ServiceOne was under contract with us for 2 different homes and for the period Nov 2007 thru Nov 2011. I spent at least 10-12 hours researching companies before selecting ServiceOne and that paid off. We never had a single complaint with them and the only company that was cheaper in my research at the time had lousy ratings. During this period, we had the following repairs: -Plumbing repair -Garage door spring replacement -Dishwasher repaired -Sprinkler timer replaced -AC repair -Refrigerator ice maker repair -Semi-annual AC unit checkups for a very reasonable cost. About every 2-3 years I researched again to see which was the best company. This company was always the best in Arizona for rates and service, bar none! However, it was taken over by OneGuard in November 2011, at least for our area.

Good service .. my mother had a contract with service one and when she needed them to fix the overhang that was falling down on her house they did fix it with no problems and the work they done met my mother's expectations. Of course her premium went up after her claim but most companies do raise your rates after a claim

Customer Service folks took the time to answer my concerns! Friendly demeanor was exhibited.
