I have tried getting information about the dental team re-evaluating my lower teeth. They are the ones that need fixing. But so far no response from anyone. I am requesting my money back since I haven't started the upper aligned. They should have verified with me before making top ones knowing they aren't that bad.

The price of the aligners wasn't what I was expecting for only having to wear it for a few months and then having to pay a separate cost for the retainers

Smile Direct Club charged my credit card BEFORE I even received a treatment plan from an actual orthodontist. The person that did my scans was not an orthodontist and couldn't answer all my questions regarding my crowns, alignment and overbite. When I called the company, the person barely spoke English and hung up on me.

Scammers. They force you into signing a contract when going for a consultation, yet do not adhere to the terms they mentioned prior to signing. I was excited to try them because it seems like a great program but with their deceptive practices I am glad I did not. Do not trust them with your money.

It took 3 sets of aligners to get it right and the retainers are nothing more than an extra set of aligners, (which I already had) at a charge of $99.
