Every step of the way the customer service has impressed me. They were in contact when I ordered my impression kit and when didn’t do them right they asked if anything could be different to help and sent me smaller trays for free. My treatment plan was done in 2 days and I ordered them as soon as I saw it. I love it and can’t wait to start flashing my confident smile soon!! I had a a hard time deciding what company to choose for my liners. I did a lot of research when I came across byte. Some of the reviews I read said that they had bad customer service, but that couldn't be more wrong. I get a response from every email I send. They impression instructions were very easy to follow. I got my smile plan very quickly. I am currently waiting to receive my liners and I couldn't be more excited!

I never thought I’d be a candidate for aligners but with amazing customer service and patience I was walked through the impression process (I goofed and had to do it more than once) and am now going on week 2 of treatment. the Best customer service I’ve ever experienced, hands down. My emails were always answered within 15 minutes and my phone calls we always answered by a real person who cared. Aligners are no fun but Byte at least makes it easy. The impression kit was easy to understand with clear instructions. The aligners themselves come in a super organized box, labeled and in order so you understand when to use each one. The only thing I might improve is the turnaround time from when you send in the impressions until when you get the aligners - for me it was about 2 weeks.

Dr. Marashi emailed me letting me know that my treatment plan was ready and my aligners arrived before I knew it. I went through the whole process with another company only to be told I was not a good fit for aligners. I was so discouraged. So i decided to reach out to Byte and from the first contact they have been amazing! I know they want me as a customer. IN LOVE WITH BYTE! I used invisalign 6 years ago but never finished because they were uncomfortable and would take me over 6 months. I just started my treatment, but the customer service so far has been fantastic. I rated them a 9 because I had an issue with one the products that had came with my Byte aligners and the product was supposed to help speed up my 6 months journey, and it came broken in the box. I emailed the Byte Team right away to let them know what was going on, they told me they were going to send me a new one and it's been almost two months now and I still haven't received the new one in the mail. Other than than, I'm loving the process in whole. I'm still getting used to wearing my aligners for long periods of time, but they're much more comfortable now than when I first started wearing them.

I'm now on Week 12, and I can feel a difference on my teeth. I can tell they really care about their patients/customers as they check in on you when they think it's almost time for your next batch of aligners. They also make sure that you're on top of your treatment and ready for your next batch before sending them to you. Customer service is excellent. The aligners themselves fit great. I didn't experience any pain, only pressure on my teeth as they pushed them in place. Honestly, my treatment took longer than what was planned, but it was because there were days when I wasn't wearing the aligners for the recommended hours. Consistency is key to being on top of your treatment plan.

I am using the "Byte at Night" program, which allows me to wear my aligners overnight for 10+ hours each day. This gives me the ability to go along most of my day without the need to be taking my aligners on and off for meals or when I'm out and about for work or errands. It's very convenient. Another unexpected benefit of this is that having to get them in by a certain time at night prevents the late night snacking (because the hassle of removing them, rebrushing teeth, etc is just too much lol), and if I get them in later, keeping them on later the next day fits into my IF eating schedule well also! It took some getting used to in the beginning, it was difficult to sleep knowing and feeling them on my teeth, but now I have begun to notice when I get in bed without them in. And I LOVE the HyperByte! The vibration is a very soothing, relaxing, and pain relieving sensation. I am able to do it for 10 min before bed and 10 min after waking up, sometimes right before I take them out. This helps the transition to the time without the aligners in (the teeth are a bit sensitive for a time after taking the aligners out). I was hesitant to get these, but I'm really glad I did.

Byte has great customer service and works with you to get desired results. My first time trying Byte, the top aligners didn't fit quite right, so they agreed to send me a new impression kit to re-do the mold. However, I'm from Texas and around the time I was supposed to return the kit, we got hit with the crazy snow storm that knocked out our grid. By the time we got our lives back in order, I had to reprioritize a lot of things and my teeth didn't make the top of the list. I reached back out and they were very understanding and worked with me to send a new impression kit. After completing my top tray set, I still wasn't 100% satisfied with the results, so I contacted them again and discussed what few changes I wanted to see, and they're sending me a few more top aligners to get me to my ideal smile. I would definitely recommend calling the customer service number directly with any questions/concerns/requests, because I did have some issues initially via emails. But the live reps that assist have been absolutely amazing! Also, while I'm still not quite 100% finished with my system, I can see major differences from when I started to now, and I love it. Definitely gives me more confidence in my smile.

