I'm halfway through my 11 week treatment program with byte. My teeth were pretty sore the first week, but every week after has been fine. I don't have any extreme pain or discomfort with the byte aligner or when eating while they are out. I'm able to talk clearly and no one can even tell I'm wearing the aligners. All I would ask for is possibly sending the kit with two bottles of the aligner cleaner/whitener because it's hard to know when to order another bottle due to not knowing how fast orders get shipped. Team members reach out consistently to make sure your questions can get answered if you have any concerns. I'm excited to see how my teeth look when I'm done!

Love that I don't need to take time off of work to go into an ortho office to do the molds or for check ups. Did my molds at home with easy written and video instructions and then they sent me all the aligners at once. They all fit according to the weekly schedule- and customer service is super responsive. Im on week 9/15 of the night aligners and can really see a positive difference! Almost there 😀

I am so pleased with my experience with Byte!! The customer service is amazing, and they make everything feel very personalized. The only semi-difficult part was making the molds correctly, but they make sure to walk alongside you in the process. My teeth are already shifting, and I keep getting compliments on my white teeth!! We were sent our impression set right away, did the impressions after rereading the instructions, which is necessary because the timing is critical. Three weeks later we had our aligners. My son is 19 and has been diligent about following the steps correctly and we see tremendous results. His smile is no longer crooked, and his self esteem is much better. All in all the process went very smoothly and I recommend byte aligners.

The only issue I've had is some spacing between my front teeth during the course of the treatments. The team has been helpful and is working to get it fixed. The aligners have been great. Other than bad pain the first few days of my first set, I hardly notice they're there and my teeth are SIGNIFICANTLY straighter. Wonderful and responsive customer service as well!

I stumbled upon byte when looking for aligners and discovered they’re the best option with their shorter treatment times and convenience. The customer service has been good so far, they text you and also offer to call setting up the process. I appreciated them showing me how my smile will look after the treatment and their website that shows your progress. I’m anxious to get my aligners and start the process but so far so good!

This is my second week using my byte at night aligners and I am very happy so far. The costumer service has been very helpful with any questions or concerns I have had and would respond by email within 1-2 days. The product makes me feel confident in the plans for my treatment. I really like the teeth whitening as well I can already notice a difference in my teeth after a week.

I was really impressed with the customer service of this company. The ordering process was easy and someone always responded via email or phone when I had questions. I did have an issue where I had to get new aligners because my teeth were a little more stubborn in moving for the last week of treatment, but after notifying them, they immediately corrected it. So thankful I went with this company, it was worth it!

I'm about 2 weeks into my treatment, and my experience so far with Byte has been very positive. They do a great job answering questions upfront, and it's easy to follow the instructions for molding the aligners and using them once they arrive. Customer support is also very responsive. I looked at a few different options for aligners and liked that Byte was an at-home option and that I could choose nighttime only for my treatment, as my job would make it difficult to wear aligners all day.

I am currently in the middle of the byte treatment and overall am satisfied with this company. The whole process of doing the impressions and putting on the aligners was very well explained. The Hyperbyte did kind of help with the discomfort of having the aligners in your mouth which was nice. Aligners came packaged well. And so far treatment has been going pretty well. I do wish there was more availability to schedule a follow up with a clinician. It seems like every time I check the next available date is a month later from now which kind of sucks. Customer service via email is great though, but I do wish the specialists would reply back within one day. But again, overall, I am happy with how things are going with byte!

Let me start off with, I was told it would be 4 years of braces to "straigthen" my smile.. and an astronomical price. I put then off for 10 years of my life. Mom couldn't afford it, blah blah blah etc. Years later and I find myself with an almost perfect smile ( only 6 weeks left) and at a fraction and i mean fraction of the cost. BYTE, I can't thank you enough. The Customer Service, The Product and The Company, have all been nothing but amazing to me. Again thank you. HIGHLY RECOMMENED letting everyone I know about this.

So far I am 10 weeks into my byte At-Night treatment plan. The process over all was a lot less complicated than I was anticipating. The at home impression kit was very easy for the end user to complete. It was well organized and you can tell there was a lot of thought put into it. My adviser after my impression kit was very helpful in selecting the right treatment option for me and was able to adequately answer any questions that I had.

Customer service representatives have been super responsive whenever I've had questions at ever step of the process, the aligners have worked exactly as expected and with surprisingly minimal discomfort. Byte has a very easy to use at home system for taking and submitting impressions, with clear, detailed instructions. The aligners come neatly packaged, and them Hyperbite is comfortable and easy to use. I give the system 4 stars because my 15 week treatment has turned into 30 weeks. The initial aligners did not straighten my teeth as original promised in 15 weeks, and I had to repeat the impression process and wait another 2 months from beginning to end for my new set of aligners. I think this process should be expedited for clients currently undergoing treatment. I had to wear the same pair of aligners for 7 weeks while waiting for my new treatment set to arrive. Otherwise, so far I am happy with the Byte process and product, and look forward to a pleasing outcome.

Byte has truly changed my smile in just 10 weeks so far! I was one of those "wore braces and didn't maintain the retainer use" and I signed up for byte at night. The process has been so easy, convenient, and effective and all in a matter of a few months! Overall, the process has been seamless, although I do experience discomfort when switching out the aligners each week, but with the Hyperbyte, it really cuts down on the pain. I still have a couple weeks to go, but I'm so excited to see my final smile. Thank you Byte!

Byte has helped my confidence a lot even though I’m on only on week 5 ! At first the treatment is a little painful and takes some getting used too but the hyper byte helps with that a lot along with the byte whitening that comes with the treatment helping your teeth become more white & straight at the same time. If your thinking about getting aligners id go for byte!

