLC partnerships to say that my verifiable income was much lower based on their guidelines. So they said they would approve the loan, but with a much higher interest rate. So what if one of my businesses ran in the red last year...I still made my personal income as reported. Seems like a scam to get extra money out of me. Like "yeah, you did make that much money, but one of the businesses you co-own showed a loss, so we can't technically verify the amount you reported." 3 stars because they did offer me a loan and the lady was nice enough, but using my schedule C, LLC business loss to raise my interest rate is ridiculous. No lender has used that against me before. If you plan to use schedule C income, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

I appreciated the beginning of the digital process to the end. I am using BE to consolidate credit cards. What sold me is there is no penalty to pay off the loan early. With lowering my interest rate overall (significantly) I am able to pursue a couple of financial goals sooner with BE.

This was the absolute easiest Loan process I've ever been through. Literally took minutes to enter all of my information, talk with customer service and a few minutes later I was approved. Quick and easy application process. I was able to pay off all my credit cards. So now I am paying about half of what I was paying monthly to credit cards to Best Egg. I checked out a few other companies and Best Egg had the best rate and the easiest application.

Simply put...my loan process was so easy and funding was so fast I thought there was gonna be a "catch". After going through the SBA process years ago I thought for sure Best Egg was a front. There was no "catch" or "front". I will definitely use Best Egg for my next Business Loan!

So far, so good. The easiest loan I have ever applied for. With interest rates on the rise, the fixed rate they offered is less than half of my current credit card interest rate. My payments will be about 1/3 as much as I'm paying now and it'll be paid off in about the same amount of time.

Best Egg is pretty simple, and while the origination fee is not so great an idea, it still allows you to get a loan, and to get a better rate than a lot of others. Considering how piheaded some banks and Credit Unions have become, even if you have a 30 year on time history, Best Egg is better.
