Wow..lightning struck my cable box. Technician came out two weeks later and installed new bow. The problem i am having now is they took away channels and didn't tell me. I need s nee company comcast over priced and bad service.

Over priced and they hold a monopoly in my area so no shopping around for decent internet. In what sane mind is just internet $20 cheaper than a full bundle of tv, internet, and phone. The internet speeds are unreliable and an extra $20 for "boost" internet is not worth it cause you'll never see the boost. If you have Comcast or thinking of getting it buy your own modem and save the extra $12 a month to rent one from them, it will pay off in the long run.

The Internet service is good when it's working. There's been quite a few outages in my area and sometimes it's for maintenance reason. These maintenance outages should not occur during peak hours.

Worst ever. When I had cable with them everything was great. I went internet only and oddly enough I've had nothing but issues for over a year which they refuse to do anything about. They won't send anybody to check it they just run diagnostics each time I call and nothing ever changes. I lose internet service between 20 and 30 times a day. So it's very hard to watch TV let alone now that I'm working at home during Corona virus it is very hard to do my job. They simply do not care and their service and quality is awful.

Their billing system is a dis service to their customers...You never know how much you owe. When you cancel they try to make it tough for another media company to come in by always leaving some equipment hooped-up and the new company isn't allowed to dis connect.

Absolutely terrible. The installation guy bragged he was the best and disconnected my neighbors tv to start mine. First box did not stream anything to the tv well. Second box froze movies, started them over half way through and did not remember our shows. Customer service rep that I talked to for discontinuing service messed up the last bill and had to call back to correct it. Only good thing was a rep named Nerlen that helped me correct the last bill. Overall 0 stars.

They are the literal worst. I'm forced to use them because they arranged a deal with my HOA. I am paying for 1 Gig but I am only getting 70 MB on a regular basis. When I try to call them it is darn close to impossible to speak with an actual person - they just insist on a "modem restart" over and over and over again using the automated voice. NEVER USE THEM - RUN AWAY.

When they sold me the fastest (and expensive) service they never told me that the speed values ​​are nominal, in practice it is NEVER met, it barely reaches half the speed they say. On the other hand, I waited all day for the technician who came to check my installation, not only did he never come, but he lied to his company and said he was ... offered the company the filming of my cameras to verify that he never came ... they didn't even worry, they just told me we sent another technician at another time ... a disaster.

I wish that i could put no stars because comcast doesn't even deserve 1 star. They have the worst customer service. They dont do anything to help. The company is set up to take money from people and thats it. Honestly if I could get another provider for internet I would do it in a heart beat. Maybe 5G will eliminate the need for this garbage company. Because you know if people had an option comcast would be out of business.

I've never been unhappier with a company than comcast. They are ridiculously over priced, keep adding less and charging more. I can't wait until I can get rid if them, but they have a freaking monopoly in my area for internet, so i an freaking stuck. So I just want internet because their cable is getting more and more expensive, but they keep raising the price of internet so they rape you as much as possible no matter what. I hope they die and keep losing customers. Hate is an understatement.

Xfinity is not only the worst internet company I've been provided. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with period. 7 times they have screwed up our account and devices. Employees at store, and the phone clearly have no idea what they are doing. It's been 4 months, still nothing correct or working. Do not use Xfinity!! I normally never leave negative comments, but these guys are the worst.

Stable, fast service but beware of bait and switch pricing. They raise prices a significant amount after initial prices expire. Customer service is spotty and there is no central office where you can file a complaint.

Just sign up with comcast When i called them they saying that they have the best internet the first month everything was fine beginning off second month internet is really slow when i called them they just saying sorry this is the package you have and I'm paying $105 a month and I'm gonna leave everyday comments until this reaches the cooperate office because this is a rip off shame on comcast

Would leave no stars if I could. Worst customer service on the planet. Internet went down, I called, they performed the 10 minute reset (which didn’t help). I called back was put on hold for 20 minutes, called back again and received an automated message that maintenance was being performed and service would be restored by 3 am. If this is true why wasn’t I told in the first place? If I could completely cut the cord from Comcast I would in a New York minute.

After being offered 1GB of internet speed for with AT&T for less than I was paying with my current provider , I decided to contact Xfinity/Comcast and advise them that my internet service was horrible. I only use my internet service for about an hour each evening. I have only one tv in my residence and I can’t even stream 1 movie without it buffering the entire time. This service with Comcast is slow,poor and the agents do nothing to make it rite. Don’t waste your money on xfinity service.

Overall bad experience with Xfinity. Talked to 6 different people. Explained my situation 6 different times. Had sales people talk over me on the phone and in the store. Quoted multiple prices for the exact same service. Terrible experience! Walked into this store to a 30 minute wait...not enough places to sit down. If I could rate lower, I would.

I have Xfinity wifi and had placed it on season hold while I was deployed in iraq then while I was in iraq the company charged me for wifi I didn't even use over 200 I spoke to customer service about it and they denied my claim to get that amount removed even though they knew I was deployed and used none of that internet would not recommend anyone use they services as they show no care for soldiers deployed

1. Takes them 4 visits to make ANYTHING work. 2. Call with a question about upgrade. Tech one starts arguing and hangs up when I ask for supervisor. Tech 2 name September, sells me the HD service, assuring me that it will work on my TV. It does not. Puts me in touch with tech support. 3. Tech Christine says "we do not know if it will work" I ask for supervisor. She puts me on hold for over 45 minutes.

