10 weeks in and already seeing a HUGE difference! I was skeptical of the nighttime treatment plan (only 10 hours of night wear for a few months and I can have straight teeth??) but I already see my teeth finally aligning and it seriously couldn’t be easier to follow! The whitening serum keeps the trays nice and clean while whitening my teeth and the HyperByte takes away 99% of the initial pain when you first pop them in. I couldn’t recommend Byte enough!

I'm almost done with my treatment and my experience so far has been wonderful! The hyperbyte tool does an amazing job at curbing any discomfort when you switch your aligners every week, and friends and family have told me several times that they can never tell when I have my aligners in because they truly are clear. When my teeth didn't move exactly as they were supposed to, Customer service got a new impression kit out to me right away and sent me a new set of aligners to finish the treatment. All in all, I highly recommend.

I have been really happy with Byte! It was easy to make impressions and once I sent them in I got my treatment plan and my aligners arrived earlier than expected! I have only had mild discomfort when switching to new aligners but other than that there have been no issues. I didn’t even need to file them down. The byte bright whitener is amazing, I’m a heavy coffee drinker and it has whitened my teeth immensely! I’m so excited to get the smile I want.

Byte has been a true revelation! I'm finishing up my 5th week and so far the process has been very smooth. The HyperByte has helped with any initial discomfort with the new aligners, which for the most part has been minimal. Even my 6 year old daughter who can be very attentive didn't know that I had the aligners on. So having the aligners on has been a comfortable feeling in more than one way. The Customer Care Team has also been very nice. They have reached out to check in, and have been very responsive to any questions or concerns. So far, 5 out of 5 stars!

I had been thinking about invisible Braces for a long time, I finally took the byte when I got a promo for a discounted kit. I decided to do the impression kit to get a better idea of the work that would need to be done. My main concern originally was a tooth up top, which was more cosmetic. The impression kit showed me how crowded by bottom teeth really were. The process has been super easy and I’m about 4 weeks in and can tell a difference. No regrets here.

I chose Byte because it seemed like a better value and shorter treatment than other teledentistry options.
The treatment includes the HyperByte vibration device thought to lessen discomfort from realignment and BrightByte whitening and cleansing foam that makes everyday cleaning as convenient as a water rinse and few pumps of the foam. The treatment also includes the first set of retainers, that would otherwise have to be purchased separately. I also chose Byte because they offer a lifetime guarantee as long as you purchase a new retainer each year.
Getting started was a little difficult, however, because the treatment plan was based on photos I uploaded into the system, instead of more precise imagery collected in a clinic. I went through about a month of text and email with their team before a lead clinician prepared a plan I was satisfied with. Even figuring in the lost month, the total planned treatment time would still be a month shorter than the closest competitor!

This is by far the best whitener I have used. Within a few weeks the ‘shade’ of my teeth (according to their chart) changed about 4 ‘shades’ lighter.
I’ve used whitening strips, solutions for whitening, the blue light system, etc. None of these made a noticeable difference and some caused teeth sensitivity.

If you are not confident in your smile, you need to try Byte. As I am getting older, my teeth began to separate and my canines started to protrude out. I saw an advertisement for Byte and I tried them. So far, I am very pleased with their product. It is very easy to get started. Once you send them a mold of your teeth, they send aligners to wear each week. Mine came in a box with Step 1 through Step 15. So easy to follow and they are there to support with any questions or issues. Great Company!!

I love that Byte includes everything you need in one shipment. I also liked how well they worked with me to finance my treatment. The multiple options allow me to pick what works best for me. The process is half the time of other treatments with minimal pain each week when you change your aligners, but that is expected. I am so excited to see my teeth at the end of the process as everything has gone so smoothly up to this point.

The process to get started is amazing easy and seamless! Being assigned a personal customer representative to help through the initial processes is super helpful! It was a great experience to get my impressions and get my plan in place to start the treatment. I would give 5 stars, but as soon as I paid and received my aligners, customer service seemed to disappear. It’s a little disheartening and makes me feel like they really are just worried about getting your money, which I understand they are a business… but when you present with having such fantastic customer service and don’t continue with that same level of service after payment has been received, it can become frustrating.

They are working!!!! Only 2 weeks in and I see such a change in my smile that I can only imagine how it will look and feel at the end of my treatment. The foam is nice and is really helping to whiten my smile. They are comfortable to sleep with always firm but never painful or uncomfortable. They're a little hard to get off the 1st 2 days but after that they start to get easier to take off. Once you start a new week and you feel that firmness again for me, is so exciting. I highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. This process is quick and easy. The best part is the hyperbyte. It speeds up the process of movement and I have found it relieves a lot of the aching from your teeth moving. The brightbyte whitens your teeth without tooth sensitivity. They go out of way to help from the time I thought of ordering the impressions kit. I was very surprised when their emailed me from time to time to check how its going. We rarely see this kind of customer support. Coming to aligners, they are easy to put on, hyperbyte makes you feel comfortable when the aligners don’t sit right especially when starting with new set. I'm on week 8 of a 13 week aligner set and everything is going well so far. I can definitely see the difference in my teeth. I always change my aligners every Tues evening and for about 24 hours they are a little uncomfortable, but feel fine after that for the rest of the week. It is a little annoying to take them out and put them back in after eating, but it is worth it to be done in 13 weeks. Overall, this is worth the money and time. Hopefully my teeth will continue to shift and move like they should and I will have a much better smile at the end!

