My teeth are getting straighter, so it works to some degree. Progress is over 2x slower: original prediction was 6 months, and it's been 1 year with probably another 4 months to go. When things didn't go accordingly, customer service is slow to set things right and lots of delays processing materials. Customer service is friendly. Compan offers incentives to leave reviews that forbids receiving incentives. I'm currently waiting to finish my treatment before updating various reviews. Stay tuned.

Mostly good experience but no real retainers. I want metal retainers and honestly would not have gone through with it if I had known. Also it really messed up my jaw alignment and I now have to go to physical therapy for it. I did reach out early on about this issue and I was only told to stop using the vibrating mouth thing.

Treatment has taken 6-8 months longer than promised. The inability to visit an orthodontist or do any evaluations in person is not the best idea; my teeth didn't track correctly and this wasn't caught. I'm now on my third full set of aligners after having to do three home impression kits. Candid and other companies do a digital scan which is much more accurate.

When aligners don't fit right or you have problems they make you take photos, fill out questionnaires, lose progress by not wearing them etc. All in an attempt to not have to send you a new set that work better for you. I am going on my 4th set of aligners and the amount of work to get here has made my original 13 weeks to almost a year... when they fit they most certainly work and my teeth look amazingly better than when I started

I went into this really excited not to have braces again (I had them as a teenager but never wore my retainers). However, I think the company gave me unrealistic expectations about how long it would take for my treatment plan. Obviously they do not know when they initially fit you how slow/fast your teeth will move, but I would hope they would have given me a better timeline considering how crooked my bottom teeth were.

Customer service is very slow to respond. Each time I had a problem, I sent an email. Then I had to wait for almost a week for any response. Even though I sent pictures of my issues in the email, I had to fill out a form and add the pictures to the form. I wasn't able to access the form until the link was sent to me. I had holes in my aligners and it took 3 weeks to get the form submitted!

Overall, not a great experience. Very little communication for them and when I would reach out, it would be days before anyone would contact me. If they did at all. I have noticed my teeth are straighter, but not as much as I expected or anticipated. I've followed up with the care team many times and it seems like a messy process. Still not my best experience with Byte because they won’t give me my money back. However, the last review that I did, they contacted me to see what was going on. I have a huge gap between my teeth because my adult tooth grew incorrectly so the aligners aren’t helping with that, and Byte said I may need to go to a dentist to get the excess gum cut out. I don’t have dental insurance so that’s not going to happen anytime soon, which means my aligners aren’t working at all. I kind of wish that they would mention to their customers before they go through with the process of getting aligners that if they have a huge gap, it might not get fixed. I just hate how I’m essentially wasting my money for the aligners that don’t work, but it’s nice to know that this will be something that I won’t ever get again/tell people to get it.

My top teeth were not moving per the treatment plan. I expressed my concern at 6 mos . Was asked to send all angles of photos and explain the issue. 6 weeks later , I finally get what I think will be new top aligners to fix the problem. They did not. In fact I was sent only 3 new aligners for the top that none felt any different than what I had been wearing for the last 6 weeks. Once again, had to express my dissatisfaction, had to complete another evaluation, and send more photos . As if they keep no records on your progress. Now after another 6 weeks in the same top aligner (#29) and still no movement) byte has manufactured new top and bottom aligners that I should have in 2 weeks. It has been very frustrating. The cleaning foam is $30 and you will need a bottle per month .

Once I got the aligners, things went relatively smoothly, but I don't think my teeth moved as expected and so while my bottom teeth are less crowded than they were, they are not totally corrected. They needed some course correction, and there was no clear way for me to communicate that so I could get the appropriate adjustments. Now I feel like I'm stuck with a bill for something that didn't totally do the job.

I had alot of pain in the begining of treatment, and although there is support to reach out to, I would think there would be more check-ins. I did reach out to support and did get a promp answer. I didnt have a check in until half way through my treatment. Also, Ive had to trim or use ortho wax for amlost every tray. If my teeth didnt hurt, my tongue was sore constantly.

When I was looking into Byte to fix my teeth, all I saw was a bunch of people with problems on the upper and lower teeth. My problem teeth look just like may of the models shown in Byte advertisement, but they try and tell me they could only provide the treatment plan I was given. Thats BS. I was in need of fixing both upper and lower, and assumed they would straighten both the upper and lower teeth for the price tag of $2200. They contacted me several times to get me to sign up, and I finnally did, paying in full up front. Then I get my kit in the mail only to find the treatment given for me was to fix only my upper front 4 teeth. I would have never signed up for this at $2200 to fix only 4 dam teeth! This is a scam and BS company. Im sure this will never even get to be read by anyone, but it feels good to say it anyway.

I paid for the night version however i have to wear these all day, so I ended up paying more than I should since i do not have the conscience to not wear aligners during working hours. The case to store braces do not have enough room and the two aligners must be placed in a specific way because it becomes a hassle and I'm afraid if i close the case quickly, that an aligner will be damaged. Ironic, because the case is suppose to prevent that from happening.

I am impressed with Byte aligners. I have problems sleeping with them in. The first couple of days after putting in the new set, are a bit uncomfortable but it subsides. They can be annoying at times but overall I am happy with the results so far.

Once I found out about scheduling video appointments it helped to ease my fears of the negative comments I have read about. I got one on one with a Byte representative that walked me through my impressions and bi-weekly check ins letting me know if it was ok to move forward with my next set of aligners.

Fast shipping, great customer service when purchasing. No issues. Fairly comfortable as wearing plastic on your teeth all day can be. Teeth are whiter and are moving! Treatment going well and fairly fast.

There easy to use and effective. My teeth hurt the first 2 days with each new set but then are fine. My teeth aren't very crooked but I wanted them perfect. I also love the whitening solution!

They are very good in the beginning, before you make your purchase, about contacting you and reply to your questions, but are a little lacking after purchase is made. In their defense they have apologized and said they are a little overwhelmed with the overwhelming daily inquiries.

Byte is so far well worth the money compared to other similar companies but as soon as they sell you on it the support disappears. Luckily you don't need much but in my case it's causing some issues/ delays in finishing my treatment.

I was expecting more feedback and one on one follow-ups with the resident endodontist as advertised during the consultation. I've submitted photos but haven't received emails with feedback at all. I'm not sure if my teeth are moving as quickly as I thought but I don't feel as supported as I'd hoped.
