I have used the Byte Aligners for about 6 months. They have been attentive to my needs. My teeth are moving into place and I only have to wear braces at night. It's a great plan and I recommend it to everyone.

I have been using my aligners for over a month and so far the whole experience has been very positive. Taking the impressions was easy and the aligners fit well and come in separate pouches for each week. If you are considering at home aligners then Byte is a good choice.

I am about halfway through my treatment and I can see a huge difference in the placement of my teeth! The only complaint I have is that a few of trays didn’t align so I was instructed to trim them down to fit, making them less comfortable. Overall, this has been a pleasant experience!

My aligners have definitely worked! There's one gap that's still there (it's the main reason I got the aligners), but I've noticed a difference and have hope that the second half of my treatment will solve that problem too! Thank you Byte!

My teeth are definitely moving into the correct position and I’m only on week 8. I do wish the teeth brightened was a little stronger but straight teeth was my goal and that’s what I’m getting.

My experience with Byte so far has been positive. I am just on my 14th-week aligners, and the difference between my previous smile and now is immense. The customer service could be better; it does take them a while to reply to my emails sometimes.

I am currently in a second revision. I have a few teeth not moving properly, but Byte has been good about the revision process. Apparently, this is common but I wish I would have known prior to starting treatment, because it does get very discouraging to be a week or two out from finishing only to discover you need revision (again).

The process has been pretty seamless and quick getting the aligners and the first couple weeks. I'm on week 15 and there has been good movement on my teeth but not ideal. It has been taking really long with multiple communications and days in between each email before I get a response. After submitting multiple rounds of pictures, the customer service rep just sent me another form to fill out and to re-send the same pictures again. Efficiency is really lacking during the last stretch or if you come across any issues such as the aligners not fitting.

I like the simplicity of Byte and the quality of their products. The only thing that I would change is maybe to include video consults with the orthodontists/professionals at specific intervals; first day, after 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 9 weeks, 12 weeks.

My teeth have moved in the right direction, but I've needed to do a few remolds as my teeth may not have moved based on where the retainers were suggested. A bit cumbersome to remold but the Byte team has been responsive and helpful.
