I AM SO GLAD I CAN USE GOOGLE FIBER AND NOT THIS GARBAGE. The customer service is terrible, the internet is lackluster. Overall, I really can't say I've ever had a great experience utilizing comcast or xfinity from an internet or a cable standpoint.

I am in a love hate with Xfinity. When it works and I am getting 300 down I am happy. When we have random outages, or when I do a speed check and I am getting .06 down (no joke, it happened) it sucks. Problem is I have no choice, only Xfinity is available in my area.

I think a big part of us not liking our experience with Comcast is that maybe we just don’t have good WiFi? But we’ve called to have them come out and fix it at least 6 times and it still doesn’t work super well. Pretty frustrating.

Comcast customer service is horrible. I had to call and talk about my bill. I was on hold for 30 minutes. Then I was transferred 3 times before anyone would answer a question. Their internet service is good. But I have a really hard time with the customer service.