Highly recommend Byte!! I am 11 weeks in and I’ve had a great experience so far! This company is so easy & accommodating to work with. This was the best deal I’ve found expense & time wise, compared to other companies. There were several payment plans and I found one that worked perfect for me. Customer service is 5 ⭐️. My experience with Byte so far (I'm on week 11 or 16) has been phenomenal. Of course my teeth being straighter as the weeks go by is the main part, but their customer service has also been top notch. I realized early on that my aligners weren't fitting quite right, and they were so quick to send me a complimentary new impression kit and got my new aligners to me in less than 3 weeks' time. Although they are not very proactive in checking in with you as your plan goes by, whenever I reached out to them about anything, they would always reply in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to boost their self confidence!

I have always been embarrassed by the gap between my two front teeth. I used to have braces as a teenager and my teeth were perfect but I broke one of the front ones when I was 20 and was left with a pretty big gap after my tooth was fixed. Then pregnancy and years of not taking care of my teeth made them even worse. I started by having my teeth repaired with bonding but the gap was still there and I hated it. My dentist said I could do invisalign but the price was just too much for me. I then decided to look into cheaper solutions. I knew I didn't want to do SDC because I had heard bad reviews and I initially signed up for an impression kit from another company. While I was waiting for my impressions to be reviewed, I saw ads for Byte and decided to look into it. Straight away I liked the night option. I love to drink coffee and tea and I couldn't myself not drinking them during the day. I also would have found it difficult to brush my teeth at lunch since I'm a teacher and have to eat my students and can't leave them by themselves even for a few minutes. I ordered the impression kit and received it very quickly. Everything was very well explain and the directions were easy to follow. I took took the photos and my impressions and sent them back. Within a few days I had a treatment plan laid out with. some images showing the progress week after week and how my teeth would look in the end. I still had to decide between day and night and sent texts back and forth to my customer service assistant who was very helpful and responded very quickly to all my questions. I decided to go for the night option despite it being a little more expensive because it seemed more convenient to me. I was able to set up a payment plan and received my aligners shortly after. The box that contains the aligners is very sturdy and each aligner is individually packed. There is also some BrightByte (foam that cleans the aligners and whitens the teeth) and an HyperByte (vibrating instrument that helps put the aligners in place correctly). The instructions are very clear: the aligners need to be worn for at least 10 hours and the HyperByte needs to be used for a minimum of 10 minutes everyday. I started using the aligners the day I received them, at first they were a little uncomfortable but the HyperByte helps putting them in place properly and they don't really hurt. I am now a few months into my treatment and I can already see the difference. I like that the Byte Team reaches out regularly and gives me personalized advice. For example, they told me to go back to previous bottom aligners since my bottom teeth were not where they were supposed to be. Overall I feel I made the right choice by. choosing Byte and I can't wait to see the final result!

I felt a bit unsure about ordering what I would say is an "off brand" of Invisalign, especially not going into a dental office. I have been blown away by the customer services, response time, and strive to make sure my experience is what I expected. My bottom teeth moved and were straight at about week 6, and I noticed my teeth looking whiter by week 3. I have friends that have noticed a difference in my smile. I was coming to the end of my 14 weeks when the tooth I wanted moved the most hadn't made much progress. The Byte team has worked with me, and changed my plan/regimen to support me in getting the results I want. My insurance covered most of the cost of this treatment, and Byte has not added on any hidden or additional costs from my first purchase with them. This was so easy!

Byte has been amazing from start to (I’m almost done!) finish! I still have a few trays to go on my upper teeth but oh my goodness the change!! I had a front gap which is now completely closed. My experience with Byte has been great! The treatment goes past very quickly, more so than I thought, especially with the HyperByte they give you. With using your hyperbyte instead of wearing aligners for two weeks, you only have to wear them for a week. I really reached the end of my treatment before I knew it. The support is also amazing. They always reply in a timely manner and get you the help you need. With everything you get in the your plan I think the price is worth it (currently paying monthly for the all day aligners at only $83). Plus you have ways to earn money back after your treatment by referring others to use Byte, which of course I would recommend because its quick, effective, and not high in cost. Not to mention, your smile is protected for life!

