Our internet connection routinely goes out and Comcast claims that the only solution is a new box. Bought a new box and had the same issue. Contacted Comcast and they claimed that we needed a new box. Don't see what I can do here because I need internet. Oh well. Comcast you win again.

We were forced to switch to xfinity when we moved because they are the only provider that covers our area. They have provided horrible customer service and the internet quality is equally as bad. It is always SLOW and laggy no matter what "high speed" we pay for.

They continued to raise their rates until their service was not a good value. They have a monopoly in my area and use it to over charge for their service. They have a courtesy service that will come pick up rented equipment. The problem with it is that they came on Sunday morning while everyone is attending church service

This is basically only service provider available in my area and monopolized the market. There is no competition and they keep increasing prices according to their wish. Unless you call retention and spend half day and argue, you will not be given the hidden deal they have that you may be able to afford.

I've had Comcast xFinity internet service for almost 20 years. (Until very recently they were the only provider in this area) Their signal strength is good , but it randomly shuts down which is a pain in the rear. I rated them only 2 stars because their customer service is so poor they should be embarrassed.

This is the only internet / cable company in my area. Very high cost, internet is a 6 out of 10 on speed. Too many unnecessary channels but I still have to pay for them. Customer service is a 8 out of 10.

When you ask for a reasonable or lower price they always say you have the lowest , and tell you you have so many channels. That's true , I have more channels than you can believe ! BUT 3/4 of them are music, and Spanish channels ! I don't speak Spanish! I'm a senior citizen and try to live on SS can't keep going like this will have to shut TV down. My only source of local, world, news and religious .

So many issues and they could never find the source, we were told to cut down trees that might be the issue, how as an older disabled person am i going to cut down trees? The money I was paying for the service to have so many unsolved issues was very daunting to say the least. No I would never recommend them, however it's been a few years hopefully things are better. Most of the customer service reps were very nice they just really didn't know how to help me, but they did try.

The service was slow and there was often issues with slow internet in the area we lived. We relocated out of state and this service was not in the new area. We canceled on time but instead of honoring that, they took double the amount out of my bank account. They charged a $50 service fee to cancel and refunded me less than $2. I would not recommend them due to the poor service.

Xfinity Comcast will not run cable back to the 8 homes that are back our Lane. If it was a township or state road it would be a possibility. But otherwise we as an individual or all the neighbors (yeah right) would have to pay close to us not more than 10K to run the cable a 1/4 mile and little further back from main road. We would like the chance to get cable and not have to pay high prices for satilite internet and TV. Thank you.

Tv plans are a rip off. U have premium plan movie channels hbo, cinemax ect...They play SAME movies over and over and over again ur payin extra $$$ for nothing. It WAS FREE but NOW they charge u for nearly every show WORTH WATCHING on ON-DEMAND they try to get u any way they can for more money. So Ive switched to Roku, pluto, amazon prime, netflix, hulu all those are great bc at least you can watch diff movies and shows instead of paying 300 for encores and repeats.

If you need to speak to an agent it takes a long time to do so. You may be on the phone a long time or e given the option to call back. I have talked to 3 different agents regarding my home phone over a 5 day period and I am still without a home phone. Customer Service stinks. Comcast goes up on my bill every month a few cents ,a few dollars, and then thirty dollars. I can't hardly wait until my 12 months are up and it is bye bye Comcast.
