I will give them a 4 just based of the responsiveness and the politeness of the employees in customer service. They where a bit pricier than the company I actually went with. That's a big deal for me. I was looking for a braces alternative for my teenage son. They responded quickly to questions via email/chat/get more information options.

The fact that the instructions were easy to follow and the kit was very organized. I only had to wear the byte liners for 10 weeks so I feel that I should have gotten a bigger discount since my adjustment time was less than other individuals that had them for 3 months and longer

Overall my experience has been good, but the remote monitoring isn’t as thorough or seamless as I thought it would be. If you’re willing to take the initiative to follow up on your own then it’s definitely worth the cost. I’m very happy with the way it looks so far.

These were fine. The kit arrived well and complete. The process made sense but didn't work as marketed. They customer service is poor. The customer has to make all the effort, the company doesn't reach out and follow up. If there's any issue, the answer is always to just go back a set and stay in it longer. Its pretty frustrating. My top teeth got to a place that I'm happy enough with. I gave up on my bottom because they weren't working as expected. I wouldn't recommend unless you only have very tiny adjustments to make.

It’s been fairly simple to set up the program and I’m happy with the results of my teeth so far; I’m almost near the end of treatment. I’m using the night plan. One bottle of the cleaning/brightening foam is included but it’s not enough so needing to purchase another is expensive, but other than that, I would recommend this program.

I've been using byte for quite a bit of time, mostly due to my teeth condition. One thing I really liked about byte was the customer service. Whenever I needed help or needed to redo the impression, they did not hesitate to help out. As for the effectiveness of the aligner, I'd say it depends on how good/bad your teeth are currently aligned.

I am about halfway through my treatment and I can see a huge difference in the placement of my teeth! The only complaint I have is that a few of trays didn’t align so I was instructed to trim them down to fit, making them less comfortable. Overall, this has been a pleasant experience!

I am currently in a second revision. I have a few teeth not moving properly, but Byte has been good about the revision process. Apparently, this is common but I wish I would have known prior to starting treatment, because it does get very discouraging to be a week or two out from finishing only to discover you need revision (again).

The process has been pretty seamless and quick getting the aligners and the first couple weeks. I'm on week 15 and there has been good movement on my teeth but not ideal. It has been taking really long with multiple communications and days in between each email before I get a response. After submitting multiple rounds of pictures, the customer service rep just sent me another form to fill out and to re-send the same pictures again. Efficiency is really lacking during the last stretch or if you come across any issues such as the aligners not fitting.

It has been great experience so far. Couple hiccups but I got great advisor to help out to speed everything faster. I need to shout out John which is one of the byte advisor he is one of the best. A plus on customer service!

Byte is amazing!!!! From day one, they have always kept in touch and they make the process super easy. I would recommend this to anybody who doesn’t want traditional braces.