I was referred to Byte by my older brother halfway through his treatment plan - we were both born with jaws too small to fit all of our teeth and we both had canines that were pushed uncomfortably high and forward as we grew up. I noticed the aligners were helping to realign his canine so I wanted to give it a try as well. Like all teeth alignment plans, Byte requires a commitment and you'll need to adjust your eating and brushing habits to keep the aligners clean and get good results. Before using it, I brushed my teeth once a day; Now, out of habit I brush after every meal and they've never been this white and polished in my whole life, and that's just a side effect of the treatment requirements. While my unruly canine is still not completely level with my other canine (getting it completely flush would require a more involved dental procedure), it's positioned much better than it used to be and I'm no longer afraid to smile and show my pearly whites! I do wish that the staff was quicker to respond, sometimes it would take more than a week before I received a reply to my questions, but I understand this is a consequence of being understaffed due to COVID and thus I won't knock down the rating for it. Despite the delays, Byte stood by their guarantee and sent me additional aligners outside of the original treatment plan until I was happy with the results.

I working remote I found a way to not have to go to a dentist office and get charged a ton to realign my teeth. Since I lost my retainer many years ago my teeth slowly shifted. Not as noticable to others but definitely was to me. I opted for the 24/7 wearing of the byte aligners. I have been very impressed on how they have already improved my top teeth. Ill admit hat at first, I was skeptical. I didn't expect good quality aligners and in order to get my best treatment, I'd need traditional metal braces or Invisalign. After getting a promo code for an impression kit for $19.99, I had to try it! From the beginning (I'm 15 weeks into my treatment!) I've had an excellent experience with customer service. They make your communication personable and never make you feel like "just another customer." Any concern I've had has always been addressed quickly & efficiently! I have been using Byte nighttime aligners for about 10 weeks now. My treatment is supposed to take 17 weeks for the top, and 24 for the bottom. So far, I’m thrilled with the results! Since I have the nighttime aligners, I am free to eat, drink, chew gum, etc throughout the day. Then I just pop my aligners in at night, use my HyperByte for 10 minutes, and go to bed. Sometimes the HyperByte can be painful, and sometimes the aligners can be a bit inconvenient if I want to go out at night, but these minor inconveniences are so worth it! Byte customer service is incredible, and I’m thrilled with the results I’m seeing. I would recommend Byte to anyone looking to straighten their teeth, especially as an adult, and feel more confident about their smile.

When I was deciding on which company to use, Byte stood out for a few reasons: 1) Cost: Without considering insurance, the price was lowest of the options. And Byte takes insurance, in case you were wondering. 2) Ease of access: Most aligner companies now do 100% at-home treatments but there are some that require a visit to a physical location for the initial consultation or to have your impressions done. Byte was the prior. Everything was sent in a kit and the video walkthrough made it simple and easy. 3) Technology: the addition of HyperByte was the deal breaker. And device that is used only 5.minutes.each night can speed up the process by up to twofold? Sold! Also, the BrightByte cleaner/whitener/breath freshener is perfect to have on the go. It also whitens well and is more gentle then whitening strips. I took the dive and don't regret a single thing. I'm currently in week 4 of my treatment so I am unable to attest to the effectiveness just yet. However, the initial set up process/experience I can rate and it's been phenomenal. 10 out of 10, no doubt. The website was easy to navigate. I had a step-by-step checklist to go through. I even had a personal Byte representative that communicated with me via text message to help me along the way until my aligner kit arrived.

I am happy to say my person experience with Byte went very smoothly. As soon as my impression kit arrived a customer service representative contacted me to make to guide me through the process. I am currently on week 6 of my aligners and I can see significant improvements in my teeth. So happy with my results so far. The only negative thing I have to say about Byte is- the very next day after I purchased my Aligners at the full advertised price, I received an email from the company advertising $300.00 off if I buy today through that specific ad. If only I would have waited just one more day to buy my program I could have saved some money.

