terrible service internet kept going out and I kept calling Comcast, they told me only resource was to get there top tier internet service $100 a month, I did canceled my service after one year and they are trying to keep charging me! They gave me freebies in order to keep me quiet and now charging me for early cancelation. I would never use them again. I would recommend everyone watch out especially there billing.

Worse Internet provider in Tracy CA area, start from support to technician and all the way. With in 2 months 4 technicians been on my site, i called supported over 15 times to resolve my slow Internet bandwidth no answer so far, Company rip you off for your data plan, if you get 600 Mgbit Plan you will only get 400. On top of that they will charge you extra $10 for going over your monthly capacity while nothing change in my home same people same devices same routine. Trust me been an IT for so long and i have never seen anything like that in my life.

Xfinity is absolutely garbage. 10 techs, at least 20 calls, and probably "5 supervisors" and they still cannot stand my internet up. They go through the same playbook every single time and you need to reexplain the problem every single time. I'm disgusted with the horrible level of service Xfinity/Comcast provides and would absolutely NEVER recommend them. All the will do is tell you to call the manufacturer of your modem, router and computer/cell phone. DO NOT BUY!!! Unless you love your internet cutting out every single night and not working at all.

I had the internet service that provides internet for students in grade school. For the price it was great however, the range was subpar, and it constantly disconnected. But for $9.99 a month it was steal.

Expensive, unresponsive and shady. Cable and internet have been out for five days now. They keep posting fictional dates/times for it to come back on. Of course you can't get anyone live on the phone and web updates and texts are ridiculous. Three texts now saying things are working which were all bs. I'm sure no refunds will be issued for the lost week of service. Moving to a new place next month and looking forward to ditching this terrible nonresponsive company. Steer clear.

They monopolize my area similar to other reviews. The crazy thing about my area is there are over 4 providers less then a mile away. They wont lower their rate to match theirs cause they know we cant get them. Right now i pay for 300 Mbps and get at the most 94. comcast is every kind of bad. Not only will they not price match they limit their data unless you want to add 50 dollars more to your bill. So I already overpay and you want more money??? My internet only goes out like 3 times a day and I don't get what I pay for great.

This people always double charges me. This is the 2nd time they have been over charged me. I am always on time n never ever late to pay my bills. Now I'm canceling my tv service. I have feelings they would come up with it and again after few months they again double charge me. N always hang up from me when I'm trying to talking with them. This is very not a okay behavior they have every right to increasing my bill.

If I had any other viable option, I would switch to another provider. Frequent service interruptions long hold times for any kind of problem. Their customer service is pathetic. Only reason I give two stars is that I occasionally reach the high speeds they advertise.

This company needs to close, everytime I turn around it's something with my internet email or the TV. I just check my account today and it went up $16.00 for no reason but I can't call cause the AT&T tower is down but when it comes back up I am cancelling my TV and going with AT&T. My bill went from $177 to $201 and now in less than six months just now it went up to $217

Terrible, attempted scams do not end. I have been through many battles with these scammers throughout the time I was a forced customer since they have agreements with their competitors to not compete in each others areas, making them a monopoly, plain and simple. Even after I finished my agreement and made sure proper cancellation, they still tried to scam me at the end asking me to pay more money I did not owe them. These guys need to be cut out of any political access. They are just the worst of the worst.

It’s been horrible. I can be watching Hulu and it randomly cuts off. Playing a game cuts off. The only thing I have internet for is my PlayStation. It randomly cuts off every day. Called many time to be told the internet is working just fine. Get back online and it randomly cuts off. Weird how when they check it it’s working fine while we are on the phone and as soon as I hang up it goes to acting up again. I pay good money for internet to only run one thing on it for it not to be acting right.

Connection was good, bundled with TV service. Was charged for months of landline service that not only did I not have but was told by a technician it couldn't even be hooked up without additional extensive and expensive installation. VERY expensive after the promo time. Should have never left AT&T.

I was using their services for a few years then it began to decline. Their internet was fast then i don't knew what happened.i kept losing signal and the techs would come to my house to service the issue for a fee? One of them said the lines in my area needed to be replaced and it was up to Comcast to repair them. The issue continued and my bill kept going from one balance to another higher balance. I decided to not use their services again

I had AT&T which was the best value but the internet speed was not enough for what I need for my home and work. I had to go to Comcast and outside of the internet speed the rest is horrible. I pay more for less channels and honestly I have never had worse customer service. If they even get fiber out to my location I will go back to AT&T

Over priced and they hold a monopoly in my area so no shopping around for decent internet. In what sane mind is just internet $20 cheaper than a full bundle of tv, internet, and phone. The internet speeds are unreliable and an extra $20 for "boost" internet is not worth it cause you'll never see the boost. If you have Comcast or thinking of getting it buy your own modem and save the extra $12 a month to rent one from them, it will pay off in the long run.

