We use Xfinity for internet and landline phone service. They have always responded in a timely manner to our concerns, whether by phone or online. Their list of cable channels is extensive and we have used several different internet/channels plan with them.

We have been Comcast/Xfinity customers for years. We enjoy their high speeds and if we experience down time, it's usually minimal as they are quick to repair what is broken. I just hope they can find a way to reduce the cost and with everything, it keeps going up and at some point it will be hard to afford much needed internet at our home.

I love their Internet. I love that I can sign in to places while I am on the go. Only downside is it seems to act up a reasonable amount. Still having a huge hassle trying to get into the discounted program they have even though I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service. If I could get out of my contract I most definitely would.

Xfinity offers the fastest internet around, however, we have no other choice of internet providers in our neighborhood. So we will have the internet going on and off, the internet going down and the price going up. When it works perfectly, in our home, there will be up to 5 streaming TVs, 7-8 computers, at least 6 cell phones, and a host of other equipment that uses Wi-Fi features. Overall a good company.

I highly recommend Comcast/Xfinity. It’s affordable when it comes to Internet services. A lot of people are not paying for cable anymore so it just makes sense to get the unlimited Internet at an affordable price. Comcast sealed the deal with me. I never have service interrupted, unless there is a storm, which is an act of God that they cannot control.

We have Xfinity at both our home in Maryland and a home in Delaware. Overall it is a good value for high-speed internet. We sometimes experience outages in Maryland. Never in Delaware. However, for the price, we get so much more than Fios, our major alternative competitor. We also have cable TV, and by far the package deal of internet and TV from Xfinity is much better than the same service from Fios.

Comcast used to be such a pain to use and their customer service was awful. In the last few years they have really improved their services and their prices. It is still a little expensive, but their customer service is great now. They replaced my old router for free and gave me a discount for the inconvenience of my internet not working for a day when the router broke.

Im fairly happy with Comcast Xfinity Internet. While they do have a decent variety of plans available unfortunately contracts are often required in order to get the lowest price possible. Also if you're receiving a promo discount you can be left scrambling when those regular rates suddenly kick in. It is fast, reliable internet I just can't say the same about their rates.

Internet speed is high enough for my use and usually with no downtime. But when I had connection issues in the area due to storms, there was no phone or chat agent available to give an ETA of resolution. Only automated message of we know there is an issue and we resolve as soon as we can! Other problem is they tend to increase the prices after first year.

I wish Comcast’s service was more reliable in the city. We have short bouts of really bad internet connection where download/upload speeds are poor and service outages. Some of that may not be within their control. However when it’s working properly we love the ability to have multiple people working from home and using their phones. Their rates are expensive but they’re still the best service in the city. Customer service could improve with shorter wait times and a less clunky website

Honestly one of worst providers with monopoly in place. When technology is rising the internet demand rises which means a shared network is inefficient at each house. These people fail to provide fiber optic which can provide high internet speed and dedicated service to each household. Provided they also stop other players like AT&T fiber and Google fiber to enter the area that can provide dedicated fiber at an affordable price. Comcast shared internet with DOCSIS 3.0 is quite slow and have issues in latency. Couple of good pointers is sign-on bonus, public Wi-Fi access due to shared network technology, affordable price can be negotiated once contract (offer) comes to an end and good App interface to diagnose the modem instead of complicated IP login at browser.

Initially I was very satisfied with Xfinity when I signed up two years ago. They give good deals for new customers. After the first year your costs start to go up each year. Minus one star right there. Xfinity also loses another star because their customer service is a hit and miss. They're always polite, but you don't know if the person is actually doing their job. You leave thinking you have achieved what you contacted them for (address change and speed reduction in my case), only to find out that nothing got done. Last time I had an issue, I had to visit one of their stores 3 times. Other than those I've been satisfied with the service.

Just as I stated in my reviews of Xfinity's other services, everything is excellent. Top notch. I never have an issue with speed or connection or outages. They offer many amenities to assist in security, speed testing, org. of devices,hotspot location/connection,etc. The only issue being if you run in with a major security breach/issue. Very likely these days.

There are really only 2 companies in my area, Comcast Xfinity and AT&T. I've had Comcast Xfinity for approximately 10 years now. The service has been consistent. The installation was a nightmare because they sub that out so you don't get someone who works for Comcast but Joe Schmo from down the block. The customer service is spotty. Sometimes you get someone really helpful on the phone and sometimes you someone who can't be bothered and you wonder why they came to work. Since there are only the 2 companies and AT&T is worse, I've got Comcast.

I love Xfinity for their cable channel line up, fast and easy to use, easy home security system and WIFI is amazing! However, I hate their customer service line. If you ever need to talk to a live person; you will not. I usually takes me a good 30 minutes to get a live person after dealing with computer person. I hate that the prices continue to rise each time your contract expires. They are expensive.

I love comcast don’t get me wrong. I do think they overcharge for services. I did have a package plan but, ended up getting Netflix && enjoyed it so much I kept it. I found I was watching it move then regular television. I just had a basic package && of wanted to save on my bills so I move it around to where I just have internet && WiFi. I saved a lot of money doing this. I had been paying like $300 for a package with basic cable, phone && internet. I done the phone because it made it a tad bit cheaper with the plan then what it would have cost me just getting the internet && cable. We did have an issue with how the cable was ran && had to wait WEEKS because I had to make an appointment for it to be fixed. Unfortunately, if you find yourself in that situation && have to wait weeks without service you still have to pay it. They won’t credit your account or anything. I have thought about switching services because they’re painfully expensive.

Customer service reps can be pretty crappy on the phone and they always seem like it is an inconvenience to help you, the paying customer, but the service for tv, internet, and streaming services cant be beat. Yes, it is pricey, but the high speed internet is what really makes the monthly cost worth it. Had other tv and internet providers before and they were crap compared to Comcast Xfinity.