The absolute worst business experience of my life! First off- they do not work! I was told it would be 6 months before I have a straight smile and guess what??? It’s been 2 1/2 years. Yes, YEARS!! And I’m not even close to being done. Plus, They will try to squeeze any penny they can out of you. I was just told that my “aligner guarantee” was voided because I stopped replying to their emails. Like what???? I’ve been using the app to send In pictures. I was told it will cost me $899 for a “re entry” fee. What a bunch of bull! Like I said, looking for any opportunity to squeeze money out of you.

Don't listen to any reviews that do not go past the 'onboarding experience' - only pay attention to reviews of people who have gone through the full process. Byte is good at one thing - GETTING customers. After that they won't give two craps about you as a customer. Long story short, I followed ALL of the rules and plan, and Byte still screwed up my treatment and refuses to finish it correctly. While I once recommended Byte to everyone who asked, I now regret it. As many other people mention, their goal is 100% GETTING CUSTOMERS. They DON'T CARE ABOUT ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. They are far too focused on acquiring new customers and put all of their customer service and funding into this process. You will feel like a rockstar during the on-boarding process with how much they 'care'. ONCE YOU ARE A CUSTOMER they could not care less about you. E-mailing customer service is an absolute JOKE and they take several days to a week to respond to anything. They do answer chat quickly, that is if you don't go NUTS trying to get to a REAL PERSON instead of their horrible chat bot. If you think Amazon's chat bot is terrible.... Byte's is about 50x WORSE that that one. You have to literally tell it how bad it is for it to let you connect to a person. No joke - type in 'this is stupid' and it will connect you. Their app is an absolute joke, useless and constantly has bugs and issues. I will say I followed EVERY rule and recommendation. I wore my aligners 23+ hours every day and used my HyperByte every day as told. My treatment not ending correctly was 100000% not on me, it was on Byte. FIRST PROBLEM: You better hope you need 15 aligners or less because trying to get the rest of your aligners is a nightmare of a joke. You are supposed to request your continuation at week 12, but their system won't let you until week 13. It then takes them ANOTHER week to actually do anything about your request, and only if you e-mail AND chat with them to push them. It then takes them 3-4 weeks to get you the new ones. So now you are on week 14 just getting them ordered, so you will now be 2-3 weeks late on your continuation treatment. The continuation aligners are NOT THE SAME and cut and fit differently which then leads to the next MAJOR problem. Heaven forbid your treatment doesn't do what it is supposed to at the end (because they did NOT make the continuation aligners right). I'm now working on WEEKS of trying to get their 'clinical team' to fix my treatment. I've sent the same photos and video dozens times and answered their questions 50 times. And several weeks into this they send some stupid 'aligner evaluation' that should have been sent the minute I said the treatment wasn't right. They then ordered 'touch up' aligners WITHOUT APPROVAL. I 100% do not trust this process and I know it will be screwed up again. Not only do they have no idea what they are doing and never read anything I say to them, they REFUSE to address my top teeth at all. They want an EXTRA $600 to finish my treatment the right way verus them GUESSING. I've asked 10 times for them to take new impressions and give me a new virtual care to approve and the absolutely refuse. This is the only way I trust them to finish my treatment correctly because they have been an absolute CLUSTER of a process and total disaster to deal with. They are quite literally guessing how to finish my treatment at this point. So now not only is my treatment going to be months late when I needed it done for a very specific time (which I even buffered before starting), but I'm sure it's going to be wrong again and I'm going to be back to fighting them AGAIN to get my treatment done CORRECTLY. You get an e-mail back from a different person every time and none of them actually listen or read through the information. Because they literally don't care, they just go through the motions. It is 100% my belief that their goal is to annoy you so much that you give up on trying to get your treatment finished. The entire process is unprofessional and an absolute DISASTER. While there might be benefits to Byte like not having to go to an office, you have to hope for everything to go perfectly in order to want to use this. Because pretty soon your 'no hassle' and 'quick treatment' is going to be an absolute headache.

