The non-evaluated plan features a free listing option for sellers and reduced liability during and after a home's sale. The evaluated plan features 13 months of coverage starting at $450 for the buyer after closing. The company also provides new construction warranties for $99 per year plus tax.

ServiceOne offers customers various promotional financing offers for purchases made with the company's credit card issued through Synchrony Bank. Customers are able to apply for unsecured revolving credit lines and open credit lines on future purchases with monthly payments and online account management. Customers can also pay their home warranty bills online directly on the company's website.
The company does not have warranties certain items covered by similar industry competitors. The ServiceOne home warranty does not protect pool/spa equipment or roof leak repair. Other restrictions may apply to covered items as well which are fully disclosed in the company's terms and conditions in its warranties. The company is only licensed to do business in two states.
ServiceOne does not give the customers the ability to file claims online. Customers must contact the home warranty company by phone to request service repairs. Service calls are scheduled during normal weekday business hours plus Saturdays.
