So far, it has been pleasant. I am not as confident in comparison to invisalign but its also not $8000 like invisalign wanted to charge me. I am noticing a slight difference in my front teeth. There isnt an overbite anymore and my teeth and whiter. Its hard not to smile to show off my teeth.

I’m on week 2 and already seeing the change in my gap! The bright bite is making my teeth whiter and freshens my breathe. The hyperbite tech is for really. There is some discomfort right when you put a new aligners in but it takes it away in seconds!

My experience this far has been great, I am in week one of my treatment. The aligners fit perfectly and the entire process has been painless. Prior to starting my treatment a team member reached out to me via text and was able to answer my questions quickly and with the information I needed. I have found that I get a much faster response when I call rather then using the e-mail or text feature. I am giving 4/5 stars strictly because the "store" on the website is a little difficult to navigate once you are past the impression faze.

Great customer service. I let too much time pass between the initial moulds and deciding to go ahead so the company posted another mould pack free of charge. I'm up to week 4 and haven't noticed any changes to my smile however some teeth feel like they've slightly moved.

Such a great experience so far! My aligners are so comfortable and easy to wear and take them out when I need to eat. The whitener cleaning foam for the aligners make your teeth look so good and I can already see improvements! The customer service has been amazing and is always there fo answer my questions

My Byte experience has been great. The process has been easy and the improvement has happened faster than I expected. Everything has worked exactly as they have promised. My dentist has seen the improvement and instead of trying to sell their services they said to keep doing what I'm doing.

Byte was the best decision I ever made. Wish I had done it sooner. I had a cross bite to fix and decided to forgo the dentist. For $2k I straightened my own teeth on MY schedule and saw results in the first week of using byte. It was easy easy easy and the customer service was always willing to assist. I order the molding kit and it came super fast in the mail. We did the impressions and got them sent back the following day. The customer service texts are super helpful and fast to reply. I will be receiving my aligners in the mail in 4-6 weeks!

Product - absolutely amazing! My teeth straightened out so fast and easily and with almost zero pain! The customer service experience could be improved. In the beginning when working to try to get me on a plan, customer service was very responsive and quick, and now that I am near the end of my treatment plan and need to know next steps as soon as possible, they take multiple days to reply and change their answers on suggested treatment from one email to the next. Overall, definitely worthwhile experience.

Waiting for my kit and I’m SO excited! Based on the 3D model I’ll have amazing results! So glad I won’t have to deal with the maintenance of traditional braces, being I’ve had them before. My doctor forgot to give me a retainer, but I’ll never have to worry about that with Byte!

It's amazing! They work thoroughly and quickly. I'm just past halfway through my 22 week treatment and my teeth already look AMAZING. There is very little pain especially if you use your hyperbyte once a day. I use it twice sometimes to secure the aligners in the morning in addition to the usually nightly hyperbyte.

Byte is a classic example of you get what you pay for. I decided to go with Byte to straighten my teeth because they had (1) the lowest prices of any competitor, (2) a reputation for exceptional customer service, and (3) the quickest treatment times I could find anywhere. (1) While they did in fact have the lowest prices compared to the treatments I shopped around for, my experience with customer service and treatment times has been disappointing and does not meet my expectations. (2) Each time I have an issue, a new customer service rep responses to an email or calls me back, giving the feeling of little to no consistency in my case. Additionally, customer service has taken over 48 hours to email me back before, which is fine when I am shopping for clothes, however I would appreciate a little more service from a dental services provider. (3) Please do not count on the 15 week treatment time they quote you. I am on my third round of “refinements” (i.e. sets of aligners) and my treatment has almost stretched an entire year (10 months and counting). This delay could be caused by many things, including my own ability to take accurate impressions, however the short treatment time was a factor in my decision to go with this company. All in all, the treatment does straighten your teeth. I have seen improvement in the straightness of my teeth and am looking forward to my new smile by the end of this. However, be prepared for disconnected back-and-forths with customer service and a try or two of getting the treatment right.

My experience with Byte has been ok. I'm decently happy with the set of results from the first treatment, but some teeth need to be fixed (as my bite is out of whack) and I am having a second impression kit being made. Customer support responds usually within 48 hours. I give three stars as the first treatment plan did not provide the desired results I was looking for, and the fact that I have been waiting for this to get fixed and have another treatment plan provided for over a month, and the next set of aligners won't be done for another 6 weeks. So while they advertise they are significantly faster than other brands, in the end I'm still taking just as much time as if I had gone with a standard competitor, for nearly the same price.
However, my interactions have been positive, and the perfect alignment of my teeth is guaranteed for life, so this second treatment plan will be free, a major plus.

I liked the personalized one on one customer service. They are very responsive. I felt very comfortable and at ease. The orthodontist was also available with any questions and concerns. I was also told that they will work with you for life (your whole treatment and after that). I am perplexed though because they charged my carecredit after they told me they will wait for me to go ahead with it. They also told me that they will give me a complementary whitening kit, but did not fulfill it.
