Following my purchase of the kit the representatives gave feedback and support, answering all of my questions and giving me all the information I needed. This actually works. I completed my treatment for bottom teeth 3 weeks ago, still have 6 weeks to go for top teeth. I'm still waiting for retainer for the bottom and remaining 6 aligners and retainer for the top, 3 weeks later! Customer service has been responding to my emails in a timely manner and I'm waiting for them to be shipped. I must say that I am very pleased with this product after wearing braces for nearly 4 years, spent nearly $6,000, and didn't replace my retainers after they wore out. I was back to my old ugly smile. Byte aligners are fast and easy and the Hyperbyte makes the aligners comfortable as you teeth shift slowly. I Love Them! Can't wait to finish my treatment and show off my new and improved smile 😁

I am a mom of 3 and have everyone in my house in braces (including my husband), so was over spending the $$$ on orthodontia. One side benefit is that I lost five pounds because I have to take my aligners out to eat so I didn't snack as much. It's also great that there is one price and that's it. So far my byte experience has been great! I’ve tried Aligners before through smile direct and they didn’t work very well for me. I love How easy they are to take care of and they are very durable. It is a little painful the first few days after switching to new Aligners but the byte device helps relieve the pain a lot! I’ve already seen major improvement and I’m on week 9 of 15! I highly recommend!

Still only in week 4 but so far so good! My teeth are slowly moving along and are definitely whiter from the cleaning/whitening solution they provide. Their customer service has been fantastic right out of the gate. My mouth was too small for the molds and they shipped a replacement kit out immediately. They helped me get all my paperwork in ASAP to make sure I could utilize my benefits before they expired too. So excited to see the final outcome!

My Byte aligners have improved my smile considerably! I saw visible results in both alignment and whitening in just a couple of weeks, and the HyperByte tool makes fitting a new set each week almost completely painless. Sometimes there’s a bit of pressure or tension as the teeth adjust to the new aligner, but it’s very mild. Far better and quicker and easier than braces!

I've always been self-conscious about my smile and have been wanting to get them fixed. I didn't want traditional bracers as an adult, and Invisalign just seemed way to expensive. I love how simple Byte has made this entire process to be! All the aligners arrived on Day 1, wear them at all times except when eating and brushing, use the Hyperbyte vibrator for 5 minutes daily, and switch them out every week! It's so easy! I've had Byte retainers for 15 weeks now. It has been such an easy process from beginning to end; from when they send the package to get your teeth molds, to when they send you your retainers and explain thoroughly how to use them. I was also offered the night time only retainers which helped since I've still been working and I have more time at night to focus on Byte. The hyperbyte has been great, too. It really has made the process less painful! The customer service is on point! They always get back to you so quickly whether you have questions about getting a new hyperbyte, any insurance issues, reordering more whitener, etc. I am happy I decided to go with Byte out of all programs!

Overall it has been a very good experience so far with Byte at Night. Impression kit done at home with no doctor visit. Got slingers only 2 weeks later. Byte advisor is a salesperson, not a tooth expert, and can be a little pushy. That being said, I asked for a modification to my treatment plan and she got it done almost immediately. I have had no pain or discomfort, and my family doesn’t even know when the aligners are in my mouth even though they are pretty thick. The only part I don’t really enjoy is taking the aligners out.

I have started a teeth alignment program with Byte using a series of plastic trays custom molded for my teeth. I am in the 4th week and have had no problems so far. Getting used to the trays in my mouth didn't seem to take much time at all. The customer service is very good - I have received prompt responses to all of my questions. After two independent dentists told me I needed to change the structure of my teeth I chose to give Byte a try. I’ve just completed my first month of the Byte 10-hour nighttime program. The retainers are very comfortable and I am beginning to see/feel my teeth shifting already. I put them in around 8 p.m. and take them out before I leave for work just after 6 a.m. This has been a much easier process than I anticipated and I’m so excited to see the final results! The bonus is the noticeable incremental teeth brightening from BrightByte as well.

What I loved about the company was that the kit they sent to take your molds was easy to use. If I had any questions I would contact the Byte help desk and someone was always there to help me out. They also provided tutorials of how to do the molds online. However, towards the end of my treatment my top aligners didn't fit as well as my bottom aligners. I contacted the help desk and told them what was going on. I took pictures of my aligners and they immediately sent me another kit to retake my molds. I was surprised about how quickly the box came! I can't wait to see my new smile and can already see my gap closing day by day.

Definitely would recommend highly! I have wanted to straighten my teeth for a while and did not due to high prices of most aligner products until I was referred by a friend to Byte. I chose the Byte at night since I could let it work in the evening & overnight and not be bothered with taking them out for meals or coffee. This fact and the affordable price made my choice easy! I picked byte because they seem to have the best value compare to other companies, and I'm glad I did! I wanted to fix my crooked front teeth due to my constant grinding at night and it was getting a bit noticeable but I don't want to spend too much on it since it's so minor. I have just ordered my daytime aligners and so far I am really satisfied with byte's customer support and how fast they were with my impression kit and treatment plan. I received my byte impression kit within a couple of days of ordering it and my treatment plan not even a week after sending back the impressions. Before ordering my aligners, I called their customer support service and they picked up right away and answered all my questions. I have now ordered my daytime aligners and they should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks, which is quicker than I expected.

I am in the 4th week of my treatment and I am very pleased with how it is going. I had been concerned about switching every week but I haven't had any problems at all. I have opted to use my hyper byte before bed because while I am sleeping is the longest uninterrupted period of time that I use them and it makes the aligners sit even more closely and comfortably to my teeth. I’m about half way through my treatment using Byte at Night, and I couldn’t be happier! From the get go, customer service was amazing and checked in at every step from doing the impressions, the treatment plan, and the ordering process. The aligners are well made and have fit my teeth well. The hyperbyte is great at reducing any discomfort, which has been minimal. I’ve definitely started seeing changes and can’t wait for the final result!