Byte has been awesome and has delivered great results so far! I'm only about halfway through with my treatment plan, but the pain has been so minimal, if any, and the fit of the aligners is perfect! Each week when I switch them out I see results within days. I can't wait to see how the end result turns out!
One con I will say, though, is their customer service team has not been the best. They messed up my payment and so decided to credit me (which is great) but the credit took nearly two months and CONSTANT follow up with their communications team. Everyone kept re-directing me to someone else. It felt like they were purposely dodging me to try and get out of the refund they promised. Eventually, I did end up getting the money credited but not sure it was worth the hassle dealing with them for their mistake.

Would never give a positive review of a less than stellar product. This product deserves props.
I am on week five , of 10 weeks for top teeth and 21 for my bottom.
It is shocking the improvement in a little over four weeks of night treatment.
I’m not sure if any adult every needs to pay triple for an orthodontist again.
I was trepidation’s. Not so much now.
I am excited to see end results. God Bless this company. So appreciative.

Just started my byte treatment plan. The whole process in getting started has been super easy. Customer service has been fantastic so far, they have been quick to help and stay in touch via email and text message. No complaints at all. I wasn’t totally for sure about my treatment plan and the specialists even went back in and made a few tweaks to make sure I was completely satisfied. Lots of options for financing. Even the packaging is nicely done with thorough instructions. I’m so excited to see my end result!

I have been using Byte for 5 weeks now. The process has been extremely easy and communication has been great from the impressions to receiving my aligners! My aligners have fit perfect every week and my teeth are clearly moving as they should! I would definitely recommend byte to anyone looking to straighten their teeth! My aligners fit comfortably and the foam cleaner they give you to put in them also whitens you’re teeth! Everything has been so convenient, I wished I would have done it sooner! I only have to wear mine 17 weeks!!

I absolutely love my Byte aligners! I actually love everything about Byte! I'm a graphic designer so I have mad respect for their packaging design and advertising. It's just brilliant. I think their customer service is spot on. And of course, the product works and is easy. I ordered the night Byte's so I only have to wear them while I sleep. It's very convenient and I'm loving my results. Just make sure you don't switch your aligners to the next one, until your teeth have fully adjusted to the current aligners and there are no gaps between your teeth and the aligners. That's my hot tip!

Ever since the start of the process, I was very impressed by the customer service throughout. I got all of my questions answered in a timely manner and everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful. The aligners themselves are amazing! They're super comfortable and they're truly invisible! Also, Byte is also the only aligner system that offers "Byte at Night" so you can wear your aligners only at night! I began my Byte journey in Oct 2020 with 14 aligners top, 16 bottom. I kept each set in at least 2 weeks as I didn’t want to rush the process. Unfortunately, around the 8th aligner I noticed a crack and also that there were halos in some areas that were just not filling in. I contacted customer service and they promptly replied and requested current photos. After these were sent and I filled out a clinician review, they decided it would be best to do refinements. I stayed in my most current set throughout this process for about 8 weeks. I received my new aligners yesterday and plan on restarting tonight. So far, I’m satisfied with the customer service I’ve received as they are attentive and courteous. I’m hoping my teeth start tracking again and that I can finish the process out without any more issues as I’m looking forward to finally having straight teeth!

I'm halfway through my 11 week treatment program with byte. My teeth were pretty sore the first week, but every week after has been fine. I don't have any extreme pain or discomfort with the byte aligner or when eating while they are out. I'm able to talk clearly and no one can even tell I'm wearing the aligners. All I would ask for is possibly sending the kit with two bottles of the aligner cleaner/whitener because it's hard to know when to order another bottle due to not knowing how fast orders get shipped. Team members reach out consistently to make sure your questions can get answered if you have any concerns. I'm excited to see how my teeth look when I'm done!

Love that I don't need to take time off of work to go into an ortho office to do the molds or for check ups. Did my molds at home with easy written and video instructions and then they sent me all the aligners at once. They all fit according to the weekly schedule- and customer service is super responsive. Im on week 9/15 of the night aligners and can really see a positive difference! Almost there 😀

We were sent our impression set right away, did the impressions after rereading the instructions, which is necessary because the timing is critical. Three weeks later we had our aligners. My son is 19 and has been diligent about following the steps correctly and we see tremendous results. His smile is no longer crooked, and his self esteem is much better. All in all the process went very smoothly and I recommend byte aligners.
