They have turned off and on for years now. The reason is they refuse to make my pay date (Social Security) 10 days after their pay date. Result is late fees and suspending services every other month or so.

Had to cancel service due to moving and they did not provide service in the new town we were moving to. They wanted to charge hundreds of dollars for cancelling due to not being able to have service but they also never had any intention of providing service in the town we moved to.

poor customer service if you are moving. each tech says something different. so if you plan on moving, go to another provider. Charges for service early termination even if Xfinity does NOT have service in the new area. ... NOT fair to the customer.

We were forced to switch to xfinity when we moved because they are the only provider that covers our area. They have provided horrible customer service and the internet quality is equally as bad. It is always SLOW and laggy no matter what "high speed" we pay for.

I will never use them again. Comcast was the worse provider I have ever used. Sent me a box. When I wanted to return it, they sent me another box and billed me for it. Customer service will tell you what you want to hear to get their good review. But not do anything to really help you
