I’m about half way through my treatment using Byte at Night, and I couldn’t be happier! From the get go, customer service was amazing and checked in at every step from doing the impressions, the treatment plan, and the ordering process. The aligners are well made and have fit my teeth well. The hyperbyte is great at reducing any discomfort, which has been minimal. I’ve definitely started seeing changes and can’t wait for the final result!

So far so good! At the beginning the aligners are a little uncomfortable but you get used the them pretty quickly. I can’t wait to see my end result. I need customer service for questions regarding my retainers and my orders or Byte Bright and Patrick R was amazing! I truly appreciate all of his help. The hardest part about the experience was creating my own molds... that's the only part I really had to do. Once I sent the molds in, the aligners came a few weeks later. After 3 weeks, I was seeing results and feeling more confident. Anytime I have ever needed to contact customer support, they have been friendly and focused on solving the issue. Overall, the process was quick, easy, and I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with their smile.

I have enjoyed the process so far and I recommend the product to anybody needing to straighten their teeth. The clear aligners from byte were comfortable and didn't have any sharp edges etc and I didn't even have to use the provided file to soften any edges. The only hassle is having to remove them when eating and drinking other than water. The byte customer service is very good as well, and they respond via email with any questions or concerns that I have.

The communication with getting me all set up was really great and I'm happy with my payment plan and treatment plan. I'm at 7 out of 15 weeks and have had no problem so far! They’re are many clear aligners on the market, but I swear Byte is the best! Everything was delivered quickly, customer service is impeccable, impression kit was made easy for at home doings, and all around a good experience! I can honestly say that this experience with Byte has been much better than anticipated. One thing I noticed immediately was the customer service and the immediate response I would receive whenever I reached with questions. The only small change I wish the company would consider is this - I think the packaging and the overall presentation of the full kit is amazing! But, I think where it falls short is with the HyperByte. Don’t get me wrong, the HB is awesome! But, I just wish it came in a nice little save case for it. Doesn’t have to be too grand but, that would be great!

So far I'm on week 12. My top teeth are now basically straight. I have one tooth on my bottom row that I can tell is slowly being moved back into place. As expected, I would sometimes experience sight discomfort but I know it's because my teeth are moving. The hyperbyte has helped and I use it more than recommended to help with discomfort. I did my shopping around and noticed a lot of other line or companies have really horrible service especially during Covid. I’m happy I made the choice with Byte. I chose the night Aligners because I am a stay at home mom and it is the most convenient for me to pop them in at night not to mention they are super comfortable to sleeping in. I was worried they would slide but they snap on ice and snug.

Week 4 of the overnight aligners and so far so good. Communication with Byte advisers have been good, they are friendly and patient with all my questions. So far they have accurately described the experience I am having with the aligners. I received my aligners and accessories in the mail rather quickly. Instructions are also easy to follow. With each new aligner the fit becomes increasingly tighter and uncomfortable but your body adjusts as your teeth shift, and I can certainly tell they have shifted already. Always ask questions if you have them and inquire about any promos or deals!

Start with an easy model building, you could track your progress from the website, very transparent. After purchase, your aligner kit arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Byte staff is friendly, keep tracking your treatment. The instruction manual is also very clear. This is my sixth week and I could start seeIng the changes through my smiles. The instructions for making the impressions were very thorough, and the process was very easy. I sent my impressions back on a Tuesday and received my treatment plan 2 days later on Thursday. I placed my order that same day and I’m really looking forward to receiving my aligners!

Only halfway through and what a difference! The customer service is always quick to respond and very helpful and friendly. Getting set up is easy, and the flexibility of the plan is AMAZING. I could not recommend Byte Aligners more. After finishing my treatment, I wasn't fully satisfied with the final alignment of my teeth. A couple of stubborn teeth didn't align perfectly. I love the costumer service!! They have been a life saver and seem to really CARE about my experience. They are always Following up via text or email :) I am only on Week 5 of the Byte at night but I can feel the difference in my over crowded teeth- its working! The nighttime option is also a super easy addition to my nighttime routine so it makes the whole process less daunting. I am excited that I can notice a difference on week 5!! The only downside is that the BrightByte costs a bit and you do really need to buy many more- although it is totally worth it! Thank you Byte!

I have just started my byte treatment and am so excited to see my final results. I am having very little pain, and do not have any trouble continuing to work. I was worried I would have a strong lisp with the aligners in but I can barely notice them, along with my colleagues. The experience so far has been so amazing and easy with all of my advisors and consultants thus far. I would recommend at 10/10 using Byte if you are unhappy with your teeth alignment. All in I have only paid $2,000 (which is half the price of Invisalign), and the quality is excellent!

Overall, I'm enjoying my experience with Byte. I do really like the BrightByte and HyperByte products that are included in the treatment. A few things that I don't like are some of the discomforts I am experiencing. During the impressions part of the treatment, the trays did not seem to be made for the roof of the mouth. It was extremely hard to get it positioned around my teeth correctly and it was painful to have the plastic pushed into the roof of my mouth while waiting for the putty to set. The other thing that has been unexpectedly uncomfortable was the edges on one of my tray sets. It has a sharp edge somewhere that is hurting the side of my tongue and I haven't been able to locate and round that out with the included file. But again, for the most part, treatment has been great. It's been very easy to use and I love the packaging it came in. The way they packaged the sets of aligners makes it very easy to find the next set when I'm switching, and it doesn't take up much space.

Overall a good experience from start to finish. When I ordered the impressions they came in quickly and I was sent emails while waiting for results and what to do when I get my actual aligners and what to do when I get the impressions. The instructions are very clear and I like the fact they have pictures with real people. The first week was a quite painful. But as to be expected. Currently week 5 and the pain has been reduced significantly. The hyperbyte is a huge help I think when it comes to pain. Already have noticed a little bit of a difference in my teeth for being more straight. The whitener is great! So overall a great experience.

I had braces when I was a teenager but failed to wear my retainers as I should. So far my experience with Byte has been great. My Byte advisor and the care team answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. I'm excited that they are going to be able to straighten my teeth with nighttime aligner wear only and for only 7 months. Then I'll wear nighttime retainers. Every step of the way from starting my impressions to getting started/selecting a plan with byte and deciding what to do, including questions that I have, I was assigned an advisor who would help me through each step and they were really responsive whether if it was thru email or texts. I received responses from both and love the customer service aspect of byte. I'm on my fourth week. I have to admit I've had an excellent experience with byte. I wore braces for four years during my high school days. I lost my retainer a couple years after and my teeth ended shifting. I remember the painful experiences I had with normal metal braces and I definitely didn't want to go back to that. After I got my braces off I failed to wear my retainer as it was uncomfortable, ugly, and was too much of a hassle for me. My teeth eventually became crooked again and I began to seek other options.