What I like best about byte was how easy it was to sign up , make my molds at home, and make my payment arrangements. Also, the aligners and the whole kit that they came in is neat and tidy. I truly haven’t anything negative to say of my experience so far. The first set of aligners made one of my teeth sore for a few days then subsided. Other than that, I’m pleased and am already noticing a difference. I am looking forward to my straightener, more balanced, whiter smile when I’m done!

I'm about 6 weeks in and have been noticing quite a change to my bite already. A specialist messaged me shortly after I purchased my impressions kit. I was able to ask any questions before I completed the impressions and was helped regarding smaller size trays. After my impressions were mailed off, a Byte advisor messaged me and answered all all of my questions. This advisor even had the clinical team contact me for clarification on a question I had regarding my teeth. Overall I have received great customer service from Byte!

I emailed the support team and was talking to someone on their clinical team within hours. They answered all my questions, even had the clinician personally review my progress with photos and details. They gave me recommendations based on the progress so quickly and with so much care. When I first started Byte, the whole process of ordering the impression kit and getting my aligners was quick and very easy. I love my results and customers service has been super nice. There are 2 reasons for not giving solid 5 stars. The first is I was never told they only send out 15 trays at a time. Once I was finished with my 15th tray I thought I was done and tried to order my retainers. That is when they told me and I had to wait 4-6 weeks to receive my remaining trays. Treatment on my upper teeth ended at 12 weeks, so it has now been 2 months wearing the same upper aligner. Which bring me to the second reason which is the retainer. I have tried to order it on the website for weeks and it wont let me. I’ve talked to customer service multiple times and have gotten no actual help until the last woman (Britney C.) I talked to today. She was very helpful I appreciated her help and sincerity very much. All in all, Byte is great and works amazingly, however the process of ordering continuation aligners and retainers is a bit stressful.

I chose Byte because it had one of the best prices for invisible brace options, a whitening system came included in the cost, and there were before and after photos of someone on their website with teeth just like mine. I'm currently in week 4 of my treatment and I can already see a difference in a few of my front teeth. The best part is, the last week of my treatment will fall on the week of my birthday, so I'm getting the gift of straight teeth this year!

All-day aligners: The impression kit was very straightforward and you do two sets in case you make a mistake. The aligners came in a reasonable amount of time. Each new set feels like a smooth transition and even the tighter fitting aligners feel fine after using the ultrasonic mouth piece. My only complaint is ~1 of 4 of the sets need to be smoothed down so they don't cut my tongue, but it takes about 30 seconds and they even included a file so not really a big deal for me.

The Byte process has been amazing! I haven’t had to leave my home (during a pandemic mind you) and I still get to have the opportunity to straighten my teeth! On week 5 of my Byte aligners and I highly recommend them! The nighttime aligners make it easy for me to be consistent! I was given all at once which was nice to have a visual of how much longer I have to complete my smile journey! They fit comfortably without having to file the edges! So far in 3 months, I find using Byte nighttime aligners easy to use and very little discomfort. I can already tell my teeth are moving and beginning to look better! I chose the nighttime aligners so I wouldn't have to continually take them in and out during the daytime. This plan has worked out for me very well. I suppose the thing I like least is waiting for a contact email but that usually happens within 72 hours. Sometimes I am just inpatient.

I can really see the results. The gaps in my teeth are almost gone. Their team is very responsive and they regularly checked in with me about my progress. I'd surely recommend Byte to anyone.

Im so happy that i made the decision to get aligners! When i was younger with braces, i didn't stay on top of wearing my retainers like a should have and basically all my progress was lost. I am 5 weeks into my 6 month treatment. Love that I only have to wear my aligners at night. So far every set is tight the first few nights, but by the time every week it is to change to the next one- there is no discomfort. Everything is packaged well and there have been no need to file down or adjust any aligners and no digging into gums. So far having a great experience!

As soon as I signed up, A representative contacted me by text to answer any questions I had, and has been great about communicating with me through the whole process. I was a little nervous about doing the dental impressions myself, but the video was incredibly helpful, and the whole process was pretty easy. I am eagerly awaiting my aligners in just a few weeks.

I have yet to start with my retainers to fix my smile but so far I am already in love with this company. They have customer service agents available to talk to you and answer all your questions and help you along the way. In a world where technology is taking over you most calls to a company go right to a computer generated response it amazing to be able to talk to a real human. Halfway through my Byte program and already thrilled with the results. The impression kit was a little uncomfortable, but simple enough. And my aligners shipped very quickly after I chose my treatment program. The Night-only is such a good option - the process so far as been so easy and relatively painless. A little sensitivity but nothing ibuprofen can’t fix. And they have been so helpful and quick to reply on the customer service side!

I’m pretty happy with my results so far. I had completed 10 weeks of my 24 weeks of plan and noticed good changes. Some times it pains when we change the aligners but no pain no gain... I would definitely recommend byte treatment Customer service is excellent, they keep following up with progress of your treatment and all ways helpful answer any questions...

I am on week 7 of my journey and I could not be happier. From the beginning until now, the customer service has been superb. I am noticing a difference in my teeth already and it’s only going to get better! I cannot wait! I remember the first day I started and feeling a little nervous not thinking I could add anything else to my daily routine but a couple days in and it became super simple. I have loved my experience with Byte. The mold kits were easy to do and the response time on my treatment plan was quick. The best part is the customer service aspect. My rep Jason was awesome. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with. The company also kept in touch with me through texts and emails so I never had to wonder where I was in the process. Would reccomend Byte to my family and friends!
