Ended up have root damage and had to get a root canal. But byte helped me through the process and sent me a molding kit to get new aligners that fit right. For free might I add. They always have a solution for my problems

The aligners work well and I'm noticing changes in my teeth. I deducted two points because prior to purchasing the aligners byte customer service was (almost too) communicative, however once I ordered my aligners they were hard to get a hold of.
