Smile Direct Club is an affordable option to straighten teeth. Customer care has been very accommodating with aligner fit issues and re-evaluations at no additional costs. The only real downside has been the estimated time of treatment hasn‚Äôt correlated with the actual time....and every re-alignment takes several weeks. However, my teeth are getting much straighter.

I’m glad I was able to find them because now my teeth are straight and I have my smile back. I grind my teeth at night so there was some damage from that but other than that it was a great experience. I’ve worn braces in the past and I like that I am able to eat any food that I want by sampling removing the liners.

Initially during the sign up process, there were some file concerns, problems with pricing and charges that weren't authorized, but everything was quickly remedied. It's been fantastic and I used the braces as recommended. My smile has completely changed, and I couldn't be happier. Sometimes the aligner created some sores in my mouth, but it was nice because a real doctor would call occasionally to check up on me.

My husband, daughter and I all had our teeth straightened by the SDC Aligners. We are all pleased with the end results. The price is reasonable for the results. The customer service associates and the dental team are all very friendly and professional. The only reason I rated a 4 instead of 5 is that the aligners are very thin and I cracked several, one so bad I had to redo my bite which set me back two months. Some of the aligners have jagged edges and cut my cheeks and gums.

It works, it really does, but the only way you'll get the results that you want is if you follow the directions to the letters, for example if they say you have to wear the aligners for at least 22 hours, you really have to do so, I mean it's hard, but again if there's no pain, there won't be no gain.

I would have rated SmileDirectClub a 3.5 but that rating was not allowed. I find your marketing somewhat less than honest. Case in point, when receiving PHONE CALLs from Smile Direct, the called idea is filled with a FALSE PHONE NUMBER or contact. There were two times I was informed to skip a mold and move on to the next mold. And the last mold fitting NEVER did fit my smile. Therefore I over paid and at this time am not that anxious to suggest Smile Direct to friends or associates. Perhaps my friends should try Invisalign.

The in office experience was great. The online/call in/email support needs work. I would send an email advising of my concerns and be met with a generic auto filled reply email. Then, when I reiterated my concerns I was replied with the same generic auto filled email - very impersonal. When I called in to discuss my concerns of having to pay for moulds for my reassessment when, at my in office visit, I was told nothing further would need to be paid for besides my retainers at the end of my treatment. This was handled unprofessionally, due to COVID the in office option was not available and so my request had to be escalated to their Escalation Team, where I was told this would be a one off. Very misleading of the in office staff to advise that any reassessment would be covered under my full treatment payment and then have call center staff advise otherwise. They did offer to send me a Visa gift card in the amount I would have to pay, but I'm sorry that's not the same thing. In these hard times of COVID I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket up front when I was told there would be no additional costs. I wish I could of gone back to the in office staff to have my concerns addressed as they were much more understanding and supportive. I started the reassessment request the beginning of May and still don't have my concerns addressed. My treatment was suppose to be finished the middle of May.

I think it works really well. I went in the office to get my scan, it only took 25 minutes. Then 2 weeks later all of my aligners came together. They text and email you to change to your new ones. All of my kids had braces ,it cost a lot, mine was half the price and time.

Overall I'm glad for my overall improvement, however, 1. My front teeth did not move back as far as I would have liked them too. 2. I feel somewhat silighted because for the last 1-2 aligner treatments before completing my required time of treatment, I did not receive a reminder txt/email that is sent out each time you need to switched aligners. All coomunication had ceased at that point and I wasn't done being treated. So I feel like since I was nearing the end of treatment, I definitely did not receive the same customer service extended to me that was present at the beginning of me signing the financial contract....I'm just saying.

Over all the company is great and my satisfaction was great. However, I couldnâ€šÃ„Ã´t give it a 5 star because at the end of my treatment I had some teeth that were not on its right place. My cheeks were constantly getting caught between the aligners. I would accidentaly chomp in these inner skin imprints quite often, and it was not very comfortable from that standpoint. My aligning time was self extended by 1.5 months due to inconsistent aligning periods. Week 1 is the worst for the gums. It cut everytime. Although i abused my cheeks during the duration i wore yhe aligners, my teeth are very nice and straight, whiter, and now i have 2 more weeks till i only wear retainers at night. Cant freakin wait. Lol.

The at home impression kit was fun and easy to use. My aligners arrived a month later. Just in time because i finished my first week of teeth whitening treatment. Being a smoker, i didn't have high hopes for white teeth.. Wow was i wrong. My teeth are are so much brighter!! My first set of aligners hurt my gums so i had to file them down a ton. It would be a five but they are not trimmed well and will cut your tongue, gums and lips if not modified a little. I have had to do every set like this. They do exactly what they say and I love them except for the modifications I have to make. I am on the 4th month 3/4 week and I am very pleased with the turnout so far. For most the impressions were initially created by me. The impressions were carefully categorized and inputtedly adjusted in my upper and lower mouth. The timing to receiving the impressions and the easy access it is to be able to carefully remove and input the new impressions is perfectly aligned.
