Every since I’ve had Comcast it has been crap. Internet is slow or always having connection issues! We have been through 7 modems so not worth my time anymore. ESPECIALLY within just a year! On top of that Comcast agents hardly know what they’re talking about and they lie to you when you try and cancel your services saying you signed a contract with them for a year! “And there isn’t anyone can cancel their plan at anytime” This isn’t a good company and they always spike their prices on stuff whenever they want and I’m just over it!

I started service with comcast early this month. When I signed up for service, I was told I would not get billed 30 days from the start date. My service started on the 8th of April but I was billed on the 26th. This is not 30 days from the start date. On top of this, my service did not work for a whole week. Every day I was on the phone with an agent for about 10 to 15 minutes so I could finally watch the cable. Each tech did the same thing and it was just a quick fix hence why I had to call every day. Horrible Experience I will be switching as soon as possible.

Internet always has problems even with their own modem. Customer service people don’t have the tools to help you and it takes forever to get someone to talk to. You never get the speed you pay for and if there’s a problem they charge you for a technician even if it’s their fault. They are the worse I can’t wait to have other company available in my area to give them the boot. Comcast sucks

Have been a loyal Xfinity Internet customer for 14 years at my current location. Has anyone else in North Central Massachusetts experienced very unreliable connectivity over the last 3-4 months. When the service is up, it screams at top speeds, but it seems that it goes down very often during the day. Troubleshoot my own connectivity on a regular basis and it's not internal for sure

If I could give this terrible services zero stars I would I only have internet with Comcast and I really I’m thankful it’s only internet I can just imagine if I had both tv and internet. Every time my family uses the internet something has to happen either it goes out or the speed is just terrible I will be calling tomorrow to cancel this garbage of a services and find something new that’s not xfinity and I will find make sure no one I know has this trash of services.

My experience with Xfinity is downright disappointing. The speed of my internet is as slow as before, even though I'm paying an extra 20.00 a month for "High Speed" internet. The phone number they gave me is not the number they confirmed to give me. I have tried twice to change my phone number. Not possible with Xfinity. I was lied to. I tried canceling my phone line- only to be told I will lose my "promotion". their customer service deserves an F. If you want to overpay, and then be lied to and treated like trash, sign up with xfinity.

It's been good so far as they meet the advertised speed and I haven't had any outages that I couldn't resolve with a modem reset. The downside is that they're a bit pricey.

My bill more than doubled from when I first agreed to services with this company it feels as if I have been robbed or taken advantage regardless of the minuscule amount its the point AT&T offers 4X faster internet for nearly 20% less of the cost I would switch in a heart beat if I wasn't already moving soon I will not be returning to or recommending xfinity/comcast to anybody in the future PS customer service is typically a nightmare!

Up until now, pretty good. But it appears that Comcast, as well as ATT, do not know what a 'contract' means. They raise their prices whenever they please regardless if you have an agreement or not.

The signal is what they claimed. Their customer service is the pits. I have twice signed up for direct billinging. They keep telling me my credit card wasn't processed but they have used it to bill me for $50. This is supposedly because they think my credit is poor but my credit ranking by Esperian is over 800. I have closed my credit reports because of the Esperian hack.

If I could leave no stars I mostly certainly would. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It takes about 30 minutes to get a hold of someone, and first you have to deal with their automated system which will just send you in a loop until you give up. I pay over $100 a month for internet and it only works about a third of the time. I have tried for months to get someone out here to take a look and all I'm told is that if I rent their modem all my problems will be solved. It's a joke and a scam. Avoid using them if you can help it.

I have had Xfinity for the last 2 years. It is some of the worst service that I have ever had. The lag time between changing channels is terrible. The solution to solving this problem they said is to reset the device. I do that many times a day.Not to mention if you have a VPN that you like to use. They try to use DSL leaking to monitor your activities and location. I've tested their internet speeds and they are not as advertised. Do not subscribe to this service they have had mini mini mini complaints within the last year from the FCC.

To many problems with WIFI and DVR service, both constantly go down. Reciently they "upgraded" my WIFI, can't get access to my printer or new DVD player since then. Their only solution is to "replace the equipment" I havn't done that yet, still trying to calm down to talk to them.

They are expensive and aside from rare occasion of good customer service, they are normally bad. Plus, they dug up our neighborhood replacing their devices and many yards still look terrible.

It's not as fast as advertised, even though I pay extra for higher speeds. I keep getting "the best" and it still has down times and slow times. Pay too much for what service we receive.

Constant problems with the wifi signal being lost. A tech came out last week to check it and said the system lost wifi & rebooted over a thousand times in 30 days. He did something and I had no problems for a few days but now I am back to constantly getting kicked off. I work from home and this is a huge problem.

Very expensive and I had to spend an additional 200 dollars on pods so my internet service would work. I returned my equipment after being with them 20 years. Even when moving I paid via a collaboration with consumers. They never communicated in their system and knock on my door to confiscate my equipment even though I paid my bill on time and never late.

We were in a bind and kids attend online school. We paid about 600 to turn service on and it was on for one day before they turned it off and told us they would turn it on if we paid an additional 500 (equipment included). We're poverty level. It was a bill I had but my husband had to pay it if we wanted service. Yeah I said poverty but not that low where we recieve foodstamps. That was grocery money for a month. Store here is ran by pedos and preps.

I like that they have available programs to help low income families. I don't like that I had trouble figuring out how to cancel my account after trying to move and not being able to have my service where I was moving to. Which was in town and made no sense as to why service didn't work there.

Xfinity seems pretty expensive for the service. Our internet lags a lot and and we are constantly rebooting the modem. We purchased the pods which are supposed to extend the internet to other areas, and we cannot even get it to work on our deck which is 10 feet away from where the pod is plugged in.

I have been a customer since 2018 and haven't had many issues however I was not notified that my 2 yr plan had expired and so my bill went up dramatically. They could have better commu inaction with there customers. As well as being charged for your cable box and modem they should be a bundle deal.

We had (my partner and I) Xfinity Internet. We were paying about $140/month for just Internet. We had originally gotten the service at around $40 and have just watched it skyrocket in price. We've now got Verizon 5G Internet service to go with our phones for $25/month and a guarantee to not go up. Although the Xfinity Internet Service worked fine, it was not worth the money and ALL the alternatives are cheaper and, in my opinion, just as good.
