ServiceOne offers both an evaluated and a non-evaluated Traditional Home Warranty Plan. The non-evaluated plan features a free listing option for sellers and reduced liability during and after a home's sale. The evaluated plan features 13 months of coverage starting at $450 for the buyer after closing. The company also provides new construction warranties for $99 per year plus tax.
Service Agreements

ServiceOne offers customers various promotional financing offers for purchases made with the company's credit card issued through Synchrony Bank. Customers are able to apply for unsecured revolving credit lines and open credit lines on future purchases with monthly payments and online account management.
