My service was always disrupted. They have issues during storms. Poor customer service. Not helpful. The reps are outsourced so it’s difficult to communicate with them. We relocated and they took money for breaking the contract. Refunded me $1.

I will never use them again. Comcast was the worse provider I have ever used. Sent me a box. When I wanted to return it, they sent me another box and billed me for it. Customer service will tell you what you want to hear to get their good review. But not do anything to really help you

The speed is good. I had a good price under contract but after the discount expired, they wouldn't work with me after my bill increased from $30 to $83. Not a great way to treat a customer of 11 years.

The internet gives me the "not connected" prompt on a regular basis. You can't work from home when the internet continues to cut out. And if I have the fastest connection (as I'm paying for it), I'd hate to have the slower connection.

For two years I suffered with Comcast as they continuously raised our price despite having signed a contract for a fixed price. Their service was unreliable and I’d much prefer to have reliable internet instead of getting $20 credits. I’m so glad I’ve left them.

Just horrible customer service and responsiveness. They defaced the entire neighborhood sidewalk as well as my driveway. Painted markings left everywhere. I managed to get them to repair my lawn after installing a new cable ($1200 worth of new sod), but customer service even in the executive offices is absent.

This is the worst company I have every worked with. They straight up lie about data usage. The google wifi mesh system tracks data and is 300gbs less than what Comcast claims. Now they want to charge me for going over my limit and its so rude.
