Xfinity keeps raising their rates-even if you have a 2-year contract with them. They DO NOT have a strictly US based customer service. It is extremely difficult to understand 95% of the representatives. They say they have increased our speed with new equipment-not true!

I have had Comcast internet for over 10 years in various homes that I’ve lived in. The speed has never been as advertised and the costs keep increasing. We needed to add two WiFi extenders just to get slow upload speeds in our home.

Xfinity is ok. They are expensive. The wifi is pretty good sometimes it lags. The cable is inconsistent it goes out randomly. The customer service agents are good just takes forever to get someone.

Products seem overpriced. Especially when there are so many more choices for entertainment than there used to be. Companies like Hulu, Pluto, etc make cable seem overpriced. Customer Service is difficult to contact & often requires long waits for service and/or repair.

I was late (15 days) on payment, usually getting a ‘friendly’ reminder, sometimes 6 weeks later, but we’d square up. Thanksgiving weekend, they cut me off, no warning, no ‘friendly’ reminder, nothing. Tried to call & square up, closed for the holiday. No football, disappointed guests. I turned in the equipment & went with their competitor. Years later, they send an invoice & turn me in to the collections, for the equipment. I contest while they give me their lawyers number. Called many times, left messages with NO acknowledgement.

Poor company, poor customer service. We had agreed to have Xfinity be our internet provider. A new cable line had to be buried from the street to our home in order for that to take place. We had technicians come to our home to install the internet in our home 3 times and the outside line had still not been installed. Poor communication in their company. Two of the technicians suggested that they could just lay the cable over the lawn and driveway. Ridiculous. The third time we canceled and declined services. Two days later we got a message that our cable line had been buried. Ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever experienced. I was moved to a location that did not have Comcast service. I paid everything in full and canceled the service. I spoke directly to them and was assured I had pail all I needed to. Fast forward several months and I get a call from a bill collector saying that I was being sued for past due amount of $150 in cancellation fees. I had to formally dispute the situation and spent many hours on the phone getting it fixed. Terrible.

Just got xfinity hooked up. Still getting used to it. Don’t like how it doesn’t have the same channels as DVT. Also, when watching tv, our volume gets really low and we cannot hear. Then it comes back up really loud. Tried to fix the audio but no luck.

Alright internet with terrible customer service. Internet so were always slower than advertised, and will an almost complete monopoly Xfinity had no incentive to improve performance in my area. Cancelling service was a chore and the company doesn't allow cancellation sooner than ten days before the desired end date (a restriction that regular utilities do not make)
