I noticed that the customer service at spectrum could be better. I have noticed that when I called and spoke to a rep, her background was noisy and she was rude. I hope that their reps are in a quiet space to handle the service of the customers.

I pay 79.99 for just internet for it to not work half the time or be super slow. The bill randomly goes up all the time. Sometimes it takes forever to get ahold of someone to fix the issues.

Would give a zero if possible! One of the worst companies I've ever worked with in my 63 years of life. Not just one bad experience but numerous. Customer service is rude and dishonest. Supervisor/management never return calls. Service is unpredictable and there's always excuses. I gave up cable service 3 years ago because of spectrum. Living on Carolina Beach they were the only option and I have since then remained cable free and would never go back to Spectrum if they gave me a free year!

It is always a difficult thing to speak with a live person who speaks any English well in a timely fashion to discuss issues. When you actually do reach a person, there are multiple transfers and inadequate answers to the concerns. Very frustrating when I was paying a substantial bill on time every month. Horrible customer service! I finally switched to AT&T internet and get my TV service streaming from you tube TV. We saved over $100 a month by making the move. Thankful we did and loving the savings and customer service we now receive.

We had a great rate with them. Usually I call and get same rate renewed. This time the person told me no. So I went to AT&T. When I call to cancel this person told me I could have gotten the same rate. So customer service needs some work. Happier with AT&T anyway because we don't loose service as much as with Spectrum.

It's a shame Spectrum can't come up with a plan for seniors. Instead, they continue to go up on my elderly 84-year-old mom's account every year. After my most recent phone call to them, a rep finally told me about a low-income plan they have to assist with my mom's account. This was helpful. However, I still give them a 1 review as this should be offered from all call reps, not after the 5th phone call I've made to Spectrum about their yearly rate increases. Talking with Spectrum is like pulling teeth.

I, Had Spectrum Service for over 9 yrs. In 2021 I decided to terminate my service do to high rates f oi r cable, internet and phone services. As a long term customer they offered very little to none promotional saving, even when speaking with customer service no options for saving were of any benefit in saving towards bill. And taxes are very high. Long waits on phone when I had concerns about bill or internet service. I can say once connected their tech support for internet access service is great.

Every month I look at my bill I always find some bogus charges on it and I have to get in touch with Spectrum for them to remove them. I talk to a rep and ask them do they have any new packages to reduce the monthly bill and the rep suggest that I return boxes and upgrade my internet so that I can use an app on my televisions but she fails to tell me that all the TVs need to be smart TVs. They always give you half information. I swear the cable goes out about 5 times a month but they never adjust the bill. It's always doing an update in the middle of a program. No heads up it just happens.