If I could give 0 stars I would. STEAR CLEAR FROM BYTE. Do yourself a favor and go read the comments on the BBB and the reviews for 1-3 stars on the site. I bought into the hype and it’s been the biggest disappointment! I paid for the nighttime aligner plan which is more expensive (2800k ish). The first set of aligners I went through 12 weeks before my teeth just wouldn’t fit into the aligner at all. I notified Byte and they stated my teeth looked like they should have been at week 6. Mind you - I checked in as instructed a couple times in between where Byte staff supposedly checked my picture submissions. After realizing my teeth hadn’t shifted at all, they sent me a new kit for re-impressions. During my next set of aligners I made it to step 10 and aligners once again weren’t fitting. Same thing - multiple check ins and staff never notified me that my teeth weren’t moving and they actually instructed me to advance. Then they back tracked me to step 5. I wore step 5 for 2 weeks and was instructed that my new plan was going to be 2 weeks in each aligner rather than the 1 week because my teeth weren’t shifting like they were supposed to. I wore weeks 5, 6, and 7 for 2 weeks and my teeth aren’t fitting in week 8. I notified Byte that the treatment plan wasn’t working. I have followed all the rules and my teeth aren’t shifting. I have crowding on my bottom teeth in the front and they told me I’d be a good candidate and a night time plan would work. That was a lie. When I asked what happens now because they told me their service would work and it doesn’t they told me I couldn’t get a refund because the aligners are custom made. Literally the worst customer service ever. How does a company get away taking thousands of money from customers when their services don’t work for them? It’s a scam honestly. A big disappointment. I tried on my week 1 aligners and they fit perfectly - that means for 11 months of following the rules I have nothing to show for it except wasted time and stolen money.

I have been on the Byte program for 15+ Weeks now. I have been wearing my aligners basically any time I am not eating and I only eat one time a day. I have been updating when asked with no more than a few days late, which I made up with duration. One of my lateral incisors started gapping at step 8 (I didn't notice) So when I went to order the rest of my aligners I would told to go back until there is no gaps and it is confortable. So my uppers are back on Step 8 and my lowers on Step 15. I absolutely feel that Clinical Support group is not paying attention to uploaded photos UNTIL IT IS WAY TOO LATE! I have tried calling support and emailing and I can't get any solid answers. These aligners are fine, But if I knew I was going to be on my own I would have paid extra for a more reputable company.

As your Byte treatment is more independently guided than traditional orthodontics, there's more freedom to monitor your own treatment while still following the guidelines provided by the Byte Support Team. The progress photos are to be saved on file so if any customer reaches out with aligner fit issues our team will already have photos of each step on hand to properly evaluate. They are not reviewed weekly when uploaded only when an issue is brought to our attention.

Unhelpful customer service and support through the whole process. Deceptive guarantees for an additional 650.00 that void for the smallest thing but these terms were withheld from me until after I purchased, and reached out with my issues I was having with my aligners. It states there are no refunds allowed, but none of this information was made available to me until I made a complaint!!!!

My upper and lower teeth need straightening. When I purchased Byte I made this clear. Byte, sent me upper and lower "braces" and I was on my way. At about week 4 I realized I hadn't changed my bottom tray. I called Byte and mentioned it and they told me for the first time that my bottom teeth were too crooked for Byte. First, Byte should have mentioned this during the consultation. Second, I was charged for upper and lower braces! Absolutely horrible customer service from there on as I tried to fix the situation. I have no good words for Byte.

Not personalized customer service via email (auto-generated responses). Was unable to get my last bottom aligners for 4 months because I have chipped bottom teeth which Byte claimed to be "gaps because of fit" and kept telling me to backtrack to previous week's aligners. I have finally finished my last set of bottom aligners and due to the chipped teeth (which the aligners don't show), my bottom teeth are not fully straight. VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS.

I had a lot of bleeding in my gums and when i contacted the company they didn't really help me. I sent multiple pictures of how my teeth looked with the bleeding and they still did nothing. My teeth did shift but not completely straight how I wanted. So overall a 2 seems like the correct rating for byte.

Awful customer service. I was supposed to only receive treatment for 4 months. It has been almost a year and the gap in my front teeth isn't closed. When I reached out they had me fill out a form that took 5 days to get a response. The response wasn't thorough and when i asked questions I got multiple responses with different answers. They left out a bottom retainer, which wouldn't fix my top gap. They haven't shipped it and won't refund my money so I can go to an actual orthodontist.
