TERRIBLE!! Internet constantly goes out and when we call customer support we sit on on hold for 2 hours. Then we have to wait about 4 day for someone to come and check it out. We've gotten new routers like 5 times and the internet still goes off and on all the time. When it goes it , it goes out about an hour and 20 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

As soon as people tried to cut the cord and use Comcast only for internet service and switch to streaming, Comcast started limiting traffic, so now I have to pay them an additional $50 a month for unlimited service. Now that Vodafone and T-Mobile are introducing broadband service, they are suspending the unlimited charge.

Worst internet service I've ever experienced. I've only been a customer for less than a month, I've yet to experience a week of continuous service. I've called numerous times, I've even been sent a new router:modem, no difference. If I had not already paid, I would have already dropped this service provider.

They're the worst! They advertise things they can't deliver on. I just upgraded to 1k Mbps and it's slower than what I had before, but with a increase and I'm dropping from $30 zoom mtgs right in the middle of shelter in place work. If there was a guaranteed better service I'd drop these guys like a bad habit. They STINK!

They are a huge company with a lot of experience, but I am not a fan of their billing tactics. They start yellow and then jump your bill up super high. At least in my experience. Not a fan.

@Xfinity has become terrible. It started out good but looks like Comcast influence is taking over. Three routers but connection keeps dropping. 15 hours with customer service. They keeping bouncing my calls and sending me in circles. Just the marketing slogans "got you covered" is not sufficient.

The call center sold me 2 landlines and the installer said thst comcast can only install 1 landline. 4 people later I finally get the contract canceled but now it's going to take 30 days to get my deposit back. According to the supervisor , they have to get the money from the Federal Reserve.

Terribly inconsistent service. Always rotating between offline and online. It's not a hardware problem (we have a new router and modem, and they replaced the cables coming into the house). If I paid a percentage of the bill correlating to the time my wifi has worked then I should be paying about $1 a month. A waste.

Customer service and care can improve. The service was fine when I had it but once I ran into personal problems not financial. My bill was paid in full. But, I was charged for equipment that I returned and it I'll affected my credit score.

I would give lower if I could. Ever since 2008 we’ve had Comcast. It’s our only option in the area and it’s horrible. Internet cuts out constantly. We’ve used three different routers and every time our service doesn’t work they blame the routers no matter how often we switch them.

Customer service is horrible, trying to cancel an account is an even more horrific experience. I tried to cance my account on the first of August and they charged me for using the internet until October so I was charged for multiple months after I sent the router back and called twice to cancel.

I got charged for internet months after I had cancelled the service. Customer representatives agreed that I had been incorrectly charged and that I would be refunded. After three different phone calls with representatives, all agreeing that I would be refunded, I have yet to receive a refund.

Internet isn’t terrible, but as soon as you run into any even minor problem with your service expect a multiple hour conversation with the support staff asking an entire array of dumb questions that don’t pertain to what you need done at all. Would be a 4 or 5 star review if customer service was not completely atrocious

The service at our place is really poor the connection breaks every day at least 2-3 times when I have really something important to work. This is not expected from a service provider like Xfinity. I am really not happy with this and needs work on this. Xfinity needs to fix this ASAP and give assurance that this is not gonna happen again.

Worst service ever, I'm paying for 1 Gbps and I'm getting normally between 100 and 200 Mbps, sometimes I get 10Mbps! I use my cellphone as a hotspot and it goes faster. Awful I got the Xpods the sell....Totally useless, I have a TV 1 foot away from one of the pods, but it's connected to the box downstairs so I get a terrible service

The internet drops a lot every 30 ish minutes. I have had xfinity for about 9 months and just as I am going to need a new contract the internet starts dropping and going out at Radom. They are probably trying to get me to pay more for better streaming and what not. Will I’m not they will be lucky if I stay with them!

Horrible, i am awaiting to switch to ATT. The agents are rude. One agent will tell you one thing and then when you call back another agent will say something else. This literally just happened to me yesterday. I spent 45minutes on the phone with them and got no where.

Lots of outages that effect all of our services. They cut through a main sprinkler line which has caused high water bills, dead plants and costly sprinkler repair. I have called 7 times in two months without a return call. The manager that I finally spoke to was arrogant and could not give a darn if we kept their services or not.

STAY AWAY I have been calling and trying to get my bill resolved as I was charged for unauthorized services. They refuse to credit my account. They charge $150 a month for basic tv and basic internet, WOW. I live in new york and I do not pay this much. Talk about ripping the snow birds

Crappy customer service, they can never truobleshoot anything and want to place balme on something else other than their service. Internet connection is slow and likes to cut out. They charge you an arm and a leg for internet service if you don't want to 'bundle'. No other good options for service!

Half star for Xfinity and the other half for AT&T. .. And I am generous. Both horrible customer services, slow internet but promises over promises when they do their commercials. Someone must do something to regulate them. They don't have rules they can promise what they want and do the opposite without fearing the consequences.
