I have had Century Link for a few years now and overall I’m pretty happy with it. Sometimes the wifi is awesome but other times the service struggles. For the majority of the time though it works great and it reaches my house when a lot of other providers didn’t.

We have stayed with century link through the years because of the unbeatable price, but it’s defibitely not the best internet service out there. You get what you pay for. Customer service is not very convenient are helpful.

CenturyLink provides good internet service for me and my family. We have some problems but that okay, we usually don't have problems. Century link can be expensive but it's a good internet service program.

My parents have CenturyLink and the speeds are sufficient for their needs. However I would like DSL to be a little faster if they are wanting to keep up with fiber optics. They do have a rate guarantee so thats nice.

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with and my issue was never resolved. When I canceled my service two days after my billing cycle began they refused to offer a proration so I'm stuck paying for another month. What a scam! I switched to Xfinity and so far their customer service alone has impressed me.

How do you give zero stars? I have literally been at home and on the phone for the last two days because their technicians never showed up. No call, no show both days and as I am on the phone with Century Link both days they ensured someone was coming. I STRONGLY encourage others to look elsewhere.

This was the only company available a few years ago in my area. I had dialup and it was so slow. I hope they have upgraded and offer better service now.

I made an appointment in wait for two weeks and they canceled my appointment without telling me why, horrible Comcast is way better

I was kept waiting on the phone for 45 minutes for customer service then I was cut off or hung up on. Then another long chat online that kept sending me to 4 different people that took close to an hour and no one knew anything. Centurylink customer service is totally useless. About to switch service

If I could rate CenturyLink a zero I would! The absolute worst internet provider I've ever had. Customer service is rude, hang up on customers and not helpful. Internet is down more than it works and they don't care. Not sure why it says Amazing for one star?! Disappointing and absolutely awful service and products!!!

Worst customer service ever. Wait times are AWFUL every time I call, they have to transfer me again, after I waited 20 minutes. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN AVOID. UPDATE: 1.5 Hours on hold, 5 transfers and I finally got my account cancelled.

Just started new Centruy Link service in the Denver Metro area they offer a max of 15 Mbps - What a Joke!? Century link continues to disappoint in providing quality internet to people that depend on them. We are not given other options and CenturyLink knows it so they deprioritize upgrades. Do not trust any internet services in Las Vegas, Nv, it is a hack haven for cyber criminals who are suppose to provide a service not criminal activity.

I got kicked out of my house (long story) and had no choice, but to cancel and their still charging me for a month I didn't use! I wasn't even there to use the service! $75.00 for nothing. Might as well just start handing out money to companies who already make tons. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. They just see you as a walking dollar sign.

Was disconnected in the middle of support session trying get my fiber line buried that they left in my front yard. The best answer they could give is a 5 month window to bury the line with no idea when it will happen. Been on hold with phone support for over 45 min.

Not the biggest fan of CentruyLink. Their internet speeds are abysmal at best. When I go and visit my friends that have them as an internet provider, I use my cellular data because I am never able to load videos, and everything else takes a while. They do have good customer service though but it doesn't make up for the slow internet speeds.

Extremely poor customer service. Had an erroneous charge of $1,000 show up on my bill. Spent well over an hour on the phone with more than a dozen "specialists" and the issue is still unresolved. Worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Terrible customer service. They were supposed to install it two days ago and never showed up or called. When I try to call them I wind up on hold for an hour till I give up. I even asked for a call back and when they called me it was still automated and was put on hold. And to top it off I have already received a bill

One word: AWFUL. Do not sign up with Century Link. Customer service is the worst of any company I've ever dealt with. You are placed on hold for long periods of time and transferred to multiple people who don't have the skills to assist you. I suggest anyone thinking about signing up with them to reconsider.

I've never been so disappointed. You would think my mother at the age of 85 they would get this problem fixed. It's been work order after work order.. its ashame how the elderly has to put up with this. This is the only way her church can contact her. Not to mention doctors office.

Absolutely irresponsible employees. Nobody care if the customer will quit. I have tried to connect the internet. Technician just didn't show up and wrote in the notice that I wasn't home. Probably, I was lucky that I didn't get an internet from this guys. I'm trying to imagine how long time they gonna repair if something gonna get down.

The customer service will be provided by people who are so ignorant of the company they will only tell you how your bill is made from pages of the Bible and you must worship it.

Poor Experience. If you have a choice (which we didn't!), choose wisely. Customer service terrible trying to get bundled services discontinued. Delay after delay transfers to different departments. The internet performance is marginal at best. My best suggestion is to get your internet elsewhere.

Honestly have no had a good experience. They havent upgraded our service in over 20 years, and we still receive rates of 1mb/s MAX. When asked if they will be upgrading units, weve received several responses with "soon." They could improve by updating their service, and providing atleast some decent customer support

Cannot get to my email account for the second time in the last week or so. called this morning and was told it would take up to 48 hours to fix. The last time it took a few minutes with the tech on the phone with me. It was because I had had an earlier problem they would not fix right away. Very poor service!!!!

Was constantly haunted with buffering, horrific customer service plus billing issues & outages. Do yourself a favor by steering clear of this company!

Poor. Internet was the worst I have ever deal with. Made me miss dial-up. Their customer service was a nightmare every time I had to deal with them. And they charge a cancellation fee even though I was not under a contract. Nice. Your service sucks and I have to pay to drop it.

I made an order and they scheduled me for Friday from 9 AM to 1 PM and I waited all day and nobody showed up. I finally called them and they told me that I wasn’t even assigned to a technician and that my account was on hold. They have the worst communication, someone should have called me to let me know that nobody would be coming today.

If I could leave a negative five stars I would. I had to call in every other week for internet trouble after a few months I cancelled my service. They couldn't wave the $200 early termination fee due to the fact they only had one call on record of me calling in about problems with internet. I was given a promotional price for internet alone for 69.00. However after the year, I was not notified that the promotional period was ending and my bill jumped to 115.00. After working with a Century Link advisor, I was told that they would not reduce the bill and that I had to pay it. I am very unhappy with this experience.

Their brick and mortar store staff is a little bit better at least. Service is awful, terrible speeds, much less than half of the promised mbps.
