When a customer's treatment plans extend past 15 weeks we only send the first 15 weeks to ensure that everything is on track before proceeding. In the week 12 and 13 aligners, there is a slip that includes instructions on how customers can connect with us about their next set of aligners. The changes will be somewhat gradual in these early stages, as we're laying the groundwork for bigger changes to come. We always recommend taking regular progress pictures for yourself - that way you can see how you've progressed since the beginning. If you ever have concerns about your progress just send in a photo with your aligners on, to our Customer Care team at support@byteme.com. They can review your current progress.
