They did a decent job, however they are unwilling to acknowledge some obvious issues I have with my teeth. They were willing and proactive to provide refinements for a gap that opened up, but they are trying to convince me that a space in my bite is normal. I am now seeking the advice of an orthodontics office.

The staff at the Boca location are extremely welcoming and professional. I went in this morning to get my teeth scanned for my new aligners and had the best experience. I was helped by Kuxam and her supervisor. Both of them thoroughly explained the process to me, answered the questions I had and took the time to figure out the best payment options and aligner plans that would suit me best. I would highly recommend this location and Smile Direct if you are looking to have a professional and pleasant experience while working to improve your smile. I am very happy with my experience!

The kit they mailed to me for making impressions of my teeth in order to have the retainers made was easy to understand. The five stars is for the very professional young lady who did my scan. As for the Compamy... -FIVE STARS and here is why. My only issue is the bait and switch they did when it came to the $25 pre-paid visa card I was supposed to get after the person who did my scan and interview updated her information in her system, She said I would get in in a few days. Now it oh after you get your kit and pay for we will send you the $25.00 pre-paid visa card.

So far I really like SmileDirectClub my teeth are already looking better. The first month The aligners were really uncomfortable and I had to make a lot of adjustments to where they were rubbing my gums, but after that I got used to them and the rest of it was pretty smooth. In the end my teeth do not alone correctly my molars do not come together and I can’t use my front teeth to bite together with which is why I am working to get an adjustment.

Love the product. Customer service a bit lacking. Emailed not reply. Live chat no follow through and pretty sure it was an AI responding to me. Waited a week then called and talked with a live person. Finally got the result I needed but then delivery was slow. Was notified of delay but the gap in time with my treatment plan is disappointing. The delivery time on initial impression kits was within 24-48 hours. The revision kit took over a week once I finally got customer service to follow through. Now I am waiting weeks for my new liners and I have had to wear my current liners going on 5 weeks. They smell and are cracking but I don’t want my teeth to drift while I wait for my revision. Hope my feedback will help future clients receive service faster than I experienced.

I have left a good review from my initial experience with SDC and I was very satisfied until I had to have a touch up. The process has been slow and the communication is not very direct. However, my interactions have been good and I can tell the company does care about each customer they have. I haven’t received the touch up aligners yet and my journey with SDC is still an ongoing process. It has been 2 months since my final aligner and I did notify SDC within 2 weeks that my journey was not over as my teeth weren’t completely straight. Here’s to hoping the touch up aligners do the trick.

The process for getting a preview of my new smile was really simple! I deducted a star because as I was going through the online interview, one of the questions asked what the main "concern" with my teeth was. I submitted that I have an underbite. The fact that I was sent the impression kit, led me to believe that they could correct it. I received an email containing my animated "new smile". Unfortunately, the only thing they can correct is the slightly crookedness. For someone that just needs straightening, I'm sure it would be a great option. However, if you have a "bite" problem, it's not a good fit. I wish that they would have just cut me off in the interview process and said that underbites are not correctable with their system.

The starting process has been a breeze. Instructions are clear, customer service is fast, just great overall. However, I was under the impression (no pun intended) that it would be cheaper if I only want the upper aligners as opposed to both upper and lower. The customer service rep explained to me that the price is set because of the same process/use of materials (sure, makes sense). But I think it would be more fair to have separate prices there. Especially for college students (with school insurance not covering dental) who cannot make the full payment but also not wanting to pay even more through monthly payments. Having to rethink my decision now...

I have yet to receive my kit, so I can't comment on the aligners or the process. However, I have to say that my appointment went very smoothly. Adrianna at the San Diego-Point Loma location was excellent. She was very knowledgeable, she answered the million questions I had, and made me feel at ease the entire time. I was very comfortable even though for me that would've been a very uncomfortable situation. She took her time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understood everything clearly. My review today is solely on my visit with Adrianna, and she was amazing!!!

Well to start out, my impressions took more than a first kit. I thought since you can see my crooked teeth, it should have been ok, but I had taken three kits total and that last kit was the kicker. And I bet after this whole pandemic the experience will be even better. Just the whole place had a very cool set up and I felt very comfortable. So far I have just been on the smile bus, which was super convenient, and impeccably clean. The staff were extremely personable and friendly. The picture taking procedure and consultation was under 30 minutes, very informative and the remaining steps were precisely written out and explained to me. Smile Direct expressed appreciation for my business, offering a complimentary at home teeth whitening package, and an Amazon discount card. In the next 72 hours I'll find out from the orthodontist if Smile Direct Club will work for me!

I am happy with my results, but their time lines are just a joke. The 6 months plan turned into 10 months and finally I finished my plan, but now I have been waiting for my retainers since November, the original ETA was 3-4 weeks. If they can fix their time lines problem and deliver on time, then SDC could easily be a 5 stars. SDC is forgetting that, when customer want that new smile in the time frame they suggested. The customers are so looking forward to that date, but then when something doesn’t fit or brake. No one want to wait months just to get replacements or new aligners. Right there is when SDC turns dreams into nightmares. Well, it feels like that. SDC, if you are reading this. Please send me my retainers ASAP.

After obtaining a scan in an OKC smile shop I waited 10 days for the aligners to arrive to Canada. I completed 5 of 6 month plan before having to get a rescan for teeth that weren’t tracking. Waited 5 weeks for 2 months of refinements and the first week of each month was made incorrectly. Just finishing those refinements and have slight corrections still to go and may need another set of refinements. Customer service is not a strong suit with Smile Direct Club but I have had a liaison (the gentleman who convinced me to make my order) and having him has made a huge difference. I would do it again!

I started nighttime only aligners which no other companies offer. It would be really difficult with my job to have to wear aligners all day so night time only is perfect. I am almost done with the plan and my teeth look INCREDIBLE!!!! The process has been really painless and the folks at the Smile shop I visited were incredibly helpful. I am just LOVING my new smile!!!! FINALLY... a solution for me that doesn't require months of ugly trays in my mouth all day. : )

my teeth are straight! But it definitely wasn’t perfect along the way. Things that were great: I could visibly notice my teeth straightening almost right away, and the pain on most of the aligners was tolerable and over within a day. They’re extremely easy to use & I loved the free lip balm and teeth whitening with it! (Not super important, but that lip balm is good!) overall I got straight teeth, so they did they the job! Cons: some of the aligners made my gums bleed to the point were I took a nail clipper to them. They said you could use a file but I could never get it to work. The second and largest issue I ran into was them not coming correctly in the packaging. 3 times now (and I still have a month to go) I’ve gotten double top or double bottom aligners. I ended up kind of splitting up the time between the old and the new aligners mid-week. Some other issues were breakage overtime but I’m also a bit of a teeth-grinder so I don’t wanna fully blame that on them and cleaning them with just soap and water was just making them taste like soap so I just took a clean toothbrush to them and it seemed to work fine! Hope this helps!!
