We’ve struggled with xfinity over the years, as it’s been very difficult to reach a customer service representative when there’s been an issue. Tech support over the phone or online is a waste of time. We’ve had to seek help with faulty products at their actual store locations more than twice in the last two years. They were always friendly and far more helpful to work with in person.

I enjoyed Comcast Xfinity while in the state of MS. It provided great service considering I was in a remote area. It only went out a couple of times which is great for the area and weather there. My cable service was clear, and internet was speedy.

Comcast has a responsive technical department that responds fairly quickly. They are definitely trained in Wi-Fi and Ethernet connections. My Wi-Fi internet experience was good. A little on the high end price wise but, over all good.

Where do I start. This company did a bait and switch with us. When I moved into my new apartment in 2017, cable was included in the rent, but I did not know so I called the cable company and setup cable. They billed me for cable service, the same basic package that was free. I only realized it about two months later when my neighbor was talking to me about upgrading to a different package because she wanted to watch some special program. When I called Comcast, they gave me a hard time, eventually, they refunded 1 month of payment and now has been sending me a bill for $3.57 for the past 5 years!

I am actually a big fan of Comcast Xfinity, with the exception of the cost. There was very little down time, the Internet speed is great, we ran several devices simultaneously and never had a problem. I only left this provider because I moved to a new condo that does not support this provider.

I use Xfinity prepaid. It's $45 per month for WiFi and internet service. It's a great solution as I can choose how much and what I want to stream without the costs getting out og control. Easy.

Internet service is decent, at best. We often get kicked off the wifi - whether is be when streaming on tv or iPads or when connecting a laptop for work. This in itself is frustrating but the fact that the monthly price for this service is nearly $135 is beyond irritating. If the internet service is spotty, it feels like a slap in the face to pay such a high price. I was told that the only way I could lower my bill is to add additional services that I don't need which doesn't make any sense at all.

Xfinity provides a wide array of products and great cable signal. The customer service representatives are pleasant to deal with and make every reasonable effort to support customers. My main concerns with Xfinity are primarily related to technical issues, i.e., poor signals when the remote interacts with the television, issues with accessing apps, and random service outages. The cost for Xfinity products and services are relatively high. Given the cost, I don't expect to experience the afore-mentioned issues.

Comcast / Xfinity is fairly predatory with pushing you to sign up for multi-year contracts and/or limited term offers that surprise you with rate increases. Their customer service is OK, but they send you around in circles if you try to cancel. Unfortunately, US ISP regulations are lacking in consumer protection policies, so you’re sometimes stuck choosing a company like Comcast / Xfinity because they may provide the best service in your locale. I found WOW! to be more pleasant to deal with, but their service delivery in certain areas of our state isn’t as good as Comcast / Xfinity. Be prepared to say no to crap deals, and be diligent about understanding what you’re signing up for.

I have their service for many years now, got no choice, because it's the best one that I can get. They have a lot of ups and downs with the service, sometimes there are problems that takes up to 6 or more months to get then resolved, but one must stay on top of them, because thy try to tell you there is nothing wrong, because they don't want to spend the money to fix the problems. Customer service is good, majority of the time. One thing I got to say is that some of the technicians don't know a thing of what they are doing and needs more training.

We used Comcast when we lived in MD. Unfortunately they are no longer in our area. We had a few problems periodically with losing connection usually quickly remedied. Sometimes it was frustrating and once in a while it took some time but now I have Mediacom and oh how I wish I had Comcast again!!!

It's almost impossible to talk to a real customer service representative on the phone. They are usually very helpful when you do however it appears that one price of service is agreed on but the company continues to charge you at a much higher rate and the service representative can't explain why. This has happened more than once. Well,,,, its time to cut the cable because I can't afford them anymore. Their product is good but their cost is outrageous.

It barely crashes, but They do sneak in a couple fees here and there and Unless you're really paying attention to your bill every month you dont notice till youre paying $15 higher than you used to. Their internet service is very rarely down. In the rare cases when it does go down, it is usually fixed very quickly, and they send a message giving you an estimated time when it will be back up. They also have an outage map you can check to verify an outage is on their end. The customer service has also always been helpful and courteous.

Usually providers are quality with internet speed I line in a semi rural community in the outer edge of the big city in New Mexico lately the connection has been very spoty and unreliable. They used to have highly secure hotspots availability for the community and not have in my best deduction been lacking in security periodicals leading to the increase in customer complaints and adding the option to turn off the hotspots availability.

I'm an Xfinity internet customer in Georgia. My service is excellent and outages are very rare. Speed is generally terrific. Where Comcast / Xfinity fails is virtually any time you need to interact with them personally. Customer service remains remarkably poor and if not for the quality of service in this area I'd drop Comcast like a hot rock. Every time I deal with Comcast it makes me angry, so I cannot leave anything greater than a 3 star review despite the service itself working fine.

Comcast/Xfinity's products and customer service are great. However, customers are billed and must pay for service one month in advance. And if not paid, they will disconnect service for a bill that's technically not even due yet. This should be illegal.

I've been with Xfinity for three years since moving to Oregon. Their technical quality is high and their repair service on outages is quick. They are expensive but necessary. I also dealt with them 20 years ago in Chicago when they were simply Comcast. Their reputation for customer service was terrible but I always found their service personnel efficient, friendly and professional. I use them for hours of entertainmet each day but still begrudge the cost, unfortunately their are no viable alternatives.

Comcast/Xfinity is simply frustrating. There are not a lot of choices where I live, so i'm stuck with them. Internet drops frequently for no apparent reason....taking about 10 minutes for everything to reboot. Prices soar after your contract period ends...then you spend 50 minutes on the phone trying to find a 'package' that's more resonable. Speed is good, customer service is lacking.

Oh Comcast, I'm giving them 3 stars only because they have more competition so their prices are competitive. However, for the longest time they were there only real game in town. While the product was AMAZING they do seem to have a lot of outages compared to other carriers. However, it goes without question that for as long as this company has existed and likely to exist they only place in the world with worst customer service would but the DMV. Like, literally they are the worst and could get away with it because they were and in some places are still the only game in town.

The internet is good. Maybe a bit pricey. I like the online assistance as I am not likely to call and talk to customer service. You are likely to be in for a 90 minute call and a good chance of not solving your problem.

Comcast Xfinity can be the fastest speed for your money, but my experience with their product across multiple properties was that it wasn't the most reliable. When WFH, my internet would randomly go down for hours for unexpected maintenance, and when prompted I was given no reason for the downtime, no expectation for when it'd be available again, and no compensation for the hours/time spent without the service I was paying for. After this happened ~10 times in a quarter, I stopped my subscription. They do have competitive pricing, but it comes at this cost.

Much better than Spectrum but still has room for improvement. Not user friendly when setting up an account and having to set up the cable and wifi. Technology is supposed to be easier, however people (the business and the customer) make it much harder than it has to be. I prefer to call them and they do it all, why should the customer be involved for set up anyway, lol. We are still assessing this cable and wifi company, but it does seem better (much better) than Spectrum.