Worst ever. When I had cable with them everything was great. I went internet only and oddly enough I've had nothing but issues for over a year which they refuse to do anything about. They won't send anybody to check it they just run diagnostics each time I call and nothing ever changes. I lose internet service between 20 and 30 times a day. So it's very hard to watch TV let alone now that I'm working at home during Corona virus it is very hard to do my job. They simply do not care and their service and quality is awful.

Their billing system is a dis service to their customers...You never know how much you owe. When you cancel they try to make it tough for another media company to come in by always leaving some equipment hooped-up and the new company isn't allowed to dis connect.

Absolutely terrible. The installation guy bragged he was the best and disconnected my neighbors tv to start mine. First box did not stream anything to the tv well. Second box froze movies, started them over half way through and did not remember our shows. Customer service rep that I talked to for discontinuing service messed up the last bill and had to call back to correct it. Only good thing was a rep named Nerlen that helped me correct the last bill. Overall 0 stars.

They are the literal worst. I'm forced to use them because they arranged a deal with my HOA. I am paying for 1 Gig but I am only getting 70 MB on a regular basis. When I try to call them it is darn close to impossible to speak with an actual person - they just insist on a "modem restart" over and over and over again using the automated voice. NEVER USE THEM - RUN AWAY.

When they sold me the fastest (and expensive) service they never told me that the speed values ​​are nominal, in practice it is NEVER met, it barely reaches half the speed they say. On the other hand, I waited all day for the technician who came to check my installation, not only did he never come, but he lied to his company and said he was ... offered the company the filming of my cameras to verify that he never came ... they didn't even worry, they just told me we sent another technician at another time ... a disaster.

The company is set up to take money from people and thats it. Honestly if I could get another provider for internet I would do it in a heart beat. Maybe 5G will eliminate the need for this garbage company. Because you know if people had an option comcast would be out of business.

I've never been unhappier with a company than comcast. They are ridiculously over priced, keep adding less and charging more. I can't wait until I can get rid if them, but they have a freaking monopoly in my area for internet, so i an freaking stuck. So I just want internet because their cable is getting more and more expensive, but they keep raising the price of internet so they rape you as much as possible no matter what. I hope they die and keep losing customers. Hate is an understatement.

Xfinity is not only the worst internet company I've been provided. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with period. 7 times they have screwed up our account and devices. Employees at store, and the phone clearly have no idea what they are doing. It's been 4 months, still nothing correct or working. Do not use Xfinity!! I normally never leave negative comments, but these guys are the worst.

Would leave no stars if I could. Worst customer service on the planet. Internet went down, I called, they performed the 10 minute reset (which didn’t help). I called back was put on hold for 20 minutes, called back again and received an automated message that maintenance was being performed and service would be restored by 3 am. If this is true why wasn’t I told in the first place? If I could completely cut the cord from Comcast I would in a New York minute.

After being offered 1GB of internet speed for with AT&T for less than I was paying with my current provider , I decided to contact Xfinity/Comcast and advise them that my internet service was horrible. I only use my internet service for about an hour each evening. I have only one tv in my residence and I can’t even stream 1 movie without it buffering the entire time. This service with Comcast is slow,poor and the agents do nothing to make it rite. Don’t waste your money on xfinity service.

Overall bad experience with Xfinity. Talked to 6 different people. Explained my situation 6 different times. Had sales people talk over me on the phone and in the store. Quoted multiple prices for the exact same service. Terrible experience! Walked into this store to a 30 minute wait...not enough places to sit down. If I could rate lower, I would.

I have Xfinity wifi and had placed it on season hold while I was deployed in iraq then while I was in iraq the company charged me for wifi I didn't even use over 200 I spoke to customer service about it and they denied my claim to get that amount removed even though they knew I was deployed and used none of that internet would not recommend anyone use they services as they show no care for soldiers deployed

1. Takes them 4 visits to make ANYTHING work. 2. Call with a question about upgrade. Tech one starts arguing and hangs up when I ask for supervisor. Tech 2 name September, sells me the HD service, assuring me that it will work on my TV. It does not. Puts me in touch with tech support. 3. Tech Christine says "we do not know if it will work" I ask for supervisor. She puts me on hold for over 45 minutes.

I signed up for their 1-hour complimentary trial. It lasted 5 minutes, then dropped. I went back to their signup page where it said I had time remaining and hit continue. I even disconnected and reconnected and did a network diagnostic. No use. If their "1-hour trial" only lasted 5 minutes, that's a deplorable example of what I would have to look forward to if I were to sign up for a subscription. That being said, there's no way I would pay or their service. They would have to pay me to sign up!