Xfinity Comcast is the best with fast and reliable internet provider in my area. There are several packages to choose from to suit my needs. I happen to have Performance Pro, and I'm able to stream video and music easily. Every year there is price increase. I own the equipment, so it does save me money. The alternatives to Xfinity do not hold a candle to. Gone are the days of dial up modems. I highly recommend Comcast for solid performance.

The customer service is OK. I feel you get the runaround sometimes when you call for support due to issue with your Internet. I don’t think anybody has 5G Internet only if you go to their store. I have a high-speed Internet my Internet continues to run slow I told them when I ordered my Internet I needed a reliable Internet speed because I work from home. I think they were more interested in trying to get the deal instead of making sure the customer was taken care of I have had to repair people out and the last guy told me it’s just the building well if it’s just the building why hasn’t the issue been resolved?

I researched internet options with Comcast as I was looking to sign a contract. Overall they seem to give a quality product with good service, but I was not impressed by their pricing and contract options. I was able to get an equal quality and speed of internet for 30% less at a locked in rate. My potential contract with comcast would have also likely increased in price annually. So I think you will get a quality product and service, but you will pay top dollar for it!

Very reliable, great customer service. The few issues I have had have been dealt with promptly and fairly. Only problem is the increasing price, and that long term customers have to constantly call to negotiate better rates when rates go up. Seems new customers get the best rates and if a long term customer wants a break you have to deal with it every time contract is up.

We've been using Comcast Xfinity internet service for 4+ years. and we are pleased with their service, especially their customer service whenever the internet service goes down. When it does go down, usually for short interruptions, Xfinity will always contact us via email to give notice to the issue and when to expect return of service. We have a high internet speed, 900 which is very consistent in speed. In general, Xfinity serves us well.

When I got access to Xfinity Internet at my parents' house, it was very fast. Internet came at a good speed, and if there were network problems, they would usually be resolved immediately. However, the only annoyance is that network problems could sometimes come a little bit too frequently. It is a very minor issue though, since overall Internet has proven to be very good.

The service is fairly decent, at least very few outages. The customer service though is atrocious and they will find extra ways of adding fee's. The wireless modem that I was renting from them kept going on the fritz, after 3 or 4 calls to customer service to have the equipment reset I asked that they replace the unit which is obviously faulty. The agent told me fine but if they find nothing wrong with the unit you'll be charged for the technician's visit. they did not offer the option of bringing the unit to an office. the new unit worked perfectly and they charged me $60 for someone to bring it to me when I could have done that myself. Out of at least a dozen calls to their customer service only ONE was ever pleasant and that was when I was calling to demand a refund for the overpayment. Nearly all of them are rude and dismissive and try to do as little for you as they can.

I would have given 5 stars based on the customer service I received in store for a router issue, but we experience outages more than one would expect. It's not a major inconvenience because many times it has happens while we are at work or other non-inconvenient times, and they do send out messages to inform customers if there are known issues or outages we should be aware of. Overall, Xfinity is not bad and they have a lot of offers for current and new customers.

I've been with Comcast for 15 years. The only reason I stayed with them is because I used to use Comcast as my main email source, and I wanted to retain my email archive. Then one day I logged in and my entire inbox was wiped out because of one of their service upgrades. I demanded that they pull my archive of emails off of their back-up drives. They didn't have one. So I tried to sue them in small claims court, you should have heard their sleazy lawyer flirting and lying to the old judge, naturally he ruled in their favor. I immediately dropped their overpriced cable TV service but retained their high-speed internet because my wife wants to hang onto our email archive. As a user I have to say that Comcast's high speed internet is fairly mediocre and also overpriced, I am always having to reboot their modem. Other countries such as South Korea and Japan offer much faster high speed internet at a small fraction of the price that is charged here in America. But as American ISP providers go, Comcast is probably about average. I would quit Comcast tomorrow, but my wife wants to hang onto her old emails.

I have used Xfinity in many of my houses in the past. I have used Xfinity this most recent time, for the past 5 years at the same location. Overall the system signal strength for internet is terrible. I now have to work from home (for the past 2 years due to covid) and I keep getting disconnected. The wireless router that I used, and I upgraded to the latest version from Xfinity, is only slightly better than the older technology hardware that I had. To be honest, if I had a viable alternative to Xfinity, I would be gone. Oh, and paying $325 / month for internet and cable TV is ridiculous.

I do appreciate the quick response when I have an issue or questions about anything related to Comcast. They offer detailed advice & the customer service agents are always pleasant & ask directly if all questions have been answered. My only concern is the inconsistency with the service of my Router, I did directly ask questions about my Router capabilities & was suggested to use an Extender to help relay the service better, however, the service is still inconsistent with the use of the Extender.

I USED MY EMAIL AS A MESSAGING OPTION FOR MY ELDERLY FATHER AS HE DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO A COMPUTER. THAT WORKED WELL UNTIL THEY STARTED USING MY DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO PAY HIS BILL (3 MONTHS) WHEN I BROUGHT IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THEY OFFERED NO REFUND TO MY ACCOUNT . NO RATIONAL CONVERSATIONS WERE CONDUCTED WITH THEM, JUST A BUNCH OF DOUBLE SPEAK AND DENIAL COCERNING MY REQUEST FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT, THAT AND SEVERAL HANG UPS AND ALLEDGED DROPPED CALLS. Reviewing the Internet program only with the 5 stars. The speed is great, we moved service and that went so smoothly. I do take exception to them wanting to upsell and sell you equipment that you may not need. I think they tend to take advantage of the less technologically inclined.
