We are very happy with our Xfinity service. We have only had a few inconvenient outages. Overall our WiFi speed is great for a large family. We have several devices operating all the time. It is definitely fast enough to keep up with our teenagers usage.

I use Xfinity internet now and it’s so fast. I don’t like that it’s such a hassle to sign up for new packages once your 1-2 yr contract is up. But customer service did work with me and I’m still with them

We are limited in choices for internet but have had Xfinity for the past few years. It has been fine not as fast as I thought it would be even though we are paying for a quicker connection. The deals are great until they expire then the price jumps quite a bit. We have usually committed to another deal at that point, but if I had more options I would probably try to find something else.

We recently switched over the Xfinity for both of our internet and TV. We like the speed of our internet and the Cloud DVR. We were disappointed that they raised our bill last month by $14 without a reason we could see on the bill so we will need to call and find out why. But other than that, we have been happy with the service.

This is our internet provider currently and it provides everything we need. I wish it was cheaper. My husband works from home a lot and with that and myself and the kids using it it works. We can always self diagnose on the app or get updates of outages quickly. No lingering problems.

We were able to get the Comcast internet a few years ago while we were in the city in our town home. Amazing service but honestly over priced, we have since moved further away and unfortunately Comcast isn't even an option for internet out here and we have had just as good of service for 1/2 the price.

Xfinity has some great promotional rates when you first sign up and their service is excellent...but they will raise the rates without really notifying you. You can usually get the rates to come back down after several phone calls, but you have to stay on top of it.

I never minded using Xfinity Internet, but when my husband and I tried to ask for a better rate, there was nothing they could do for us. Add services and pay more money for things we didn't need. Long story short we switched. If they worked with us, we would've continued with their services. Other than that, the internet was reliable and fast.

Our current internet is not good. We have contacted Comcast twice to have them offer us internet. However, we are at the end of a street and they don't have a line run close enough for us. We asked for a line to be run, but said it will cost $15000 to do so, and we'd have to pay for it. Too bad, because our whole street would be customers.

We switch to xfinity for internet less than one year ago. We opted for a a month-to-month plan which is a little more expensive, but we don't like being locked into anything. The internet has been consistent in the bandwidth provided with both upload and download speeds. We were dissatisfied with the burying of the installation which was months late and the final result is anything but elegant in how it comes into our home. For this I am removing 2 stars. Their customer service is not great either.

We currently have our internet with Comcast Xfinity and I'm a little torn with them. When the internet works we love it but it tends to go down on a regular basis. We have 2 computers, 4 TV's and 9 phones/tablets in our home so we are using the internet and WiFi constantly. Pretty frustrating when you're watching Netflix and the internet just quits working and shuts off and you have to re-scan and re-set the internet connection. Like I said when it works it's great, but tends to shut off frequently.

We switched to Xfinity from CenturyLink and although the speed is much faster than what we had, we have issues with the wifi reaching the whole house, which can be a problem when the kids are complaining about the PS4 not having wifi upstairs! I’m debating buying a wifi extender (which adds to the cost). I do like that I have access on my phone to check the account and the devices using wifi, etc and we don’t have issues with streaming on the tv like we used to with CenturyLink. (Probably due to the internet speed)

I have mixed feelings about Comcast/Xfinity. My biggest complaint is that they raise the price of my internet each year. If I had another reliable option I would choose it for this reason. Our internet service is adequate but not great. I did have a great customer service experience in which we received a call asking us to take a short survey about our experience with the company. We shared some of the problems we were having in the survey and they later contacted us and sent a tech out to fix the problems free of charge.

Xfinity has done a pretty good job for us, they are really the only internet provider in our area which leaves us limited and we pay for Hi-Speed internet is pretty good until everyone is home on the weekends and they all get on and it slows things down a lot. I think overall they do good to help with outages and get things up fairly fast.

This is the fastest internet that is available in my area. I pay a lot of money for their gigabit service, but I don't get those kinds of speeds. It's expensive, and with several times a month, the service seems to go down or get really slow, I don't find that I'm getting what I really pay for. But it's the best that's currently around.

Overall I was pleased with my internet through them. I was able to always get through to their customer service and any issues were generally resolved quickly. I didn't love how I had to call to try and negotiate a better rate whenever mine expired, but they were generally pretty easy going about giving me the latest promotions.

This is by far the WORST tv, internet and phone service I have ever had. I had it for 2 hours when the internet and tv were not working properly, Try to get a tech back, good luck, you cant. Try to even contact them, doesnt happen. They like AI. Finally Some guy on the phone who doesnt speak english well at all talking to me from a party. he tried to blame my plug. The phone service, there was none. even worse that TMobile. I had the service for 6 weeks and got rid of it. Now it is impossible to contact them to get my REFUND. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT GET XFINITY IN YOUR HOME.

Talked to agent on 9/14/2023 and she told me that a $90 charge would be canceled and I had a $0 balance. Xfinity turns around and bills me again for the $90. Called again and talked to Rudolph on 10/16/2023 and he tell me that they have no record of the call and I will have to pay the $90. Don't use Xfinity! and it take about hour just to get agent on the phone.

Horrible company. I don’t get the service I pay for. I waste hundreds of hours on the phone with customer service. This company has been ripping me off for years. I can’t believe they can charge for dvr that don’t work, charge for email service that makes my sent emails disappear when I hit send. And the customer service is a complete waste of time. These people are either inept, or they’re criminals. Don’t EVER consider this carrier for ANY service unless you like to waste your time and money.

The website is positively the WORST I've ever worked with. Everytime I go to their site, they say they don't recognize my password. Forget about talking to a live person - because that is just out of the question. The system takes you from one automated page to another and you end up getting no where. I was trying to contact them regarding a $24.99 charge and I finally ended up paying it because I was so annoyed with the system. I dread should a question arise and I need to contact someone. Horrible, horrible, horrible system

I have been a customer for many years and normally I receive excellent customer service. However I have been treated fairly badly. I have been on payment plans but unfortunately because of my current situation I have not been able to keep my payments as promised. With that being said I can't help but think there is something that could be done to keep my phones active but I guess not. I will be getting a different service as soon as I can. This is unfortunate.
