If a club member reaches the end of their smile journey and they are not satisfied with their end results, they can request a re-evaluation. I just recently ordered new retainers. I was sent the one that would have been for plan 1. But I had refinements and all SDC can do is ask for pictures. It should be easy for you to figure out what to do without putting me through extra work.

Costumer service is not that good, any time you want to get help you will get a new person has no clue whats going on and you have to start ALL OVER, basically their is no person assigned to your case to help you from start to finish, this makes it so difficult and complicate to get the right service and better help.
