My aligners Did not fit and they had to send me new ones which set me back quite a ways. They still do not fit. I have a hard time getting ahold of customer service. I still did not get the $100 bonus I was promised for referring my daughter after she also purchased them.

a number of the aligners were poorly made. cut into my tongue and i had to do a lot of sanding. also i'm not totally satisfied with the end product.

SmileDirectClub showed that my teeth would aligned beautifuly. I kept enough time to put on the aligners, but one of my front teeth is still tilted. I learned the limit of orthodontics using aligners.

The tooth that needed correction most didn’t get corrected and my bite doesn’t quite feel right. I wore the aligners diligently as directed. I gave my feedbacks very next day when I was asked right after the completion of my treatment. But there has been no follow ups from the doctor or the company.

I actually had a scan done and ,y liner no longer fit after #7. I got a new order but they were very poor made. I still have the first set which is much more quality. The new set is very flimsy and does not feel supportive of my teeth. They just poke my tongue.
