Two weeks in and things have been pretty good so far. The initial ordering experience was very quick and seamless: impression kit came quickly and was easy to do. Aligners arrived about 3 weeks after my order was placed, and I would have liked more support in the first few days of my treatment because I had many questions and some concerns. Waiting more than a day for a response from customer service doesn’t seem reasonable when pain is involved, but things were resolved eventually. Excited about the end result, but I have months to go at this point. Overall, a positive experience.

Top notch product and support! They reply quick via email and answered all my questions. Shipping is fast and the product is really well designed and packaged. They literally thought of it all. Couldn't be happier. The cherry on top is the fact that this is 1/3 the price of braces (actually, less than 1/3!).

I had some serious crowding before I got started with Byte. Many other aligner companies declined my case. Byte stepped up immediately and said they could help. In just the first 5 weeks of treatment I'm amazed at how much they've improved my smile and boosted my confidence. They're comfortable to wear, surprisingly subtle, and very effective. They can make speaking a little tricky at times, but that's a small sacrifice to pay for a beautiful new smile in half the time of most treatments.

The staff are extremely helpful and patient. The process is very easy to follow and you will see results quickly if you stay strict to the directions. And you will lose weight too cause it's too much of a process for a quick snack. So straighter teeth and a skinnier you in one shot.

I'm halfway through my treatment plan and I love them. After a week the change to my teeth was apparent. I highly recommend Byte. The customer service is great and they have the military discount, which is always a plus. I had braces when I was younger, but this process was soooooo much better. I didn't give it 5 stars because I'm only halfway through.

Byte is an excellent company! I received a free replacement kit to redo the impressions to make them just right. I liked the fact that they sent me my treatment plan first before I had to pay the full price! Wanted to see what I was paying for first. They let me propose changes to the intended outcome. It took much longer than expected to get the aligners. But they arrived in good order. Well packaged and clearly labelled.

At first I was intimidated with the price as they were all almost the same, but with different payment plans. This has a pay plan I knew I have confidence in. The whole process has been very fast! I only have 4 weeks to go and I have a very noticeable improvement. Aligners are easy to use and everything comes clearly marked on when to use. It's simple! I omit one star because it turned out my insurance would not pay anything. I suggest you call your insurance before you pay to be certain of your coverage. Mine did not pay due to out of office services. That being said this is a more affordable option than most!

CS is very fast and helpful when you reach out. The impression kit was easy to use, it worked for me on the first try and they kept in contact with me to make sure I got it and then that they received it back. I received my aligners a week before the expected treatment start date, and so far I am seeing great results (9 weeks in).

The teeth I have are pretty great, thanks to my mom. But when my wisdom teeth shoved thru, one of my front teeth curved out a little. Never enough to be a major problem, but enough to cause wishful thinking. Braces seemed like an extreme measure for that, and not to mention an extreme price. Then I read up on Byte.