I signed up for their 1-hour complimentary trial. It lasted 5 minutes, then dropped. I went back to their signup page where it said I had time remaining and hit continue. I even disconnected and reconnected and did a network diagnostic. No use. If their "1-hour trial" only lasted 5 minutes, that's a deplorable example of what I would have to look forward to if I were to sign up for a subscription. That being said, there's no way I would pay or their service. They would have to pay me to sign up!

THE WORST..... Unfortunately, they don't care because any choice or option you may have will be the same and they know it. Be prepared to spend hours upon hours on the phone on a regular basis trying to resolve problems - they lie, cheat, steal and abuse their customer base and could care less. You're gonna give them your money and lots of it and your going to get whatever they feel like giving you. 1M MegaFlop service :(

The technician connected my internet this morning and 6 hours later I did not have internet. I called the service desk and they instantly wanted to send out a technician. The only troubleshooting step they had was to unplug the modem for 2 minutes and then try reconnecting. Still didn't work. The soonest a technician could come out is 2 days later.

Xfinity is the only choice in my area and as a result it is overly priced and service is not great. After the first year of promotional price, the price had doubled. I was looking for an alternative but cannot find other providers. I have used AM3 before, the internet speed is lower and could disappear sometimes. But I am organizing my neighbors in townhouses just to destroy the monopoly of Xfinity and have an alternative. Internet in my small town in Virginia is twice more expensive than in New York city, where folks could choose among ten or more different providers.

OK after fighting for 5 years I am giving up. Have been paying Xfinity for High Speed and Boost for 5 years and am regularly getting below 100 Mbps when I am paying for 250+ Mbps. Have had tech's out here 16 times and wasted probably 60+ hours over the years working with them only to get nowhere!! I would not recommend Xfinity / Comcast to my worst enemy!

Absolute trash. I only went with Comcast because the other option was somehow way worse. I’ve had to replace my modem multiple times in the same year. And I’ve had a service visit to my house 3 times in the past year. Internet is always going out. Connection speeds are slow. Chat agents are unhelpful or outright useless. My service went out again today and the earliest date someone can come fix it is in four days. I have things I need to get done. And now I have to spend money I don’t have going to the library everyday to get my work done. Worst company ever

Comcast WiFi has no customer service, no relevant tech support and no billing department unless you call corporate. They hire people who know less than the average customer and give them a script to read from. The WiFi is unreliable and when it crashed recently during a Windows 10 update it caused corrupted Windows files to download onto my computer. Comcast responded by referring me to the Geek Squad!

I want to express how truly UNSATISFIED I am with Comcast Xfinity. Prices increase in ridiculous amounts. Terrible customer service! A bunch of liars when it comes to getting credits to your account. I signed up for autopay and was told I'd get a $10 credit after my first autopay deduction, and they said they have no such thing! I cancelled them because I'm so fed up with their crap! After being a customer since 2009, you have lost a customer FOREVER!

Absolutely terrible. Pay over 100 dollars a month for cable and internet. I use the cable box maybe 2-3 times a month and it cannot do the simplest of tasks, such as fast forward/rewind/pause. The service will just go out and have to reset itself multiple times. Way too much money for the trash that you get. Maybe they should put some money into research and development to learn how to make a product that works more than five minutes instead of focusing on how to raise customer bills for their trash service. Canceling as soon as my contract is up.

Could 0 star if I could. I pay on time every month but my internet won’t even connect to ONE device. And when it does, it’s so slow it’s ridiculous. I’m a patient person but this is have no patience for. But I know if I call they’ll make ME pay for any efforts to fix it and I can’t afford it. So now I’m stuck with WiFi that doesn’t work for 2 years and I can’t do anything about it unless I’m willing to drop maybe hundreds of dollars on getting the service I was TOLD I was going to get.

If I could give this rating a 0 I would. I was supposed to have a technician come out. He arrived 10 minutes before the end of the window. Stayed in his car and never checked to see if anyone was home. Xfinity had told me he would arrive again within the next 15 minutes and he never arrived. They instead proceeded to give me a new appointment without my approvak. Was excited to get a faster internet service instead lost a day of work and experienced terrible service from this company. Glad I found this out sooner than later.

If i could give this product and customer service and overall experience zero stars, that’s what i would give. Not only do i pay for service on time every single month, and my internet continues to be shut off, there customer service is less than helpful and when asked for a supervisor they will leave me on hold for upwards of 40 minutes just to come back on the line to tell me that they are all “busy.” Absolutely ridiculous and the worst customer service i have every experienced.

Slow internet speed. Horrible $190.00 charge if you ever move to a location they do not service or early termination fee. The overall service is out of date and very expensive! AT&T is way better and their fiberoptic speed is super quick. I WILL NEVER USE COMCAST AGAIN AND I HOPE IT GOES OUT OF BUSINESS. IT'S WAY OVER PRICED AND THE WIRELESS INTERNET SUCKS! STAY AWAY! The customer service are people not even in America and are overseas.
