Overall not a bad experience. The HyperByte really helps with the discomfort of moving teeth. Customer service is great. Had some fit issues in the beginning and was sent a new set of aligners and those were much better. Just finished my last week and while the overall results are great, there is still just one area I feel does not exactly match the original treatment plan I was shown. With that being said, I am not sure I want to go through the process of getting new aligners so I might just suck it up since its close.

I love this system so far. I am 5 weeks in and loving it!! I have been waiting for this technology for years. I chose byte because of the hyperbyte appliance. It's awesome. So far, Byte has been good. My aligners kind of hurt but that is to be expected. Customer support has been fairly responsive; my byte advisor was great with explaining the payment options and working with me to split between credit card and HSA payments. There is one situation where I reached out to support because my aligner was not sitting correctly. I did not receive a follow up regarding the matter in the timeline given. Otherwise, no issues and would recommend if your realignment is fairly straightforward.

I am 11 weeks in my treatment, I have already noticed the progress so far. It’s amazing how plastic aligners can move your teeth so much. Despite a five week set back due to a stubborn tooth not moving, I’m happy with the results so far. I hope this process doesn’t take too long and my teeth will track well after this. The Hyperbyte does feel like it helps with teeth mobility. Customer Service, Bryce has been great with advice and reassurance although it does take a couple days to hear back sometimes for help. Also really happy with my free Snow Whitening System. Thank you!

I have been using the byte aligners for 6 weeks now. Each week, the aligner starts out tight (not uncomfortable, just tight) and by the end of the week they just snap into place. This proves to me that the adjustments are happening as expected.

I only have mild discomfort on the first few nights of wearing the aligners, but its totally worth it! I chose the nighttime aligners so I could continue with my normal day-to-day activities while correcting my smile at night.

Everything happened so quickly and here I am 11 weeks later with straight teeth!! It was soo easy and pretty affordable with flexible payment plans. Highly recommend. Aside from that I did not have to leave my house! I am very impressed on how quickly everything happened. The bright white that came with the kit doesn't look like it will do much but it's awesome, makes my teeth nice and white and keeps my breath nice and fresh.

Pros: great customer service, aligners feel fine, some results can be seen and felt after a while Cons: may take longer than advertised. My treatment was supposed to last 11 weeks, but my bottom row has not yet fully straightened. I’ve had to wear my last set of aligners for an extra month before I received another set of aligners that would last another 14 weeks. Hopeful that this refinement set works out, may update once my treatment is fully finished.

The only issues I have with byte is their customer service. When you are first interested in getting aligners the customer service is great. They will email you and text you within 3 minutes of you contacting them. But ones you pay your $1800 or if you are going the credit route They will disappear. And good luck with calling them. I emailed them a few times and quickest response time for me was 3 weeks. But beyond the horrible customer service everything is great packaging is above and beyond and they offer great products to go along with your treatment plan such as brightbyte a tooth whitening foam, hyperbyte, and more the whiting foam they give you does not really work. Overall, it is a Great product! Easy to use and well made.

I am on week 10 of 15. I have the night aligners, so I wear them for at least 10 hours every night. My teeth are looking much better already. Sometimes they’re sore when I take the aligners off in the morning. But it’s not too bad, I just eat something soft or wait a couple hours for them to feel back to normal again.
