Horrible service I was a customer for almost 3 years spectrum as a company also every technician they sent out knows about these apartment buildings they refused to fix my services knowing they had to do there job they didn't want to and on top of that wanted me to pay a bill that I haven't received service on a whole month their service connection is horrible asf also it's not worth

I, Had Spectrum Service for over 9 yrs. In 2021 I decided to terminate my service do to high rates f oi r cable, internet and phone services. As a long term customer they offered very little to none promotional saving, even when speaking with customer service no options for saving were of any benefit in saving towards bill. And taxes are very high. Long waits on phone when I had concerns about bill or internet service. I can say once connected their tech support for internet access service is great.

Because I had a issue with my checking account I could not pay my bill online and the company had no way except for me on come to store and pay with cash. This was big issue for me because I could not get there during office hours for a couple weeks. In the mean time my service was disconnected. I disnt opwn this accout back up was tickwd off that they explooy lower it come ppl they charges me for service wven though it was disconnected. This is an awful company .

Every month I look at my bill I always find some bogus charges on it and I have to get in touch with Spectrum for them to remove them. I talk to a rep and ask them do they have any new packages to reduce the monthly bill and the rep suggest that I return boxes and upgrade my internet so that I can use an app on my televisions but she fails to tell me that all the TVs need to be smart TVs. They always give you half information. I swear the cable goes out about 5 times a month but they never adjust the bill. It's always doing an update in the middle of a program. No heads up it just happens.

The overall internet speed is not bad from this company. Just know that if you would like Wi-Fi in your house they charge an additional $5 more for the Wi-Fi router every single month. The channel selection is very good!

Spectrum has been my sold internet provider for the past several years, and I would probably switch if my location offered a better alternative. There are frequent outages and the speed isn't all that fast for the amount they charge. Customer service is practically non-existent.

Value for money, here in New York City is there, with Spectrum plans. But, the lack of 4K, in 2021-2022 subtracts 1 star. The menu navigation system, both on remotes and on TV needs major reinventing - subtracts 1 star.

There are few companies worse than Spectrum (old Time Warner). The internet regularly cuts out...they charge us a ton of money to rent a really old router (which is our fault, we could just buy one)...and then they raise prices on us and don't increase internet speed. We don't have another alternative though because they are the only provider for our apartment. They are truly the worse.
