Customer service is quick and extremely helpful! I’ve had my aligners about a week now and can already tell a difference in my teeth. Also...any other whitening I’ve tried before has been incredibly painful because my teeth are so sensitive, this is not the case with Bright Byte, zero discomfort with it! From the start with the impression kit, I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands. I like the fact that when I received my aligners everything is set up perfectly. You have clear instructions on what to do, how to use, and contact information should you have questions. Their customer service is top notch. They return calls, texts and emails. They even do check-in to see how your progress is going.

I chose Byte over the competition because the Hyperbyte allows your treatment time to be cut in half. I ordered the aligners and they arrived a week earlier than expected. Not only that, but I knew I'd be out of town when the aligners arrived, and Byte's awesome support team even adjusted the shipping address to send the aligners to me at my sister's house out of state. Only 1/2 way through my treatment plan and so far it has been pretty simple. The alignment of my teeth is beginning to be more noticeable and I can't wait to see the end result. Only issue I encountered was at the start of my process instead of receiving an impression kit, I received another customer's impressions. Slightly off-putting, but customer service addressed the situation and got an impressions kit to me right away.

I put off ordering retainers because I thought it would be too expensive, but my plan was easy! My retainers fit so well, when I wear them out in public, people can’t even tell I have them in. I expected my mouth to be in pain as my teeth shifted but my sensitivity has been minimal. This was the best decision I’ve made in 2019, wish I had committed to a pretty smile earlier!

Byte has been a wonderfully easy company to work with. Impression kit arrived quickly. My first sets were not good enough. A second kit was sent free of charge! Once Byte received a clear, clean set of impressions from me my aligners were ready in about a month. Minimal discomfort so far. Overall cost less than half of what my orthodontist was quoting me and going to take less time.

I can have straight teeth without intrusions to my busy schedule! My about a decade ago, my son had traditional braces. Not only were they more expensive (about twicr the price), but they were also painful at times. I can feel the difference when I change to my new aligners, but it doesn't hurt. He had to wear his braces much longer; 2 years v my 16 weeks with Byte. He had diet restrictions to prevent damage to his braces. I can eat anything I want. I just pop the aligners out to eat, then replace them afterwards. Best of all, I don't have to leave work early to go to monthly checkups!

The beginning process is extremely easy! They are very quick with shipping to get you your impression kit. After I sent my impressions in I was contacted a few days after to go over my treatment plan and see before and after results of my smile! I was very satisfied that it will only take 12 weeks. I made my initial down payment and set up my payment plan. They told me 4 weeks until I get my aligners it’s only been 3 and I got an email saying they were shipped Tuesday and I’ll receive them Thursday! Very excited to start my byte treatment!

I have tried different companies to fix my teeth but, we couldn’t get past the mold stage. After two kits I was so frustrated I gave up. With byte everything was easy. I had braces before after time without a retainer my teeth shifted. As long as you can handle the pain with the first Aligners your good. My teeth are almost perfect. My plan was for 7 Aligners an 8 week plan I was skeptical. I’m so happy with the results!

The aligners are surprisingly comfortable, only had one pinch issue so far because I was still getting used to them and managed to catch the underside of my tongue on the bottom of my aligner. I made Herbst appliances, expansion devices and bent miles of wire, poured enough plaster to fill my house. I have never seen anyone respond to treatment so fast. Ideal experience in every way, I can't say enough how much I have enjoyed the process and appreciate the ease and convenience of every element of Byte and their business model. It was extremely fast, easy, excellent customer service, and painless. I would recommend this to anyone. My dentist quoted me 5x the price of Byte as well as 8x the time! I am so glad I did my research and went with Byte instead.

Completing the impressions at home was easy. Customer service is phenomenal- even when I had them on weekends, someone was always there to help. After my impressions were received by Byte, I received my aligners a whole week earlier than anticipated. Byte is by far superior to all the other companies I looked into. Can’t wait to finish my treatment!

I am about halfway through my byte treatment and I am thrilled with the changes so far. I cannot wait to see how great my teeth will look at the end of this. My entire experience has been pretty easy and mostly painless. Sure, there are times when my teeth hurt, but that's to be expected. Surprisingly, I found no hindrance to my speech. On the first day, I had a bit of a lisp, but that quickly went away. My job is 90% talking, so I was a bit worried about my speech when wearing these aligners. I also just want to say how incredibly quickly these came to me. The site said it would take about three weeks after ordering to get them. I got them in 10 days. I was very impressed by that. I only wish the customer service was a bit more hands-on after receiving the aligners. When doing the impressions, I had reps reaching out to me constantly. After getting the aligners, I at least expected a check-in here or there to make sure everything was good, but I got nothing. Overall, so far everything has been good and I've even recommended byte to a few coworkers.
